Don’t ask me why…it just came to me.

Killbride: “So is there anyone special in your life?”

Alex (I think that’s his name): “Actually, yes, and mom may have already told you this but she’s older.”

Killbride: “She did. Also told me she had a son about your age.”

Alex: “Yes. And before you ask Marty is fine with it. He was a little worried at first but his wife reminded him that he should know more than anyone that you can’t help who you fall in love with.”

Killbride: “Does his wife’s name happen to be Kensi?”

Alex: “Yeah, how’d you know?”

Killbride takes out his wallet and pulls out a photo of him and the OSP team taken at the beach last year. He wasn’t sure how the photo got in there but he has a sneaking suspicion it was Shyla. Not sure why he’s never taken it out.: “This is my team.”

Alex: “That’s…”

Killbride: “Lovely.”

Alex: “What?”

Killbride: “I thought my days in Nam were tourture, now I’m gonna have to hear Deeks call me some form of grandpa for the rest of life.”

Alex: “That-that does sound like him.”

Never not gonna see him as a murderer who killed all his loved ones so he could be with his best friend. 🫣🙅‍♀️

Kinda how I imagine Deeks and Brandel convo would go.

So since we know Alex is gonna be in an episode and I believe it’s before the finale that could mean that Killbride leaves the kids unattended for an episode and we’d get unsupervised team for the first time in a long time!

Okay, I know I’ve had quite a few theories about how the shows gonna end for each person and I think I’m locking in this new one.

Densi - Quits and runs Beale’s foundation/charity that helps people who are struggling and trying to get back on their feet. Like with housing and finding jobs, etc.

Sam - Quits and sails around the world with his dad or partners up with Hamilton.

Fatima - Breaks up with what’s his name, gets more involved with helping out in Iran and quits.

Rountree - Gets serious with FBI lady and she transfers to the LA field office.

Killbride - Really retires and moves closer to Elizabeth and Alex.

Callen - Runs OSP and adds Anna to the new foursome with Rountree.

I’m not super set on Callen and Rountree cuz they’re are wild cards.
