I HAD NO IDEA U WERE INTO TMNT IM GONNA GO CRAZY

i only got into it a little less than two months ago but ive been so fixated on it i finished rise, im like midway thru 2012, ive read a bunch of comics and i know a LOT about the timeline of tmnt as a franchise for whatever reason. THIS IS SO AWESOME YAYAYY!!!!!!!!!

YOOOOO THATS SO COOL !!!! tmnt is such a Franchise i swear. it’s absolutely insane how much lore is there just abt four walking turtles. also good luck finishing 2012 LOL. when i was reeeeally into it i think i stopped watching it around season 4 ish, just because i stopped watching episodes once they released and kinda just. forgot abt it 💀💀 and i remember the plot was actually just insane. idk what the writers were on but it was certainly Interesting. recently rewatched season 1 and GOD that show still make me froth at the mouth despite it being pretty questionable at some points 💀💀 there’s SO much i can say abt tmnt it’s just such a franchise. happy your into it though :D !!!!!

Alyx is clairvoyant. He doesn't write the future into reality (that is a possibility one day but right now he doesn't even know he's writing about 'real' people and just thinks he's got a great muse that's inspiring his motivation lol). But his writing does come true for who it depicts because he is essentially chronicling their future.

But the thing is, if he doesn't write it like a fiction, he basically only gets the most generic of understandings currently. Like if he was standing outside a house that if his 'muse' entered they would get stuck in a death-loop of murder and carnage, he'd probably be like 'woah hey i think bad things might happen in there'. It's that level of vague. He also can only write about some people, not just anyone (specifically my characters).

He's new to Cadence so he hasn't met anyone that he writes about yet, just having moved there from Georgia with his roommate, Bun, but I think it'll be very interesting if he meets some of the people he's been accidentally predicting the futures of.

There's a gnome in Half-Life Alyx too! And an achievement to take it to a certain spot, probably near the end, encouraging players to carry it for a while. If I'd known this before writing Emotional Support Gnome I'd've mentioned it. Though, maybe not as, now that I think about it some more, there's less potential in character reason for Alyx to do such a thing than Gordon. She gets it at the start of her adventure before she's traumatized to the point of wanting to cling to random garden gnome she found in Russel's discarded couch the way Gordon could easily be characterized as being when he finds his gnome.

Now comes the question of if I'm going to baby sit the gnome for the fun of it as well as the achievement. On one hand, my first play through of Alyx, I didn't finish so once I pass where I was, I'm gonna be baby sitting the gnome while also figuring out what to do and where to go. And it's gonna be harder, the gnome is much smaller, making me think its gonna be easier to lose track of when dropped, and I'm gonna have to physically hold it in my hand when moving since I don't have the gravity gun. So, perhaps, I think what I'm gonna do is is leave it for now and then do a second play through and bring the gnome with me then. I did do 2 play throughs back to back of the other Half Life games after all, granted said 2nd play throughs were in their VR mods and this one's gonna be VR both times for obvious reasons, but I still might want to, especially since it'll be different in that I'm baby sitting the gnome.

Also one more thing I noticed when starting the game today; Eli is a damsel in distress. He gets captured by the Combine twice and then he dies at the end of Ep 2 and needs to be saved from that by G-man (that's what I heard about the ending of Alyx anyway, I don't know the full context of how it happens). Somebody please get him his own Dog to protect him because he clearly needs it. (Also speaking of Dog, where is he in Alyx? I hope he shows up eventually.)

OMG HAIII!!! i’ve been alright!!! i’m currently on vacation rn so i’ve been really busy lately 💀💀 it’s been fun though!! every time i’ve had free time i’ve just been rewatching atla with my sister LMAO. how’ve you been?? also yeah bsd is great!! i haven’t really had the energy to watch some of the newer episodes from the new season but i’ve heard they’re really good, i def need to get around to it sometime where i have the energy to get obsessed again lol. nice 2 hear from you again ^_^

So as you guys may have noticed, I have barely been posting. And that’s mainly because I have not been able to find the motivation to complete art pieces, let alone START them. I have so many ideas that I want to get out on paper and I get easily overwhelmed with myself and then I end up not doing them at all 😭
