Oh my god I just realised I forgot to talk about The Twelve in my Marvel aro/ace essay oh my goddd that was such a massive oversight but if I wanted to do it justice I'd have to reread The Twelve which I absolutely do not want to do.

I maintain that a significant portion of "adtech is a privacy nightmare"-type thinkpieces are overblown and give ad platforms way too much credit (because in reality so much audience segmenting shit is just made-up data based on wild guesstimates) but then it's also funny when ad platforms fail to use legit data that is readily available... like how I just got a "switch to android and see the difference" banner ad on my literal android phone lol. certainly google, who owns one of the largest ad networks in the world (and may or may not have been the ad platform in this transaction! they're an ads.txt authorized seller on this site!!), knows how to check the user-agent string on available bid requests. certainly they know how to filter campaigns based on bid request criteria. and yet they're still spending money to serve "switch to android" ad impressions to someone who's been using android since 2009

49. Moon Waltz - Piano Version — Cojum Dip
Tuna, i don't know HOW you picked this song but it's literally one of the most heart wrenching things on dbhc Tango's playlist so. congratulations. i think <3 I think I said ages ago in some tags that Tango was about to get the dbhc Etho Angst treatment, and i got very quickly distracted/consumed by Destruction and Doc/Xisuma related Angst, but boy oh boy am i glad i get to finally hit on a little bit of this poor man's trauma LDFKJGDFG
I'l try to keep this brief but. I'm insane enough about the hermitcraft season 8 finale as is, and even more than that i'm crazy enough about Tango's hermitcraft season 8 finale, and then on top of all that, you're telling me a jaded, bitter android whose characterizing moments of anger and failure are carried on his sleeve is the same android who tried to be the hero and save his friends, only to let an oversight be the reason he not only fails, but destroys his body in the process???? ?? ? A machine who isn't supposed to make oversight mistakes???? A machine who somehow let a rabbit be the reason he failed ? ? ??? I dont know what you expected from me other than to be extremely unwell about him and this whole arc in general
The base version of this song is just as good, but something about the piano version gets the vibes just right for these scenes... Something about the waltz-style cheeriness of the vocals contrasting to how horrific the lyrics and situation actually are. Idk man i'm fine don't look at me

playing this part of Kara, I recognize that this sequence doesn't make much sense, why? because with all the noise the soldier and Kara are making, with Luther screaming Kara's name among other things, and Kara possibly strangling that soldier, how can those two soldiers not hear anything and not notice anything about the situation? I guess his colleagues hate him lol
Tumblr media
here is also this scene, where Ralph is a deviant, and the main mission of Connor and the Police until the FBI intervenes is to take neutralize/capture deviants to have them analyzed by Cyberlife
(Android by Carlos Ortiz, Traci, Rupert ect) and yet here no one cares to take care of Ralph, only Kara. But then, I mean, some sequence change, like if Markus dies in the bomb rooms, all the rest of Team Jericho+maybe Connor we see them standing near the exit, but if Markus doesn't die then they still have to get there, or if Machine Connor dies when the soldier kills Connor if he chooses to run/fight failing QTE and Markus isn't there then Josh will jump along with the rest of Jericho meaning he will never have had that standoff with a soldier like whether Connor's death determined whether Josh met that soldier or not But they are little things that I ignore and they don't bother me at all, because I want to enjoy the game and not get stressed seeing the little oversights since I'm not the logical type lol, just an observation
Edit: If Connor is deactivated by failing to find Jericho, the FBI will fail to find Jericho and will not attack the ship, but in Kamski's ending with all three characters dead (Connor, Markus, and Kara) the news will say that The FBI raided Jericho.

Android!Killer notes and lore
Post will probably be updated over time as I think of more things 💙
Official name: Killer 2.0. Bounty posters call him Metal Man Killer. Marines considered him a new pirate, so he had to start his bounty from scratch, and as such is no longer considered a Supernova
Built by Kid to deal with his grief after Killer dies. Android contains his brain, retrieved from his original body after it took too much damage to support life
If you see posts with him interacting with original Killer its cos its just a fun lighthearted alternate timeline where Kid just built him as a replacement just in case. Don't ask me how he gave it Killer's personality, those posts are just for the giggles
Uses his original mask (repaired and restored) as headpiece. Lights have been installed in the holes to fill the gaps and hide the underlying electronics and brain
Helmet contains lenses for vision. Equiped with higher level vision such as nightvision, thermal imagining and xray
Aerial on side of helmet allows for better hearing as well as allowing others to communicate with him directly via den-den
Just as strong and agile as he was in his human body, though it did take a lot of physical rehab to get used to the mechanical body
Metal sections made from high quality metals making him essentially bullet proof
Basically, he's a purpose built super soldier
Water resistant, but not submerge safe. Kid is a skilled engineer, but hes no Vegapunk. Killer 2.0 can not submerge his chest section, or his systems will fail to work, and much like a devil fruit user he would sink like a stone. He can be pulled out and repaired, his brain is well protected, but he can't save himself
Chest, abdomen and buttocks are squishy, imagine the texture/firmness of those silicone chicken fillets you use to make your tits look bigger
Has a cock that's essentially a dildo that can emerge from a slit in the rubber between his legs, and yes it can vibrate
He can feel touch on most of his body, though mostly it just feels like pressure, he's basically a touch lamp, but Kid had Franky help him wire some parts to feel more, such as his hands and dick, allowing for pleasure, though he doesn't really have the ability to 'finish'. He can recieve an artificial boost of hormones to simulate pleasure and satisfaction but thats as close as it gets
Why did Kid give him a dick? Because he's a good friend, that's why totally no other reason
No mouth or asshole though, bit of an oversight on Kid's part tbh
Doesn't actually plug his hair in to sleep, those cables are entirely just scrap for show, hastily spraypainted to replicate Killer's hair. He does get plugged in to charge, but his cable comes out of the panel on of of his hands (both hands have charging cables for convenience so he can use whichever side is easier)
Lights flash when he's on charge because Kid stole the wiring and coding from some random electronic. He regrets it every fucking night.
Spends a lot of time oiling and polishing his hair cables and touching up the paint, it's sort of a force of habit but mostly it makes him feel more normal. Ties his hair up with zipties sometimes.
Serious mental health issues. I mean come on, the dude went through all the Wano bullshit, literally fucking died, and now he's not even human. Please someone get him some therapy. Sometimes uses his old lipstick to draw a big smile on his mask when he's having a mental breakdown.
Still loves to cook, but now he has to have a taste tester with him because he has no capacity to eat or taste
Kid obsessively does maintenance on him every single day because he can't bear to lose him again
Kid also needs therapy. This whole android situation is a cry for help tbh
Kid did his best to replicate Killer's voice, but there's something electronic and uncanny about it

Thanks for answering my ask, well, about the sparkling zero thing is that the game will feature some what if stories and scenarios that looked like fan fiction which might be rather interesting to hear you talk about, I am getting the game today to form my opinions but in case you do look at those I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on them
I finished all of the Story Modes that were available to me, and I have to say, I'm not impressed with the What If scenarios. But then again, I wasn't expecting to be in the first place.
Tumblr media
Most of the Budokai and Sparking games had What-If content of some sort, but it's usually pretty thin. Budokai 3 had some grand plans to give every character a story mode, but by the time the actual game released, all most of the characters got was a bunch of sound files from the scrapped stories. You unlocked these as "Memories of [X]" capsules in the game. Either they cost a lot of money, or you had to wish for them with Dragon Balls, I forget which.
I remember the Android 16 one had audio of him having some sort of climactic match with Goku, and there's audio of Goku conceding defeat and accepting that 16 will kill him, but I think he spares him. So it's a what-if scenario in my book. So was that Uub story mode that actually made it into the game, where Uub has to save the world from Omega Shenron. That was pretty cool, but the "Memories of..." capsules pointed to a much bigger project that never materialized.
Other than that, the most memorable what-if content was probably that "Fateful Brothers" think in BT3, where Raditz turns good and Goku takes him in. They have to stop Piccolo from killing him, and he warns him about Vegeta and Nappa. I think it ends with Raditz meeting Bardock in hell.
But a lot of it is pretty flimsy stuff. Not bad, just nothing earth-shaking. It's usually just some cutscenes to set up an unusual match that you could just as easily arrange yourself in vs. mode.
And that's kind of the gripe I have with Sparking Zero's what-ifs, because they're really just minor tweaks to the original story. There's one where Frieza and his goons invade Earth instead of the Z-Fighters facing him on Namek. And it's fine, but it's basically the same series of battles you'd fight in the "correct" version of events. There's one where Vegeta and Trunks actually cooperate in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, and they end up getting the big win over Cell, which sounds awesome, but it's not all that different from going through the Cell Saga normally with Vegeta, Gohan, and Goku.
I haven't unlocked much of this stuff myself, mainly because I'm still getting the hang of the game, and a lot of these branching paths require a lot more skill to activate the right win condition. But I've been watching Kirran and Grant play the game on Goodtimes Zone, and I've found myself enjoying their live reactions more than the stuff they're reacting to. And they like the what if stuff we're getting, but I keep noticing a hint of disappointment, like they were expecting a bit more. More branching paths, and bigger divergences from the canon story.
For example, they were hoping Cooler would show up in the middle of any Frieza-related branches, and yeah, that seems obvious, doesn't it? Hell, King Cold is in the game too, isn't he? Do a thing where he shows up on Namek, or maybe have Cooler wipe out the Androids because he's here to get his own revenge on Goku.
Instead we got... well, I'll cut for spoilers if anyone's interested...
Tumblr media
We got Gohan Black. Now this might sound pretty impressive at first, but it kind of doesn't work. So the what-if scenario is that Gohan actually beats Frieza in Res-F before Goku arrives to help, and then Gohan starts training more seriously, so he joins the U7 team for the Destroyer Invitational and defeats Hit to win the whole thing. (Oddly, you don't get to play Gohan vs. Hit, which seems like an oversight in a what-if scenario, but whatever.)
So when the Zamasu arc starts, it turns out that Zamasu steals Gohan's body instead of Goku's in this version, because Gohan was stronger at the time. And that's fine, but it doesn't actually change very much. The real Gohan joins Goku, Vegeta, and Trunks in the battle, but it's the same Zamasu and Black. The only difference is that Kyle Herbert is playing Black in this version instead of Sean Schemmel. Actually I guess in Japanese it might not be that different at all, since Masako Nozawa plays Gohan and Goku.
Gohan Black doesn't even look that different from Goku Black. He just kind of looks like the original Goku Black with a different haircut. He fuses with Zamasu in the end, and they actually changed the Fused Zamasu model to reflect this, but they didn't have to change it very much.
And you have the real Gohan in the story, which is something new, but here's the problem: You already play the Zamasu arc in four other story modes: Goku, Vegeta, Future Trunks, and Goku Black. And it plays out the same way every time.
Good guys vs. Black
Good guys vs. Black and Zamasu
Good guys vs. Black and Zamasu again
Good guys vs. fused Zamasu
Good guys vs. fused Zamasu (corrupted)
I was already sick of it before I bought the game, because I hate the Zamasu arc. But for some reason the game devs thought we should play it five times. And yeah, Gohan remembers the damn jar for the Mafuba in his version, but so what? I still have to look at that ugly-ass stage the whole time, and I still have to listen to Zamasu preach during the fight.
As I understand it, there's a what-if where Trunks joins the U7 team for the Tournament of Power, and that also sounds like a decent idea, except it's kind of the same problem. We see the Tournament of Power in five story modes already: Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Frieza, and Jiren. I hope Trunks has something fresh to do when he runs through it a sixth time, but I'm not optimistic.
It just feels kind of weak. Maybe they're saving cooler what-if scenarios for DLC, but that seems like a poor strategy when the base game has such weak what-if scenarios. It leaves me skeptical that they even know how to write a cool one. I mean, you've got a bunch of GT and movie guys on the roster. This should be easy. Middle schoolers do this stuff. Here's some ideas I thought of off the cuff.
Goku invites Cell to compete in the Tournament of Power instead of Frieza.
Kefla defeats Goku and now she has to defeat Jiren and Goku's teammates to win the tournament. Vegeta and Gohan fuse into Vegehan in a last-ditch effort.
Golden Frieza Black.
Cell wins the Cell Games and accidentally releases Buu from his ball while terrorizing the Earth, and now he has to team up with the Z-fighters to stop him.
Dabura convinces Babidi to seal Buu up again, and they do evil stuff with Majin Vegeta on their team.
Vegito kills Super Buu, so now Dragon Ball Super plays out with Vegito.
Piccolo survives Nappa's blast and fuses with Kami to sweep the next several dozen episodes' worth of bad guys.
Ginyu Force-Kamikaze Fireballs War.
Turles shows up on Namek and kicks Frieza's ass with fruit power.
Gero sics Android 13 on the Z-fighters during the Saiyan invasion, so Vegeta and Nappa have to do a truce to stop him.
I could probably think of better ideas with some more time, but the point is that none of this would require a lot of extra assets that aren't already in the base game. But they would involve a lot of different battles and settings that you wouldn't see in the other story paths. I don't understand why they didn't get more creative with things. They had all the stuff they needed. All they had to do was think outside the box a little.

In the 2012 Kara she says she's a 3rd generation AX400, even tho Cage said the idea with android models is 2 letters (XX) and 3 numbers (000), "the bigger the more advanced" (generation).
So Kara in that short would be a 4th generation AX series model. Is it an oversight and change in dynamics (after all they changed some shit from the concept of the tech demo to DBH itself) or it's possible having sub generations within generations (for less WOW changes)?
Or she was talking about the generation of androids themselves? Like, the RT600 is def a first generation. The 2nd is known for being the one where office and assistance models started to get more variety (which i hc is after 2027).

Day 10: Cyber
Nanown is an artificial, microscopic pokemon created to facilitate the function of supercomputers, androids, and other cutting-edge technology. Though they were not meant to function without a central command program, nanown have been found in nature, seemingly observing and collecting data on other microscopic pokemon without any oversight. Perhaps they are functioning on a collective consciousness that has evolved outside of our purview.
Unlike unown, nanown only come in 1 and 0 forms.

Is there/will there ever be a way for me to play this on my macbook?
Sorry if this has been asked before 😅
No worries, and sorry for the oversight. The game is still in very early stages and only took into consideration a browser/windows version for now. I'll keep in mind both Android and Mac versions for the future.

System Breach Sunday...! ⭕
#4
Almost instantaneously, as electricity began to trickle in, the build up of pressure seemed to dissipate from Connor’s synthetic nervous system. The supplemental charge was slow, inefficient, unlikely to offer more than a few percentage points per hour if he chose to work while using it—but none of that mattered. The subjective relief that it gave him quite simply overshadowed all practical data. And how could it not—when, for the first time since he’d come out of stasis on the Lieutenant’s kitchen floor, the tension in his shoulders, in his skull, the sharp points behind his eyes finally felt… bearable?
“Connor! There you are!”
The android snapped to attention, turning sharply to face the source of the voice; almost on reflex, he force-closed all irrelevant thought processes. Surveillance systems were quick to settle however, and routed instead to social modules.
Detective Ben Collins strode towards Connor’s desk, steaming mug of coffee in hand. He gave the android a full once-over with a scrutinizing look, but then smiled and nodded, satisfied. “You could set a clock to your arrivals, kid. I was starting to wonder if you’d show!”
Internally, Connor grimaced. Collins was right—he’d arrived to the precinct approximately twenty two minutes later than average. Even after taking into account the distance to the office from Lieutenant Anderson’s home, Connor had not left with adequate time. Ruefully, he suspected that it might not only be his fine motor control that had decalibrated, but his sense of task duration as well. Everything he’d done that morning had taken far longer than it should have.
Appeasement protocols at the ready, Connor opened his mouth to apologize, “I am sorry for any delay my tardiness may have caused, Detective.”
But Collins, still smiling, waved him off. He took a sip of his coffee, “Don’t worry about it, I’m just glad you’re in one piece. You looked like hell last night! Hank take good care of you after you left?”
Unwelcome memories blistered across Connor’s mind’s eye. “Y-yes,” he stammered. Mentally recoiled. It had been a gross oversight not to prepare responses in his social buffer for that sort of question.
>”Who’s at the goddamned door so fuckin’ early?” Hank growled, voice gravelly as he leaned out from his bedroom doorway. “It’s seven in the morning! People are tryin’ to fuckin’ sleep!”
>
>Startled, Connor turned to face the Lieutenant. Appeasement protocols stuttered to life before he could voluntarily cue them, and his system was quick to offer a list of data points garnered from the man’s appearance. Most surprising, was the distinct lack of evidence of alcohol.
>
>”CyberLife has delivered my change of uniform,” Connor began, purposefully benign.
>
>”Oh, goody,” the Lieutenant rolled his eyes, “If only you’d stop bleeding into them.”
>
>”...I will do my best, Lieutenant. I will only need a few minutes to get ready. What time would you like to leave for the precinct this morning?”
>
>The man scoffed, loudly. “Leave? Are you out of your plastic mind? You have any idea how much sleep your little bender cost me last night?”
>
>Connor opened his mouth, primed to apologize, but forced his jaw to close.
>
>The Lieutenant continued, regardless, “You’re on your fuckin’ own. Until you get a lead on that case of yours, I’m not leaving this damn house.”
>
>Connor flinched as the bedroom door slammed.
>
>”...Very well, Lieutenant.”
“Lieutenant Anderson will be arriving sometime later. He had… other matters to attend to,” Connor supplied, deflecting as best he could. The cut in his right arm twinged, pinching sharply, and he couldn’t help but draw it closer to his chest. Realizing what he’d done, Connor wanted to pull his left arm in as well, to balance his posture and remain inconspicuous—but the cord at his wrist felt suddenly like a tether, a restraint.
Seemingly unfazed, Collins gave the android a pitying look, “Other matters… I’m sure he does.” After another sip of coffee and shake of his head however, Ben offered Connor a conspiratorial grin, “Wait here, I’ve got something for you.”
Quickly, but not so fast as to spill his cup, Collins strode towards his desk, some dozen feet away. He plucked a small evidence bag from beside his terminal, then returned to Connor.
“We found this stashed in the last room on that motel’s second floor,” Ben started, showing Connor the evidence bag. Inside was a small, well worn notebook. “No RA9 graffiti or shrines like the other deviants. Just this, a few android repair kits, and a busted mirror in the bathroom. Real freaky stuff.”

So was the cypher just a 22 shift cypher with + at the end of the alphabet or did you do something special beyond that? Bc while I know what the correct translation should be I can't quite put together why an answer with just the 22-shift would be close if the decoder is just using the regular alphabet but completely off when using a 27 letter alphabet of A through +. I know the paragraph before is supposed to have all the clues but there's definitely something I am missing and I gotta know what. Sorry to just pop up randomly and ask you this but I saw Amity reblog another question about it and just like zeroed on your blog in bc cryptography and flirting is so fucking cool and your rules do say to send you an ask.
First of all, don't apologise for popping up out of nowhere I love this! I have it in my bio for a reason lol
For anyone who didn't see the cipher in question (which I expect to be almost everyone who sees this) here's the link to @k1nky-r0b0t-g1rl's post (I'll also be quoting the relevant stuff but if you wanna try to kinda still solve it for yourself start there, I'll be explaining it in detail here):
I'll make this a more comprehensive explanation for anyone who wants it so it's probably gonna contain quite some stuff you already know, if you want to skip it just scroll until you see 'NOW FOR THE GOOD STUFF' in big text!
SO
Here we have the original message:
E sxjp pk ejopxhh x oqynkqpeja ejpk ukqn ouopaio pdxp ixgao ukq osepzd ejpk dknju ik+a sdajaran E oxu "Kd Xiepu gjkso sxuu ikna xykqp pdxp," ok pdxp E zxj ixga ukq atlhxej atpnaiahu zkilhezxpa+ pklezo sdeha ukq'na oq++ajhu qjyaxnxyhu dknju xj+ pnuejc +aolxnxpahu pk de+a ep.
And this is the hint I gave:
Tumblr media
There's three important parts to this so I'll go through them in order
Firstly, the hint is about Julius Caesar, hinting at the fact that the later text is encoded by a Caesar cipher. This is a cryptographic method where you move all the letters forward a certain amount (called the shift) of letters in the alphabet. So a caesar cipher with a right shift of 1 shifts all the letters one space forward, eg. A -> B, X -> Y. Generally the right shift is the default so I left it at that. A better hint would have also incorporated the right part but eh I'm not perfect.
Secondly, I talk about 23 people stabbing him, which indicates a shift of 23, giving us the following conversion table:
Tumblr media
where the top row is the original letters and the bottom is the shifted letter values. If we left it at this and tried to decode the message we'd get:
H vams sn hmrsakk a rtbqntshmd hmsn xntq rxrsdlr sgas lajdr xnt rvhscg hmsn gnqmx ln+d vgdmdudq H rax "Ng Alhsx jmnvr vaxx lnqd abnts sgas," rn sgas H cam lajd xnt dwokahm dwsqdldkx cnlokhcasd+ snohcr vghkd xnt'qd rt++dmkx tmbdaqabkx gnqmx am+ sqxhmf +droaqasdkx sn gh+d hs.
Which is very much not correct. Now, we can cheat a little and change this to a 22-shift cipher (which is not correct) and get the following:
I wbnt to instbll b sucroutine into your systems thbt mbkes you switdh into horny mo+e whenever I sby "Oh Bmity knows wbyy more bcout thbt," so thbt I dbn mbke you explbin extremely domplidbte+ topids while you're su++enly uncebrbcly horny bn+ trying +espbrbtely to hi+e it.
Then we see something comprehensible, but not quite correct: there's some random B's, C's and D's in there and still some plusses in the middle of words. Regardless, you can make out from this wrong result what the message was supposed to be (an oversight on my part, and something I will take into account if/when I do it again)
And now comes the spicy part!
Thirdly, I say "a little (+) at the end" which (as you correctly identified in your ask) refers to the fact that I didn't use the default 26-letter alphabet, but instead used a slightly modified 27-letter alphabet with a + at the end, so we'd have the following letter order (I'll be referring to this as alphabet+ for brevity)
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ+
If we try to decode the message as a 23-rightshift caesar cipher with alphabet+, we get the following conversion table and message:
Tumblr media
I want to install a subroutine into your systems that makes you switch into horny mode whenever I say "Oh Amity knows wayy more about that," so that I can make you explain extremely complicated topics while you're suddenly unbearably horny and trying desparately to hide it.
Which is finally correct! Yay, we have the original message!
NOW FOR THE GOOD STUFF
But now we finally get to your question: why does the regular 22-shift almost work if it's totally wrong for alphabet+?
For that, we can consider the equivalent left-shift operations of our right-shift decodings:
For any standard alphabet caesar cipher, the 26-shift (left or right) operation is the same as the unencoded version (because A + 26 spaces is once again A), which means that we can also express our right-shift operations as a left-shift operation of shift 26 - R where R is the shift of our right-shift (if this doesn't make sense to anyone I'm happy to try to expand on it btw).
For the alphabet cipher, that means a 23 right-shift is equivalent to a 3 left-shift, and a 22 right-shift is equivalent to a 4 left-shift.
However, for alphabet+, it doesn't take 26 shifts to get back to normal, but 27 (since there's 27 characters in alphabet+). This means that a 23 right-shift alphabet+ operation is equivalent to a 4 left-shift and NOT a 3 left-shift.
Now, since they're not the same set of characters, an alphabet 4 left-shift is not the same as an alphabet+ 4 left-shift. However, it's good to take into account that the solution in alphabet+ is also very similar to our almost-solution in the regular alphabet.
If you'll look at Table 1 and 2 again, you'll see that while A, B and C translate to X, Y and Z for both 23 right-shifts, the + in the middle for alphabet+ messes everything up and leaves us with an icky leftover left-shift of 1 (which is close, but still incomprehensible to humans since it's such a big portion of letters)
However, if we create a conversion table for the 22 right-shift of the alphabet we get the following:
Tumblr media
If we compare this to Table 2, we see that A, B, C & D are not the same for both. However, from E on, these two are EXACTLY the same. The part left of the + just has a right-shift of 1 (which is symmetrical to the left-shift of 1 we saw in Table 1).
So, in conclusion: because of the difference in amount of characters, both the 22 and 23 right-shift alphabet decodings are not EXACTLY the same as the 23 right-shift alphabet+ decoding. However, due to the similarity of the lower 4 left-shift, the 22 has more correct characters and is therefore more comprehensible.
I hope that helps a little and I didn't make it more confusing lmao, this is longer (and also took longer) than I thought it would be but it was fun to write, so thanks for asking! If anything is still unclear feel free to reblog with a question or send me an ask (that counts for anyone reading this btw)! Also, since you said you're a fan of flirting + cryptography, how about I unleash the next cipher on you? ;)

The Genesis ARC takes place in between Androids Saga and Cell Games Saga.
Genesis was made for Cell after he did his purpose. But like. He modeled her nothing like the others. She was pure. Utilizing out of Cell's DNA as a base she was somewhat kind hearted.
If there's one thing Gero is known for is not making sense. If it's an oversight? No. Not at all. Geniuses' tend to deny they are wrong or make any mistakes.
But it seems to me, Genesis' influence was bound to make Cell change and this is during the Cell Games Saga where this fucker annouces it and never shows lol.
Next time he's spotted it's with his family.
Goku: Hey Cell. You want to fight?
Cell, Unamused: I said no. I've been telling you over millions of times. I'm focusing on my family.

tfw your husband is an Android but like not fully and it's cuz of federation fuckery
Tumblr media
ok so like lemme explain a lil more. when felps n cellbit were kidnapped, they were both experimented on. The federation claimed it was for technological advancement <- they've been getting exponentially more fucked up at time passes. Most of Felps' brain and arms is android programing, but for cellbit it's just a portion of his brain. He wasn't there long enough for anything deeper.
Foolish, Jaiden and Fit were androids specifically created to see if it was possible for them to pass as organic, and they truly believe they're organic. Small oversights, like Jaiden once bleeding blue and thinking it's cuz she's a bluebird, Foolish never sustaining an injury and thinking it's cuz he's a totem, etc. They all truly believe they're organic. Fit as well, and his federation-assigned mission is to eliminate Deviants.
El Quackity is a different matter. Quackity was purely organic, with El Quackity being made like him. No one is quite sure why, all they know is El Quackity doesn't act like Quackity. They don't notice the blue circle hidden under El Quackity's hair, and how it turns a bright red whenever they say anything about who he truly is ...

(Sorry for the long ask in advance ^^;)
Dear Professor Tu- I am Mr. Eye Bags,
I’d like to propose a solution that will benefit all of us, including yourself. This course of actions will keep that “brat” and anyone else out of Area Zero and, according to my own experience of the Anons, will result in a exponential decrease in the amount of hate mail you receive about your actions. The only things you’d have to sacrifice is your personal android you have (which, based on context clues, you don’t even like nor trust anymore,) and some slight experimentations and coding (which, in comparison to building a Time Machine, will be quite easy).
Since the AI seems to have little to no problems functioning outside of Area Zero, a problem in most of the other timelines, and the observation that it acts more like a functional human being than you, we can have it replace your presence in literally anywhere but the hole in the ground you are (presumably) currently. This will allow your android to do all the tiresome tasks like being a decent human being in a society while you can do you. You can upload your memories to it in order to prevent upcoming confusions and suspicions. You could also add some code to your AI to become just a tad bit more strict if somehow, even after all the psychological and physical trauma Arven received for going into Area Zero, your “pesky freeloader” suggests about going into Area Zero (or, if the sludge in your skull that we classify as your brain can rack up a civilized sentence, you can explain to the AI the negative consequences of your son entering Area Zero in a kind and respectable manner).
Since the task of just being a functional person and interacting with others in a civilized manner is too much for the malnourished vessel classified as your body, it would allow you more time rotting in your hole in the ground. Having AI Turo act as your functional counterpart (and as an actual parental figure for Arven) will also decrease the incentive for anyone to bother you down there, including your son. Since Arven will actually have a decent parental figure, he wouldn’t have a reason to go down there just to see your rotting corpse. Since your AI is doing all the human functions and interactions for you, it would stop bothering you to care for your son and you’d have no distractions from your “Paradise”. Since the public image of yourself wouldn’t be the equivalent of a wasted carcass, the people scouting people playing background zombies for the next summer apocalypse blockbuster will stop bothering you. Since the AI will replace your presence in society, we and Paldea will not have to waste our brain power thinking about you. Even if something fatal were to befall you, no one would have to care. Even people found out the truth, that the you they thought was you was actually a robot, such a situation would be more acceptable than if any of your mutated cells entered Arven’s life again.
Thank you for listening to the pitch! Although this plan will have you do some extra legwork, it is projected to bring long term benefits to everyone. If there are any problems or oversights, please let us know.
