This blog is still getting its footing so there's not much yet but I'm working on bringing a review for each book of 2024 already read.

I read almost all genre with sweet tooth for fantasy and sci-fi. I also have a growing interest in murder mystery and horror. Lots of queer fiction. I'm also catching up on my classics.

Mostly adult and some young adult but I have enjoy middle grade from time to time.

I especially love Terry Pratchett, Victor Hugo, Agatha Christie and T J Klune.

I read in both english and french, english not being my first language but I'm close to fluent.

Le Complot des Corbeaux, tome 1 de la trilogie Les Sœurs Carmines d’Ariel Holzl, a été ma première lecture dans le cadre du Printemps de l’Imaginaire francophone 2020. I haven't updated in two months... I went back to university after a two-years gap and it totally disrupted my reading schedule: I needed comfort so I binged one of my childhood series.

I'm strictly forbidding myself from re-reading cycle II of Warriors as a follow-up, because I just KNOW that if I indulge now I won't be able to stop on the threshold to cycle III (which is my favorite) and I absolutely CAN'T afford a twelve-books commitment now. So I'm reading a special edition one-shot instead (a new read for this one) and then I'll wrap it up and resume this damn challenge.

I'm not even sure I can complete it anymore, but I'm still quite proud to have cleared up my TBR that much! It had been a long time coming and I progressed more than I had initially expected. Besides, I still got around 80 days.

L’an dernier, j’ai participé à deux challenges pour diversifier un peu mes lectures. Si le Printemps de l’Imaginaire Francophone a été un coup de cœur total, j’ai beaucoup moins réussi à tirer parti du Challenge Solidaire puisque je n’ai lu que deux livres dans ce cadre.
