This au is basically how i imagen if BATIM was a 1950s sitcom/comedy show. The basic plot is that Henry moves to New York due to reasons, one being to reunite with his friend Joey, who is a film/movie producer and director( Henry's a time to time concept artist for Joey and they're in good terms in this one ). Henry finds a old animation studio near Joey's film studio and out of curiosity explores it. And after some shenanigans in there, he now has to live with an ink demon named Benedict.
Of course - we have more characters to the cast, ocs too.
Everybody who works in the animation studio in canon now works in the film one in this au.
Sammy is the music producer of the staff and is secretly a worshiper of Ben.
The voice actors of canon like Alison are now live-action actors.
Shannon here is called by many as Shade, due to the dark colored clothing she often wears. She also has a part-time job at a diner and is strangely used to/not phased by paranormal activity( Ben was certainly a first for her ).
When I rewatched the scene between Alison and Alice in Bendy and the Dark Revival after reading that panel from My Hero Academia I couldn't help but think of them in that situation. I needed to draw Alison and Alice like that or I would explode.
This is not a ship post Alison x Alice / Alison x Susie, but if you ship them feel free to repost and interact like if it were, i don’t really care. But if you want to use this image elsewhere, please, ask and give credits or Bendy will bite your legs off tonight.
The fact that Alice replaces Himiko is made sadder knowing that they both die anyway. She won’t have a Boris this time neither.
Dumbest comparassion ever but its a good idea for a silly animatic 🤣
The King/Queen
The new girl (whom the queen bee of the place considers a threat to them so they manipulate her to get closer to them but oh no the new girl ends up taking their place as queen bee of the place)
The follower
The "ressistence" (Want to take down the queen bee)
Already on edge from her quitting out of the blue, Joey snapped when he saw Brooklyn messing with Henry's desk. So he dragged her to the Ink Machine and threw her inside.
Except, there was something he hadn't anticipated. A witness. Lithographer Sawyer Samuelson saw what Joey was doing and jumped in to try and help Brook. He even managed to stab him in the leg, but this wasn't enough.
Two people were shoved into the machine, and when they were spat back out they manifested as twisted twins.
Inside the cycle, Scout takes the form of The Silent Angel, a version of Alice Angel that has no mouth and is thus unable to speak and only cry constant streams of ink, much like how the faulty technology often left her voiceless. She shambles around the studio halls, having been reduced to a hostile mindless monster in her pain. The only creature that can bring out a glimpse of the human she once was is her "twin," The Shape, as his connection to the well is the only way her voice can be heard again.
