But Gwen does take it personally Vilgax is still breathing and Jen might complain about that law enough it’s considered she bullied him into helping her change it.
Am I wrong to get the impression that a lot of people think Ben is like, borderline evil in UA? I’m laughing as I’m typing this but literally the words people choose to use to describe him are…uhh 😂
Both characters in universe and people in the fanbase will complain that he’s too immature and has to take his job more seriously, and when he does (arguably to a point where it’s unhealthy because realistically what he’s doing is dropping the mask he has to enter every fight with) as displayed in UA, people aren’t satisfied with that either.
I think UA particularity wanted to delve further into the “dark side” of what it means to be a super hero and therefore this side of him was shown to us on purpose.
Okay, so, our canon knowledge (so, leaving out WoGs) regarding Kevin and properties, as presented in the sequel shows.
His mom has a house he clearly does not live in given dinner with his mom is a notable event, though we can assume he does stay there occasionally given he's shown to have a room and it appears to be utilized
We see at multiple points a storehouse he seems to use to, well, store his shit and as a workspace
We see at one point that he utilizes DIY garages (locations where you can rent an auto bay with a lift to work on your car)
We're never in UAF shown where he's actually living day to day as far as we know, with the location the Tennysons are shown going to for information on his movements being his mom's house, which we've already established he doesn't appear to properly live in
During 'Many Happy Returns' Kevin notes getting his own cot to sleep on as a perk of his new job
The first we see of a known, proper living space of his is during Charm School, where we see that he's converted the space Darkstar was using as a cult base into an apartment
UAF WoGs (not canon, but applicable at the given individual's discretion), meanwhile, state as follows
Kevin bought the house for his mom, stays there occasionally, and it is his main garage
Kevin has an apartment
So, with this information, both Canon and WoG-
For the purposes of this poll we are defining a home as a long-term, secure place of residence with a bathroom and kitchen-space one is free to utilize.
If you vote, feel free to reply or reblog and state whether or not you're taking WoG into account and/or why, for the sake of added depth of knowledge in the results.
Missing Gwevin scene for my favorite episode ‘It’s Not Easy Being Gwen’ in Ben 10: Ultimate Alien.
Kevin drives Gwen home in torn shirts and then has intact shirts on when they’re in her bedroom, so he totally changed there. While the easiest explanation for where Kevin’s spare shirts came from is his car, I choose to believe he keeps spare clothes in Gwen’s room.
I have come to a realization that Aggregor's biggest flaw is that he like, does nothing
Aggregor peaked early in the arc because doing nothing was excusable when you were just hyping up the villain
but fr think about it. what does aggregor really do other than sneak around and capture the andromedas. he has 1 kinda cool fight in Fused, and then he goes on the run. leaving his ship as a decoy was pretty cool too, but then he doesnt really do anything
after he sucessfully absorbs the andromeda aliens, you think "oh finally hes gonna do something cool now, this is the payoff" but its a kinda typical meh UAF fightscene
Then they go to the alien temple and Aggregor: does nothing, he just swoops in last minute to get the piece of the map
when rewatching this i thought to myself "hang on, why is he doing this. why did he purposefully wait for them to set the traps off for him and then take advantage, surely the entire reason he went on this whole alien kidnapping quest was so that he can do this himself??
Then theres Deep, again same thing. We see aggregor evade some plumbers and then never see him again until he comes in, again takes the map of infinity (apparently he snuck in, which like okay fair enough? was your plan just entirely reliant on the fact that they wouldnt ever check this tiny piece of the planet)
Then the ledgerdomain episode, we see aggregor go inside and then never ever again see him until he sucker punches adwaitya (while ben was fighting him) 1 (one) time and takes the alpha rune and fucks off
Perplexahedron is the only time aggregor directly faces off against our team in a serious legitamate fight since he absorbed the andromeda aliens and much like that first time, it was also really underwhelming. Also just a poor excuse for ben to drop the map for aggregor to swipe it off the ground
HE DROPS THE PIECE!! AGGREGOR DOESNT EVEN TEAR INTO THE RB3 AND TAKE THE MAP FROM THEM THEIR, BEN JUST D R O P S I T
Tomorrow im gonna rewatch the forge of creation, though id argue aggregor as a character is beyond saving tbh hes terribly lost all hype he ever built up. He just did not spend time in the oven yk, no amount of whipped cream can save that
Thats without getting into him as a character either, hes so painfully bland but thats a long text post for another day
