I think it's just hitting me now bc i woke up, remembered the episode and started crying lmao

so many thoughts and feelings and can't articulate it properly rn 🤣

just like, to get a "straight" character who's dated only women for 6 seasons figure out he's not straight, even if he was very queer-coded, but actually going there and letting this happen, and giving us a character figure it out 7 seasons in, in his 30s, like giving us this representation... idk it just doesn't happen, and it's honestly so refreshing but also so surreal 😭 we've had plenty of queer rep on this show but i feel like bi characters are still kinda rare to see, and im so excited to see Buck's journey

I really don't like bisexuals being characterized as mostly hypersexual in the media, not that that's inherently a bad thing, that's part of life too but it's good to acknowledge that there is a large range of different types of people and many bi people don't actually date or sleep around that much... and that if you're bi and only have been with people of a different gender than your own or only with people with your own gender you're still bisexual anyway because being bisexual is about who you're attracted to not about putting it into action or not
