“Mugen, you need to tell me where you were taken when they tried to put a collar on you.” Jun says, he’d crouch down to Mugen’s level, but Mugen’s much taller than him.

“Me remember a red me, and a bad guy who yelled a lot. Me thinks that it this way.” Mugen says, leading them to a high tech facility.

“David…” Jun says below his breath, malice in his voice. They storm the facility, Aeroveedramon and Seraphimon killing the twisted humans who enslaved these Digimon.

“Well, well, well, brother-in-law. Come to get your son and his boyfriend back.” David says mockingly, steeping out from behind a corridor.

“David, give me my son or you’re going to regret it.” Jun says, Aeroveedramon standing behind him.

“You think I’m afraid of your pet? Oh you’re sorely mistaken.” David says, a Chaosdramon with a death collar jumping out at Jun, Seraphimon takes the brunt of the hit and despite being on his level can’t fight him.

DNA Digivolve!!

Veeraphimon stands there, the green energy crackling in his hands. He jumps at Chaosdramon, tackling him to the ground, but then Chaosdramon whispers something unknown to him and he lets Chaosdramon at David.

“Hey, stop! I’ll activate it!” David says, activating the collar, dissolving Chaosdramon down to his data, the data goes over to Mugen and enters him.

Digivolve

BlitzGreymon stands there looking down at his hands, when he looks back up at David, David’s gone. BlitzGreymon walks over to Riley and Dae still tied up and unties them.

“Look Riley, me grow like Gammamon.” He says, he clearly has a long way to go before being more intelligent.

Jokes aside, this was a pretty tough draw, just because I gave him some weird hips. I actually finished, then went back and redrew the legs and resized the minigun. As for an actual design, I suppose I didn't break the silhouette as much as I did with WaruMonzaemon or Tankdramon, but I remember the reaction people had to Cyberdramon, so maybe making a popular Digimon more resemble its previous incarnation is a good idea.

Not sure if we're gonna blitz to this guy's DigiXros right away, as I have a few other things buzzing about in my head, but I did want to get this guy done with sooner rather than later.

Kasey and Dorumon made their way through the intricate halls of Zwarts base, they've sent all of the digi-destined with their partners to help with all of Zwart's forces. They didn't know how many digimon Zwart had under his command, but they knew that King Drasil went MIA a couple weeks ago, and that led them to only one conclusion, that Zwart has captured King Drasil. Jun also had figured out that Dorumon was key to taking down King Drasil and Zwart. Kasey and Dorumon made their way to the room that Riley had suspected Zwart would be in.

Rileu, Gammamon, and Mugen were outside the room Kasey and Dorumon just entered, they were the back up if anything went wrong. Riley had a terrible feeling about this, mainly because he truly believed that Zwart could be redeemed for the better.

As Alphamon and Zwart burst through the wall, at each others throats, not stopping until the other is dead. Rubble is flying everywhere. Mugen only has one thought and that is to protect his friend.

Digivolve

BlitzGreymon folds his arms around Riley and Gammamon to protect them from the debris and energy flying around them. Eventually Zwart notices this and stabs BlitzGreymon through the chest, shredding him down to his data.

"Mugen, no." Riley says through his tears.

"Mugen protect Riley, Mugen hurts a lot-" A single scrap of data is left over from him.

Meanwhile, Chris was with both his and Evelynn's partners, she couldn't be here because today was the day their son was being born. As soon as they entered the fortress they saw Riley with a single scrap of red metal in his hand crying.

"He went that way." Riley choked out through his tears.

Chris, his Victory Greymon and Evelynn's Zeed Garurumon made their way to see Zwart standing over Alphamon.

"We want the same thing, you just had to stand in my way, but no longer." Zwart said, standing over Alphamon.

Jogress

Omnimon Alter J stood where Zeed Garurumon and Victory Greymon were standing from before. Omnimon Alter J fires fire and ice from both of his respective cannon's, hitting Zwart directly in the back.

"It's over Zwart, you've lost."

Zwart laughs, "Look around, we've both lost, our world is crumbling around us."

"Our world can be saved, but not by you, you've been corrupted by something." Omnimon responds to Zwart.

"Oh please, the Server Tree is falling, the only thing that can save this world is a new Server Tree, which would take more than a decade to make." Zwart spits out venom in his tone.

"Chris get out of here!" Omnimon shouts behind him, Chris runs through the digivice's portal.

I’ve created some Vanguard Digivolution lines. After Tamer ZERO I plan to do a different take on the crossover with different partners that’s more of a complete au.

These ones just include their straightforward lines and possible dark evos. I don’t know when this story is happening because I’m determined to finish Tamer ZERO first so here’s the lines😅.

I was thinking that him having a different partner for season 2 would make sense considering this a complete au where everything is Digimon instead of Vanguard. So instead of his deck getting poofed away it’s his partner with the two coming together as a jogress representing the Liberators.

I also kinda want to use Erlangmon with him at some point 🤔. I’m still deciding how I would want to implement that. Maybe it could be a form that his partner takes on due to the Messiah equivalent’s influence. I do like the idea of his Digimon going from virus to vaccine.

This is a different take from his partner pick in Tamer ZERO focusing more on the narrative idea on the development from Agumon representing young Kai to the distorted original Metalgreymon. With this comes with a shift from vaccine to virus as he becomes obsessed with gaining power to save Ren. I think BlitzGreymon is very the End-like.

Kamui’s alternate partner choice was so hard because I decided that every member of Q4 has a partner that’s a different one of the main types so Kamui ended up with free which I think fits him well.

Dianamon was a really easy choice fr😅. I also like the idea of her having a jogress with Kourin.

This line is more in reference to her manga/reboot deck whereas the Tamer ZERO one is based on og. Overall, I think it fits rather well as an alternate pick.

Loogamon is unfortunately too new to have an edgy recolor so the best I could do is Gabumon Black. I have considered giving him Dracmon too because I think they’d vibe. The only reason there is no ultra is because I can’t think of a good candidate for it rn.

You may have noticed a pattern with all the Psyqualia users (minus Ibuki because the choice for him is perfect regardless of if it breaks the theme) that their partners are all virus type (at some point at least). I thought it would be an interesting reference to the darker side of Psyqualia. Doing Leon’s made me realize that we need more aquatic Digimon fr.

There’s no way I couldn’t give Deletor Ibuki Arcadiamon. It’s WAY too perfect. Its power level even fits well. After getting friendship speeched he has Hackmon for obvious reasons.

There’s no way I couldn’t give him Veemon. Using a jogress as a normal evolution is a bit weird but it’s been done before. Also because I was thinking that Paladin Mode reminds me a lot of Chronojet Dragon Z. It’s mode changes as Imperialdramon could be interpreted as it’s many strides. In the future I might include UlforceVeedramon or a different version of Magnamon here (to avoid too much overlap) as references to other strides. The black armored Magnamon is from ReArise. I was thinking it would be a good non-Stingmon included ultimate for Imperialdramon.

I have actually made one for Akina but I want to wait for DivineZ to progress more before finalizing it. I’m still playing around with various ideas on what to give Yu-yu. I’m thinking maybe Dorumon as a reference to Aichi having a beta Digimon considering the Dress seasons seem to remix ideas from the original.

ello griff! same anon here. out of curiosity and because it’s one of my favorite digimon, how do you feel about the omegamon alter-s/alter-b and its evolution line?

I think they're pretty cool! I like the BlitzGreymon and CresGarurumon elements. They make for a sleek design for Omegamon Alter S. I'm also a big fan of BlitzGreymon and CresGarurumon in general.

Giving RWBY characters digimon partners part 1: Ruby and Weiss

if your wondering why I'm doing this, I am hyper fixating on digimon RN and i just really like crossovers

Ruby Rose

ROOKIE/CHILD STAGE: shoutmon

So i went with Shoutmon because it's red digimon that's been used by the main character of a digimon series before and it leads well into the evos i want, but i imagine him and Ruby having a fun dynamic, with shoutmon being hot blooded and kinda egotistical and Ruby having to rain him in a bit.

also shoutmon is associated with music and listening to music is the first thing we see Ruby doing the show proper.

CHAMPION/ADULT STAGE: GROWMON

i chose him because it's a big red dino dragon, but i also like the juxtaposition between the digital hazard and the sliver eyes, one being this holy gift from the gods the other being a unstable power of destruction.

ULTIMATE/PERFECT STAGE: WARGROWMON/MEGALOGROWMON

bigger growmon with blades and guns, two thing Ruby loves, it leads well into the megas/ultimates, moving on.

MEGA/ULTIMATE STAGE NO.1: CHAOSDRAMON

so here we have a giant red death robot, that has several weapons, is constantly upgrading itself (just like Ruby upgrading crescent rose) and uses guns to maneuver itself in the air just like Ruby. it even has skull kneepads for the edgyness factor, it's perfect!

MEGA/ULTIMATE STAGE NO.2: BLITZGREYMON

yeah I'm giving all the MC's split megas, why because it's common among digi-destined and felt like it. but look at this guy, blood red, made out of guns, he also moves around in the air using his back guns and said back gun look like draconic crescent roses. another perfect mega.

Weiss schnee

ROOKIE/CHILD STAGE: HACKMON/HUCKMON

yes i gave the digimon with a literal red hooded cape to someone who isn't Ruby, but this meant to be reference to Nicholas Schee's red cape, and as Weiss aspires to be like her grampa, hackmon aspires to be one of the royal knights, and both the royal knights and Nicholas can morally dubious to say the least. Also both him and Weiss were trained from birth for combat. i see hackmon acting like a armored talking dog and Weiss loving her for it.

And with hackmon kinda looking and kinda acting like Ruby and shoutmon acting like a more cartoonish Weiss, and both Weiss and shoutmon being singers, Ruby and Weiss when they first meet wonder "did our partners get accidentally switched at some point? did something happen?"

CHAMPION/ADULT STAGE: BAO HACKMON

just the next stage of hackmon, i forgot to mention that her name hackmon, and we know Weiss has some hacking skills because of the DC movie, so that's worth bringing up i guess

yep just the next stage of hackmon... the gem on her chest can represent Dust i guess

hackmon's final form, a knight just like Weiss's main summon, who has her own summons (their names are Atho, René and Por BTW) and she literally walks around on circular glyphs.

Weiss also has a lot of angelic imagery associated with her (i will leave my opinion on said imagery out of this post) and JESmon is kinda sorta... literally based on Jesus, yes digimon Jesus is very pointy dragon knight who has familiars named after the 3 musketeers... god i fucking LOVE digimon

MEGA/ULTIMATE STAGE NO.2: CRESGARURUMON

if Ruby has a Greymon, Weiss must have a Garurumon, this does feel like a natural evo for savior Hackmon, with cape splitting in half and the gem changing color, and Weiss does love dogs, but we both know the real reason i gave her this digimon...

(honorable mentions: Durandamon, Armaon, Siriusmon, Hexablaumon)

JOGRESS: OMNIMON ALTER S/ OMEGAMON ALTER S

it's the main character and her lancer, you kinda have to give them an Omnimon, and this is the best Omnimon! this also makes up for cres Garurumon being gold by having the entire main body be white.

also jogress digievolution in some continuities involves the tamers hearts beating as one... whiterose shippers take as will.
