Periodic reminder from your friendly neighbourhood gymbro: The work you put in will come back. If you modify your workouts, the reward will still come to you.
So do knee pushups (no, we're not calling them "girl pushups"). Do weight machines. Put the resistance or weight low on machines.
The reward of fitness still benefits you because fitness is not a punishment. It should never be used or seen as a punishment for existing. Fitness is just... part of existence for many of us. However your fitness looks is fine. Don't let the broader fitness culture tell you that you need to do things their way. You'll be fine with what you're doing. If you stop needing modifications as you start doing more intense workouts, great! But if you never stop using modifications, then that's fine because fitness isn't a punishment or admittance of failure.

!! QUICK PSA FOR TESTOSTERONE TAKERS !!
warning this is a bit gross so i'll put the photos under the cut but i think it's important because nobody told me about this before i started T
if you're taking testogel/any other T that you put on your skin, please for the love of god moisturise the skin you put it on
gel REALLY dries out your skin and as someone with dry skin anyway it caused my skin to flake and scab and break out more which has left a lot of scarring on my back/chest/shoulders
(yes, T causes acne anyway, but for me personally my skin didn't get that much worse after i started and it's improved since i've been moisturising more so that was the problem for me)
obviously there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with having acne or acne scarring or anything like that (it just makes me a bit insecure and means i have to put off getting tattoos there until it gets better), i just wish i'd started taking care of it earlier
also i would Never want to scare anyone off HRT if they want it because it's been a wonderful magical thing for me but there are some uncomfortable aspects of it and this is just one that i didn't know about

this has probably been said before but murderbot is interesting in how it's also a deeply intersex narrative.
murderbot exists as an inherently transgressive being by having aspects of humans and bots. initially, it pretends to be wholly a bot because being one or the other is more comforting to humans - the reality of its existence horrifies others, and they attempt to push it into one or the other categories. (e.g.: preferring to keep its helmet on in All Systems Red so the survey team see it as a bot)
Once it can no longer masquerade as a bot with its personhood uncovered, it rejects the notion of "becoming human" and is at every turn discomforted by having to put on a different ruse (e.g. its vehement refusal to ART's alteration of its body in Artificial Condition - it is literally subjected to surgery in order to better blend into society, because being recognized as a SecUnit could spell its doom.) Obviously the metaphor here is that "bot" and "human" function like the genders in our current society, deciding of a person's perception by society and their social standing and their bodily functions.
Augmented humans may be augmented but still slot entirely into the "human" category. Murderbot's existence (and the existence of SecUnits and constructs as a whole) is a transgression to this set binary. Even with people who accept its existence, it struggles to feel at ease because it is aware of this.
At one point in one of the books (I forget which), it also explicitly rejects the phrasing of being "half-bot half-human". It is not half anything, it is a construct, it is Murderbot, and nothing else.

this is non comic or OSP related, so sorry if i'm overstepping, but do you have any advice for someone that wants to move/exercise more but is utterly unmotivated?(not exercise for muscles, just movement for the sake of movement)
Honestly? Think of something physically demanding you want to be able to do. Stuff like hiking and/or climbing rough terrain, running free with the wind in your hair, swordfighting, stunt falls, sick metal gear combat rolls - anything that has ever made you sit up and think "I wish I could do that!" Once you reframe movement and exercise as a way to make your body capable of more fun things, it becomes a lot easier to stay motivated.

transfem satoru is one of my favorite hcs ever . like does it make any sense in canon? no. but it’s literally the sweetest thing ever to me because sheltered child weapon gojo satoru would not know ANYTHING about being transgender. i imagine, when they’re all younger, shoko’s complaining (rightfully) about how female sorcerers are treated in comparison to male sorcerers and satoru’s just like. “huh. that’s weird. i thought everyone liked girls. i mean if i could be a girl i would” completely serious. not even fucking around for once. and suguru and shoko both stop in the middle of this discussion and look at him and are like. Should we explain to him what he just said. and satoru’s just looking at them like :)???
