Chinjao loin (cooking)

Chinese food. Use beef and shredded bell peppers and put together with sweet soy sauce. I used lamb instead of beef this time and added dried shiitake mushrooms, Japanese ginger, and cherry tomatoes for color. The seasonings are sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. The sweet soy sauce masks the smell of lamb meat.

チンジャオロース（料理）

中国料理。牛肉と細切りピーマンを使い、甜面醤でまとめる。今回は、牛肉の替わりにラム肉を用い、他に戻した干しシイタケ、ミョウガ、色取りにチェリートマトを加えた。調味料は、甜面醤、オイスターソース、醤油。ラム肉の臭みは、甜面醤がマスキングする。
