#Cintagon x Circumsphere

I wrote some Cintasphere-

Cintagon began to stir awake as he heard a voice next to him. It was quiet, barely a whisper, and yet Cintagon knew what was going on just by the tone.

"No no no... shut up shut up shut up shut up shut up..."

Cintagon rolls over to look at the space on the bed occupied by his husband, Circumsphere. Sure enough, he's there, sitting on the bed with tears streaming down his face, tightly clutching his knees to his chest. He's shaking like a scared dog, his mumblings to himself nearly incoherent. Cintagon had had the unfortunate luxury of witnessing this happen enough times for him to understand what he's saying when he's like this.

"Leave me alone... let me rest..."

Cintagon sits up, his expression going from one of exhaustion to one of concern.

"Circ..? Hun? Are you alright?"

Circumsphere's gaze snaps to meet Cintagon's, his breaths getting quicker and shorter the longer they keep eye contact. Cintagon takes it upon himself to break it, holding his hand out for Circumsphere to take when ready.

"It's just me, Circ... I won't hurt you..."

Circumsphere's hand gently rests in his, Cintagon caressing it with his thumb; a common gesture he does when he senses his husband's anxiety is high. Like always, Circumsphere's breathing begins to even out, his pupils slowly dilating back to their normal size as he meets Cintagon's gaze again...slowly embracing him. He waits to feel Cintagon's arms around his waist before finally speaking.

"Thank you..."

Cintagon smiles down at his husband, gently stroking his head to keep him calm while listening to his continued, yet calmed sobs.

"What was it about this time?"

"...you..."

He hesitates before continuing to speak.

"Re...remember when I shot you...? Right through the stomach...?"

His voice trembles as he continues to speak.

"This time you.. never got up..."

He tears up more and takes a pause, wiping his tears on the bedsheets.

"They were mocking me... saying-"

"Who gives a shit what they were saying?!"

Circumsphere gasps a bit, looking up at Cintagon with shock and the tiniest amount of hurt and worry, scared that he'll be told to suck it up again, that they aren't real again.

"None of that ever happened! That was a nightmare. I'm alive and well. So ignore the bitches, they don't have your best interests at heart. They just want to bring you down and make you feel bad over the smallest shit. Whatever the fuck they said isn't true."

He kisses Circumsphere on the forehead, the latter's eyes softening as a result. Cintagon then gently cups Circumsphere's cheeks in his hands and wipes away his tears with his thumbs.

"What is true is the fact that no matter what happens, I'll always love you. I will never deny this fact. Even if it's the difference between life or death."

He smiles, his words having a positive effect on Circumsphere, as he finally stops crying, instead having a slight grin on his face.

"Thank you, Cintagon..."

He snuggles up to the taller pentagon, burying his face into his chest.

"I think I can sleep now..."

Cintagon keeps his arms wrapped around his husband tight. He gives him another kiss on the forehead before closing his eyes.

"Goodnight, sweetheart."

Cintagon x Reader headcanons

(Note: these are all after the reader met Cintagon)

The MOST supportive shape you've ever met.

Will have your back 24/7.

You also know Commando Circumsphere thanks to him.

Someone bullied you? He will not have that! He will straight up confront whoever bullied you.

Whenever you are sad, crying, depressed, etc, he'll just hug you tight and close.

"It's alright, Y/N... It's okay to cry..."

Pretty much your go-to guy when you need to vent.

However, when it's him that's getting harassed... You'll be more aggressive to those who harassed him than when he stands up for you.

Like, you could pretty much scare the offenders away!

When you show your aggressive, defensive side, he absolutely LOVES it!

It's because he rarely sees this side of yours, and when he does, he's all like "Woah..!"

Cuddles. A whole lot of cuddles. It's his favorite thing.

Ideas about things and stuff

First off, Circumsphere x Cintagon is an adorable ship and I think it should be appreciated more

And second, I have so many thoughs about Lythorus x Cube that I'm just gonna make it a subsection further ahead.

Until then I would like to share my thoughts about what cube's family could look like,,,,,

in the hc section of this post I said that I hc that he has a sister. I also thought about what his mom could look like and here she is

Wabam,,,,, she is very cool and good at fighting. Don't get too attached though because she uh,,,, yeah she's dead. Anyways moving on

I think Iris and Cube's friendship is kinda underappreciated like,,,,,,, Iris was the first other caretaker that Cube met, and also their dynamic during episodes 4, 6, and 7 are just fun. Anyways the sillies are cool

ok it's time for me to talk about my favorite ship in this show lets go

Lythorus x Cube (and why I think it's cute as hell)

these two are so wholesome together you have no idea. The ship is childhood friends to lovers (which is already a wonderful trope) but also???? Their dynamic as a whole is just fun. Like they're just the buddies of all time, they've known eachother for ages, and they would absolutely spoil eachother in a relationship.

this isn't all my thoughts about the ship (I haven't even gone into the angst potential yet (I did a little bit on my cube analysis post though)) but I may share those thoughts one day.

5. What's their love language like? Are they compatible with one another? - Both of their love languages are mostly touch, but especially Iris. He’s extremely touch starved, his dad nor his mom ever showing him any sort of affection. Pente loves to cuddle him, but she also likes to make bracelets with Rincle and give them to Iris.

10. How do they make up after a fight? - Pente always apologizes first, even if she isn’t in the wrong. Iris is a stubborn asshole >:[ But he usually apologizes after some convincing from Ginger/Orange. He takes her on a date afterwards, she gets to choose where.

25. Pick a physical attribute that they love about each other. - Iris loves basically her whole head? It sounds weird- but her hair, eyes, smile, everything. Pente loves his hair for how fluffy it is :3

45. Are they good at comforting one another? Does someone hide their feelings usually? - Iris bottles EVERYTHING up until he has an explosion of emotions. It’s usually rage or sorrow. Pente has learned to let him cry/scream until he tires himself out, then she cuddles him and puts on some anime for them to watch.

48. Do they get on well with each other's family? Is family important to them? - Iris cut off his family so- Cintagon and Circumsphere didn’t like Iris as first since he came off as a prick originally. Post event they started warming up to him, mostly because Iris had been working on his temper. Circ and Iris bond over their hatred for the Circle kingdom, and Cintagon and Iris knit together. Huge stress reliever for both.

5. What's their love language like? Are they compatible with one another? - Cintagon loves to cuddle. Like, a lot. He had 2 partners before Circ, both of which had passed away. He clings to Circ based on the fear that the same thing might happen to him. Circ doesn’t mind, he actually really likes Cinta holding him like a plush. Circ prefers to give compliments himself, though.

7. What do they argue about? - Taking their medication consistently. Specifically, Cinta being upset when Circ refuses to take his. But with how bad medical treatments were in the war you can’t entirely blame him for being skeptical of medication. (He was prescribed pills for his schizophrenia about a year from my current timeline)

22. Do they ever share clothes? - Circ borrows Cinta’s jackets when he’s cold, but that’s about it. They have more than a foot height difference they can’t share much-

33. Who was the first to say 'I love you'? - Cintagon. Whoever Circ is dating needs to say it before he does because he doesn’t want to open up like that to anyone. Bad dating experience in highschool.
