First Date:

You had recently arrived at the Tokyo branch of Jujutsu High and couldn't be happier. You found out that you wouldn't be the only girl included in the first years which you were grateful for. "Ugh, boys stink! I hope they don't bathe in axe body spray..." It was then that you met Kugisaki. The two of you began to bond and by the end of the week, you had setup a smash bros. competition in your dorm.

Right now it was Itadori vs Fushiguro. Your switch controllers were acting up again so you decided it would be best to just take turns. Itadori had chosen Kirby while Fushiguro decided to main Greninja. "Man Fushiguro, you suck! You really need to learn how to wave dash!" The boy groaned. "I have no idea what that means..."

Soon it was Nobara's turn and she wiped out everyone with Donkey Kong. There were no survivors. While the boys looked defeated, she pulled out her phone and started flossing to the DK rap. Gojo would never let them live this down.

One day the two of you were out for a walk when you noticed something. "That guy's still there... Kugisaki, I think he's following us..." She instantly turned around. "Hey you! You got a problem!?" The stranger grinned. "Wow! Two girls! I can't believe how lucky I am!" Kugisaki spat towards him. "Hey, wanna play a fun little game? It's called Matthew 27:46." The boy stuttered. "Huh?"

"I would start running if I were you! It's not every day that I'm nice enough to offer to play tag with a stranger." She pulled out her hammer and now this guy knew that he was in deep shit. He started to run away, screaming while Kugisaki flung her nails at him. She started to pin him down, bolt by bolt until he was crucified.

"There. That should hold you. Now ####### let's head back-". Suddenly there was another guy. "Yo. I see what you did to my buddy there. I gotta say, nice job!" You both tensed. "...What is it that you want exactly..." The stranger began to laugh. "Can't a guy just play a wholesome game of tag? C'mon, it'll be fun!"

"I refuse!" The stranger rested his arms behind his head. "That's too bad. Oh well. It's not like you have a choice. Ready or not, here I come!" Before you could comprehend the situation, the stranger slapped Kugisaki over her eye. You let out a scream. "KUGISAKI!!!!!"

Kugisaki's eyeball exploded like it was made of confetti and then her body toppled over. You then heard a voice say "pop, goes the weasel!". You charged at her murderer. "YOU BASTARD! I'LL KILL YOU!" ------------------------ Before you knew it, you were awake. "Was it really a dream?" It had been three years since Gege had killed off your favorite character and you were still in one of the five stages of grief. "There's a new chapter. Maybe he brought her back!" You finished reading and became disappointed. Stage one. Denial.

To know that higuruma was essentially doomed from the beginning cause no matter what unless he either gave up on his ideals and became just like everyone else closing his eyes to injustice and suffering of others essentially becoming something he sought to fight against or go crazy trying to fulfill his ideals he'd always have a bad ending cause that's how gege intended his character 😭😭😭😭😭

Yuuji's ''I'm going to die with him'' from the start of the series to ''Sukuna, Come back and live with me '' at the end is, honestly, very beautiful.

"Let's try again one more time Sukuna, but this time, without cursing anyone. Even if no one else accepts you, I'll live with you" do you understand what's going on here? This is Yuuji attempting to connect with Sukuna, to show a certain compassion that is entirely alien to Sukuna. To the way he delicately lifts Sukuna's remains, with such carefulness, as if holding the remains of a precious loved one, Yuuji tries to show Sukuna "love". The same "love" that has been teased to us this entire series, that who is it that will show it to Sukuna, teach him of it.

This is the same Yuuji, who, at the beginning of the series held absolute disdain towards Sukuna, and always looked at him with much accusatory contempt and mistrust. At that point, He truly did think of Sukuna as nothing more than a "curse". The same "curse" Sukuna calls himself one last time as the last embers of his soul fade in Yuuji's hands.

But this time, Yuuji has a troubled look in his eyes.

As if he disagreed with him.

This is the look of someone, who is looking at the Humanity Sukuna does not believe exists within himself.

Humanity that Sukuna denies himself.

That Sukuna is not a curse, but a human that has been cursed.

This image right here is the perfect illustration of the difference between Yuuji and Yuuta, it almost feels like a 4th wall break.

Yuuji has been working real hard ever since he became a sorcerer, he's survived hellish situation after hellish situation, lost so many people he cared about. And he made tremendous progress.

Yuuta was born with a hereditary ridculously overpowered technique and immense amounts of cursed energy. His playground girlfriend died and that was traumatic especially that she stayed with him and hurt people on his behalf even though he didn't want her to. But once he became a sorcerer that got very quickly resolved. Yuuta miraculously learned every technique he needed in the moment to save his friends, or cure them and himself, or to win against his enemies by just overpowering them. And then he killed Kenjaku without putting any work of his own into that.

So yeah, Yuuji has worked hard and persevered and has been disrespected and ignored for it both in the story and by the fandom. Yuuta's been given everything, even techniques and page time of other characters and congratulated for it.

౨ৎ a/n. i KNOW what my bio says but i'm multifaceted. literally so in love with this deadbeat and i hope it shows.

The second time Toji ever felt love was when he looked into Tsumiki’s big, brown eyes for the first time.

Then the third came with a small head of black hair and the name he’d chosen long before he'd known whether his kid would be a boy or a girl: Megumi.

From then on, life was a journey for him.

Growing up, Tsumiki was much calmer than Megumi, who would fuss and cry at every little thing. His papa wouldn't read to him long enough? He'd bawl his eyes out. He couldn't reach the fridge handle because his legs were too stubby? Waterworks. His toy was missing after he'd been the one to misplace it? He'd throw a fit.

Toji would honestly curse himself for even thinking he could fall asleep for more than 20 minutes before his son would toddle into the room, promptly disturbing his dad's nap by pouncing onto his stomach or latching onto his arm.

You, however, found it pretty funny.

"Shit's not anythin' to giggle about," Toji would grumble at you, his beauty sleep interrupted as you laughed, glaring at Megumi as he clambered onto his father's chest, bouncing his bottom up and down and beating on him with his tiny fists.

There have been multiple instances where Megumi's been in a good mood, though. You'll never forget the pictures you took of him napping, holding his big sister's hand in his smaller one as they both rested on top of Toji's large chest, his hands cradling both their heads while he snored.

Toji is so bad at not cursing in front of his kids. It's a horrible habit, but he can't seem to grasp the fact that 4-year-olds aren't supposed to be saying the same unsavory words that roll off his tongue so easily.

"Fuck!" he'd let it slip a few times when he accidentally hurt himself, and in typical kid fashion, they were always around to hear something they shouldn't.

"Fuk?" The fact that Megumi was the very picture of innocence while such a filthy word came tumbling out of his mouth (and paired with a smile!) rattled his father.

"What's 'fuck'?" Tsumiki asked, barely much older than her brother. Toji could only pray you didn't hear that.

"Wh— not so loud! Don't repeat that shi— that stuff. Yer gonna get me in trouble with Mama."

(you indeed did hear and he got his ass beat later)

Calls Megumi and Tsumiki 'rugrats.'

He didn't realize just how little time he'd have for romance with his kids around. Every single time Toji leans in to press his lips on his yours, no matter where you two may be, they come running from around the corner (apparently, they'd been watching for a while), darting between your legs and making fake retching noises as they giggle at the scowl on their dad's face.

Toji's the kind of dad to lose one kid in the store, turn around to ask the other kid where their sibling went, only to find them both gone LMFAO.

Stiffens up when he hears an "I love you," or even when he receives a hug from either one of his children. Hugs take some coaxing from you, but he doesn't dislike them (he'd never admit it, what with his tough guy persona, but Toji's kids make him so soft inside.)

this is just me theorising, and I rly hope it doesn't pan out like this, but I think yuuta is gonna lose. while he will go out dealing some heavy damage to sukuna, all chapters previous to the gojo-corpse comeback were dedicted to yuuji (the MC) levelling up his power and skill.

all previous jujutsu kaisen MCs, (yuuta in JJK0, Gojo with the Hidden Inventory Arc, Maki with the zenin clan arc) were allowed victories against their primary oppoonents. (geto, toji and naoya respectively) in the process, they lost someone they loved (gojo lost geto, yuuta had to let go of rika, mai sacrificed herself for maki) and after this loss, their loved one came back as a shadow of who they were (kenjaku in geto's body, rika as a shikigami, mai's gift of the soul split sword.)

what we tend to forget, is that while sukuna is an enemy of the jujutsu world, he is itadori's opponent. Jujutsu Kaisen as a story began with sukuna, yuuji's character developed due to sukuna's malevolent nature and all the loss in yuuji's life is due to the king of curses.

JJK is also inherently cyclical in nature, we see this in the multiple parallels drawn across generations, with a primary theme being breaking patterns of passing down trauma.

now, the genesis point for all the catastrophes in JJK was the existence of toji zenin, and as pointed out by yuki, he is the ideal of how humans should AKA net zero cursed energy. to achieve geto's ideal, another key point of the storyline, all humans should ideally become like toji.

but toji isn't the only cause of imbalance in jujutsu society, it's gojo as well. his birth caused curses to grow infinitely stronger and have an overall negative impact on the death rate of sorcerers. his status as a special grade caused chaos in the jujutsu world and forced the impossible burden of loneliness onto him.

as the story currently stands, yuuta is the only special grade remaining. I don't think yuuta will die, but I do think he will lose rika, lose against sukuna and all his cursed energy in the process. to dissolve the ideal of a special grade sorcerer will be pivotal for the story.

maki in the cinchpin; her contemporary began this mess and its only fitting that she play a role in ending things, but at the end of the day this is yuuji's victory. as per the repeating narrative of JJK, he's already lost megumi, and megumi has returned to itadori as a distorted image of himself.

but I don't think megumi will die, because what JJK has always been about is breaking cycles of abuse. objectively, sukuna is exploiting megumi right now, and I think the story will end with yuuji somehow breaking this cycle of abuse and figuring out how to harness cursed energy in a way that achieves geto's ideal of a curseless world.

anyway, those are my two cents. for all this analysis I still want a gojo nobara geto nanami comeback so all my pookies can hold hands and live happily ever after. I miss you gojo my gorgeous blue eyed king. I miss you nobara my femme sapphic queen. i miss you nanamin my father figure 9-5 king. I MISS YOU GETO MY PRETTY PRETTY PRINCESS. I MISS YOU THE MOST. You know at the rate Gege is killing characters, I won’t be surprised if jjk ends with Yuji defeating Sakuna, and everyone Yuji cares about ending up dead. Because isn’t that his curse? How Yuji’s granddad cursed him by saying that he is strong and has the power to save people. And by god does Yuji try. Love is the most twisted curse of all, so everyone he ends up caring about just fucking dies.

“dreams end” using the panels where my glorious king specifically talks about how he hopes that he isn’t dreaming, along with an image of his stunning, mouth-watering, jaw-slacking, toe-curling, leg-opening, gorgeous self with that damned eye symbolism again…

tonight’s meant to be the final chapter of jjk, but something’s telling me this isn’t it 🫢

(the jujutsu_pr account can acknowledge satoru but the literal characters in the manga can’t? especially when jujutsu society’s ‘strongest’ has supposedly ‘died’? did they all just suffer extreme trauma to the point of memory loss surrounding the one person who fought for them all?)

p.s. there was no mention of a body either. and if there’s one thing we know about bodies in jjk, it’s that the best shot at safety for EVERYONE is cremation. and yet, there wasn’t a grave like tsumiki’s or a single mention of what happened to his after yuta returned.

p.s. pt 2 based on the tags i just added about the ‘curse user’, if my satoru returns less strong, it just reinforces everything he’s ever wanted, too: his students surpass him, they live a life where their youth isn’t consistently challenged (the higher ups are dead thanks to him, so no more excessively dangerous missions) and he gets to see the world that he wanted to live through as a teen. it’ll be a full circle.

You have a superiority complex, you're a massive germaphobe and have a soft spot for poor, abused children.

First Date:

You couldn't believe it. You had a date. Not just any date though. One with the hot guy that was a shaman. He was also a cult leader but you were willing to let that slide due to how attractive you found him. The two of you met on PlentyOfSorcerers.com and you hoped that you weren't getting cat fished again. "If he's as good as he looks than I'll let him expand my domain!" You waited for your date just outside your restaurant of choice. "He should be here any minute."

You were wearing casual clothing. The two of you had agreed that it would be better to dress like average people. You didn't want your dates monk attire to attract any unnecessary attention after all. You were looking through the crowd when you felt someone pat you on the back. "Yo ####. You look wonderful." It was Getou. His long hair was memorizing but you gazed down and couldn't help but notice the shirt that he wore.

It was a plain black t-shirt except for the fact that there was a large image of a dragon ball character. Freezer you think? Anyway it was something about an alien committing genocide against monkeys. You were dumbfounded. "... I thought we agreed to dress casual..." He rolled his eyes. "Hey, he's my idol." Geto than questioned where he was taking you. "Why KFC of course."

You noticed his face starting to go pale. "Is something wrong?" He quickly shook his head. "It used to bring me painful memories. But that's all right because now I have you." You couldn't help but smile. You took his hand and walked towards your destination.

The place was packed. Getou groaned. "Why must there be so many monkeys!" He then glanced in your direction. "####, why don't you find us somewhere to sit while I go and order..." He looked tense. He must not enjoy crowds you thought. You kissed him on the cheek and then went to find a place to sit.

Getou then took out his disinfectant and began to spray everyone in line while he made his way to the front. The patrons were choking and gasping for air but who cares about monkeys right? He went to order when he nearly had a heart attack. He recognized the man behind the register. It was none other than Toji Fushiguro. "WHY ARE YOU STILL ALIVE!?"

The man was used to angry customers so this wasn't anything special but then he looked up at the the patron in front of him. "Oh? I didn't expect to see you here. Anyway, I owe some gambling debt to Gege so he was kind enough to let me work here and pay it off. I have to support my son after all!" Getou spat at him. "You're a terrible father and you know it!"

"Hmpf. Maybe. But at least I actually fathered my children. Now, what will you be ordering today?"

Getou returned and dropped the tray on the table. "Is everything okay...?" He couldn't wait to leave this place. "It's nothing. Go on, eat!" The two of you ate your food and you noticed that Getou looked somewhat sick. His face was now a shade of green. He decided to answer before you questioned him. "This food tastes worse than curses do!""... And what do curses taste like?"

He then responded "It’s like swallowing a dirty rag that’s been used to clean up shit and vomit." Oh. Well you were definitely letting him pick the place next time. If there would be a next time... It was then that you noticed two small children. "Daddy, daddy! We want crepes!" Getou sighed. "Girls, I thought I told you to wait until I came back home..." Your eye twitched."

Your dating profile didn't say anything about having kids..." He knew he had forgotten something. "Surprise...?" You stood up to leave. "I think we should see other people." He then began to sob into the table. The two girls then hugged their father and asked what was wrong. "I miss my wife (Gojo) girls. I miss her a lot."
