Someone threw around Roo/Eve forcing Alastor to seduce Lucifer/return his advances, but on the alternative, it's implied in the show that Lucifer slept with Eve, maybe deceived her, and if she's an antagonist I'd bet money that she's got a grudge against him.

That is to say, Roo takes one look at Lucifer eyeing up her pet, who's so inexperienced when it comes to such things, and for the first time in millennia, feels fury on behalf of another, and fury that Lucifer is trying to take what's HERS again. She's ready to go down there herself and start shit. Not 👏 on 👏 her 👏 watch!

A headcanon of mine that will be explored in my upcoming fanfic is the idea that once Adam and Lucifer get together romantically, Eve and Lucifer start to become romantically attracted to each other as well because of how much the other loves Adam. So basically it will become a poly romance of Eve/Adam/Lucifer because Eve and Lucifer fell in love with each other because both parties were already in love with Adam.
