上溝桜って、英名:Japanese Bird Cherryっていうのですね。 鳥と撮れた植物はいつも一応調べるのですが、一年経つとどうも忘れがち😅

今回は覚えておけそう♪

ちなみに、樹皮を傷つけると桜餅のような香りがするそうな・∀・！

May 1, 2023 - Palawan Flycatcher (Ficedula platenae) Found on Palawan and some nearby islands in the Philippines, these Old World flycatchers inhabit lowland and foothill forests. They feed on small invertebrates, mostly foraging alone in dense undergrowth. Little is known about their nesting habits, though their breeding season is thought to last from May to September. They are classified as Vulnerable by the IUCN due to rapid population declines from habitat destruction and degradation in their small range.

Ficedula nigrorufa. Paseriforme de la familia Muscicapidae. Es un Papamoscas diminuto y de colores brillantes. El macho tiene la cabeza (salvo la barbilla y la garganta) y las alas negras, mientras que el resto de su plumaje es de color canela anaranjado. En la hembra se sustituye el negro de la cabeza por un tono pardo-grisáceo, así como un anillo ocular claro y vientre blanco.

Se alimenta de moscas y semillas. Se localiza en el sur de la India.
