Ok noticed some people hasn't shipped these together this is a crackship am not being serious I made up names for Chef Hatchet's mom and Leshawna's Grandma I don't think they have names so when they do I change it so the ship name I come up with for them are Gerose or Rorry for Gerry X Rose and LilPete or Lete for Lily X Pete so no attacking me I was just being funny with this one if you do like them together ok cool like I said I haven't seen alot of certain older characters not getting shipped together so this was made.

Kendall doesn’t love Naomi, Shiv never loved Tom, Tom didn’t love Greg, Greg didn’t love Tom. Tom stopped loving Shiv. Connor doesn’t really love Willa (did he even notice her whole face has changed?), Willa doesn’t love Connor. Logan didn’t love his pew bench and most of his pew bench didn’t love him or didn’t have time to stop.

Roman though. 

Roman loves Gerri, Georgia always told us that and when she talks spinoff it’s Colin, Stewey or Roman & Gerri (and yes, RomanGerri wasn’t Jesse’s, it’s Georgia’s and Tony’s and J's and Kieran’s and Mark’s, but that’s enough!)

From reading around, I think the finale brought home the depth of Roman’s  feelings from seeing him watch her on film reciting a maybe dirty maybe spiritual limerick and fall to the floor with it. He took from her, thinking he was entitled to ask her jump into bed or on that grenade. This spoilt little puppy prince who had never suffered a consequence. He attempted to climb his Everest, locked up in a cage. But as soon as he steps out of the cage at Logan’s funeral and abandons the poorly worn skin of whomever he was supposed to be for dad, and the reality of his feelings and his guilt and his shame hits, he realises he barely deserved to be at her feet. He’s a bruised, hollow prince who ‘knifed’ the only person who had real adult expectations of him (in every sense of the term - the scripts are part of my canon), for a throne he didn’t even want. How could you not break down at that??

And it morphs into a love that doesn’t need anything to feed the flame. No reciprocity, no touching, no comfort. Nothing transactional. It doesn’t even need to be spoken or told. It simply exists, in those jelly glass eye balls. He hasn’t earned it as it disappears behind screens and glass partitions where the adults are. She’s put her shoes back on and she’s walked out of his glass room.

Consuming that love becomes the only thing he can do to feel its burn, to satisfy the craving. He won’t be able to give her slow pleasure or any of his fluids but he can partake in hers in some way. Smart people know what they are and God forbid he sullies anymore of her with the oozing blood at the seam big bag of bullshit that he is. But you better believe he can find a way to have her on his brain, his heart, his tongue, his bloodstream.

He steps out of the cage and bids farewell to the toxicity of denying his own heart, he goes from a cage where he could just take, in exchange for pretending to be someone - no consequences but the occasional beating son I promise, to a world where he’s himself, needy and broken, nothing of value to give. He breaks out but the realisation of having fucked his relationship with her is the price of admission into the real world of his real feelings.

Oh she’d pick up the phone if he called, she’d meet him at the bar (I think he even knows that) but his superego, despite his hysterical cries about how good he looks and you can’t really see how broken he is and that it should be him, has acknowledged the fact that he doesn’t deserve her and wonders why she would take any interest in him if he was no longer this diamond in the rough? Can’t bear her eyes on him, if he’s just the nothing bullshit who fired her and lashed out at her. Which is ironic really because, being mad at Ken’s for his abuse, protecting Shiv, the clarity on his and all of their worth, staying and being the face of the humiliation, signing the deal. These are signs he’s morphing into something with grit, something worthy.

I think. Who knows. It’s day 1. They’re slow but it only lengthens the - excruciating - pleasure. It wasn’t a healthy, happy love story. It was a star crossed First Love meeting Last Love with all the unmatched expectations and maturity it entails, but only they knew it and a few of the people that watch. And really this was the most beautifully crafted thing I’ve ever seen on TV, the depths are almost out of reach. Romey-o Loves Gerri, it’s a feminist show and yes even the fact that Logan didn’t consider his grandkids his bloodline (and of course Roman would hate to have children and of course Shiv didn’t have time to tell him about her pregnancy). All these things are in the show and barely visible and thank god for that. 

And you can wonder why the hell he’s in a bar smiling and crying at his cocktail or you may prefer to read it as being only about his dad or only about his sibs or just the company if you can manage the connective tissue. But to me, yes of course, his last second on screen is him ingesting her in some way. I mean, OBVIOUSLY. It’s not because it wasn’t in your face, that it wasn’t the realest thing, the only true romance this show has indulged.

The apartment was silent, it felt too out of character, especially for Roman. The both of you lay in silence on his bed, still in today's clothes.

You move your hand slowly - scared that a sudden movement would cause him to suddenly get up and leave without warning. Tentatively, you inch your fingers onto his own - he said nothing, nor did he move. Gaining more confidence and desperate to comfort him knowing how loud his mind must be right now - you encapsulate his hand within your own. They’re soft and warm - Roman was always warm to touch. You feel his hand squeeze your own back - still no words being said.

You take a deep breath, feeling the need to break the silence finally, but before you can, Roman cuts you off.

“Please don’t,” his voice came out weak - he was usually so quick witted…he just sounded tired.

“Okay,” your voice was soft - a complete dichotomy to the tone he was used to from his father and siblings.

Another 30 minutes went by in complete silence - the both of your steady breaths being the only thing heard. Your hand still lay in his - he hadn't moved an inch unless it was to gently squeeze your hand every so often.

You turn on your side, slipping your hand out of his - he still didn't move. You decided to move closer to him, laying your head on his shoulder and draping your right arm across his chest that rose up and down with each breath he took.

You studied his face - he looked like he wanted to push you off of him, and yet simultaneously he was aching to pull you closer to him. Your touch was the only touch he felt safe feeling - you'd never hurt him, and he never doubted that thought for a second, but he was just so used to being alone and pushing people away.

You were desperate to hear his voice, to understand what was running through his head. You knew he was probably going to say some stupid quip to hide how he really felt, but you'd see straight through him; he knew this and it was the scariest thing to him - that you actually saw him.

"Ro...," you were gentle - a part of him just wanted you to shout at him and tell him he was a waste of space just like his father had - it was all he knew. However, you were just too kind, you actually cared for him, and not in the way his father cared for him - if you could call it that - but in a way that was so genuine and pure that it felt wrong to him, but he craved every second of it.

His gaze moved from the ceiling to your worried face - you looked beautiful he thought, he had always thought you were the most beautiful person he knew. "Yeah," his voice sounded small and tired.

"Are you okay?" the question was stupid, you knew he wasn't, but you wondered if he'd answer you honestly - if for once he'd be vulnerable with you, and truly let you into what was going through his mind.

"What? Pfft yeah I'm fine, real fucking good...just thinking about who has bigger tits - you or Gerri...I think Gerri does," there it was...he couldn't be honest with you for a minute if he tried - he'd rather say some crude shit and hope you'd be weirded out enough like everyone else and just leave him so he could avoid sharing his emotions.

You sat up, leaning on one hand as you stared down at him while he tried to avoid your gaze which was slowly glazing over with unshed tears. "Roman...please I-...can you just be honest with me?" your voice had a slight shake - scared that you were going to push him over the edge and he'd run.

He made eye contact with you, his heart clenching in his chest, no one had made him feel the way you could make him feel, and that scared him. He didn't know what to do - his mind was screaming so many things at him all at once that he couldn't really make a decision, so he stayed silent.

Several minutes passed of you both just holding each other's gaze then he opened his mouth tentatively, "Why do you care about me? Why can't you just call me a freak or a perv and leave?" You watched as his eyes reddened and glazed over as he tried his hardest not to cry in front of you. Had you cracked him? It felt bittersweet that he might finally just be honest with you, but the pain in his eyes was tearing at your heart.

You smiled, giggling softly as you lifted a hand to his cheek and wiped away a singular tear that had managed to fall, watching as he turned his face to meet your caress - he trusted you. "Because I fucking love you Roman".

"But why?" he interrupted you like a child would trying to understand such a foreign concept that you were trying to explain.

"There's no reason - I mean there is, you're...you. I love you Roman." You were so soft with him, it felt alien to him. It broke you that he couldn't fathom the concept of someone genuinely loving him, and in such a pure way too. This love wasn't like the love from his father, nor from his siblings - it was something so foreign that he couldn't understand it, but he liked it...he liked this.

You laid back down beside him, "Come here Ro...please" your eyes had such a soft stare - they were so warm and inviting, he couldn't object to the embrace you were offering him.

Roman inched across the bed over into your arms, wrapping his arm around your waist and burying his face in your chest, while you wrapped an arm around his back, holding him close to you. You fell into a comfortable silence, holding each other without a care in the world - it was just the both of you.

"I love you too, you know?" he muttered it so quietly that it almost went unheard, but a smile spread across your face at his confession. You knew that he had probably been having an internal argument with himself on whether or not he was actually going to say it to you; without any sarcasm too.

You felt your heart fluttering in your chest and you pulled him closer to you, "Yeah I know". You tilted your head down slightly and pressed a soft kiss to the top of his head. He went to open his mouth to say some sarky comment, but immediately shut it - he didn't need to feel defensive around you, not now, and not ever.

I write on Discord or through Tumblr messages. I like to stick to Tumblr for plotting, though, and don't hand out my Discord handle until I'm sure we'll be doing something together. I write in third person, past tense and around 2-4 paragraphs. Replies usually happen within 2-3 days. I'm mainly interested in canon x canon pairings (MxM, FxF, or MxF) and canon or canon divergent plots. I am willing to do some canon x OC stuff (but only MxM or FxF for those). the apprentice is the artificer's child. i need to draw the artificer soon.

when a person on mundus dies, a baby is born simultaneously. this infant will inherit the deceased's name. nobody is sure how the timing works out so perfectly, supposing it is just fate.

the executioner can eat, and xs favorite food is dried mango strips.

the rose is romantically interested in just about any man bigger than him, but is asexual.

lucky is fucking impossible for me to draw and i'm sick of it but she's crucial to the plot as she is so i can't just remove or change her.

speaking of lucky i can't say much of anything about her because she's so plot-heavy.

the teacher is older than the artificer, but the apprentice is older than the delinquent.

the vessel can see shrimp colors thanks to the corruption.

the inquisitor and the scholar are distantly related by blood. this is why they have similar tails.

the apparition's stabilizer is one of the artificer's creations, and she sees the executioner as her sibling.

the cobbler is my favorite. :)

the cobbler and the executioner have a close bond upon meeting, and the reason behind this is spoilers related to one of the executioner's names.

there is a reason other than "ed was lazy" that the executioner has one arm. this is also spoilers.

the cavalier sees the executioner as a rival knight. the executioner sees the cavalier as "awww puppy."

the feature(s) that give a person their distinct name (the scholar's perfect memory, the teacher's ability to learn and spread knowledge, etc) is inherited.

the executioner, at 7'0, is the tallest humanoid in the story, but there are beasts taller than x. the teacher is extremely close to x in height, at 6'10.

lucky is the shortest because she is just a little kitty cat. :3

i've literally drawn every named character BUT the bouncer, the artificer, the MC, and lucky and this is because either i don't know how to or i don't know what they should look like. or both. help.

the teacher's working names were the father, the priest, the minister, and the forbidden. i settled on "teacher" because it gave less away.

all characters have a "true name" other than the names i use for them. it has nothing to do with plot but i still won't tell you them, except that the scholar is kind of named after gerry keay (the magnus archives) and his name is gervase.

the design process is: concept -> sketch -> resketch from memory -> draw reference -> tweak until satisfied.

i have changed the executioner's design 5 times now.

Dating Taylor Sloane has several benefits. After all, she was one of the sweetest, most intense people you have ever met, she always made sure to show you how much she loves and cares about you.

And one of these benefits, of course, is that she would do things like this one.

You are on the couch right now, a Christmas movie on the TV that you're not paying much attention to.

Suddenly, you feel hands obstructing your vision.

“I have something for you.” The sound of your girlfriend whisper sound right next to your ear, and you smirk as you feel shivers consuming your whole body.

"Okay." You agree, a nervous chuckle escaping your lips. "What is it?"

"I can't say, silly, it's a surprise." She answers playfully, and even with your eyes covered you know she's rolled hers.

"Don't open your eyes." She warns, removing her hands from in front of your face, and you immediately miss her warmth. "Taylor, what-"

"Don't open!" She interrupts you, a mixed tone of command and distress, and you let out a giggle, your eyelids closed.

"I won't." You promise, and then you can hear footsteps circling the couch and stopping in front of you. "Okay, now you can open them."

You almost choke.

Right in front of you, your girlfriend is wearing what must be the shortest Christmas costume ever made by a human being, the smooth skin of her body almost completely exposed to you.

"Holy shi..." The sentence dies down as you swallow harshly, your eyes rising slowly to her face, being met with a satisfied expression and a mischievous grin.

"Do you like it?" she asks, her voice in that tone that always knots the pit of your belly. "Don't worry, it'll get better." She says before you can answer, and you frown.

And then you choke again.

You recognize the song as it starts, the version of Jingle Bell Rock that plays in Mean Girls. And that is the only thought you have because after that Taylor starts dancing and your brain short-circuits.

You watch in awe as she sways her hips, moving gracefully in front of you, the least Christmas thoughts running through your mind.

It's quite possible that you're drooling right now, and as she dances Taylor bites her lip, relishing the effect she has on you proudly.

When the song ends, the blonde sits on top of you, each leg on one side of your thighs as she straddles you, and you hold your breath.

The heat between her own thighs is the trigger you need to wake up from your stunned state, and you pull her hard against you, your mouth exploring hers eagerly as your hands descend to her ass, squeezing the flesh there.

Taylor gasps in surprise and moans softly as she matches the kiss in the same intensity, her fingers gripping your hair tightly.

The blonde breaks the kiss into a heavy sigh as she feels your fingers climbing the inside of her thighs, the soft touch burning her skin.

"Merry Christmas, babe." You whisper against her lips, a husky giggle escaping your mouth as you admire the reactions you elicit from her.

"Merry Christmas, love." She whispers in response, and the shadow of a smirk is all you see before she kisses you again.
