Oh my god, I would literally scream (internally) if I saw an Aemond lookalike 🤧 IT’S A PITY THOUGH That he lives far away! With all these lookalikes we stumble upon but end up living really far away, it feels as if God is playing little mind games with us. The amount of times I stumbled upon lookalikes of my celeb crushes these past few days but they are all a bit far away or unreachable somehow is KILLING MEE 🥴

— Qiyana's lore is vague, which I am not a big fan of, but her short story, Fit To Rule, is as close to perfection as a story about a champion can be. it shows us exactly who Qiyana is and how far she is willing to go.

that said, the only part of her canon portrayal I do dislike is her voice over. It is devoid of her achievements. the way she talks makes her sound all bark no bite, and there is no mention of the incidents she already caused — such as Trikas and Inessa being paralysed. I feel like Riot should have included a few lines about these events, how she killed an entire group of Piltovans and left only one to tell the story, or how her family almost arrested her for doing that.

better yet, have her talk about how horrible it is to lie to your entire population about what is outside Ixtal and how she wants to change that, bring down the walls her ancestors put up out of cowardice. now THAT would make Qiyana much more interesting and would stop people from misjudging her from VO alone.

— people seem to assume Qiyana is extremely promiscuous for some reason? (the reason is her being a brown woman with a very voluptuous lower body) I subscribe to the idea that as base Qiyana stands, she has never had a romantic or sexual encounter. why would she? with how busy she is orchestrating schemes, planting seeds of deception, and undermining the populace's trust in her parents? baby got no time for that.

and also, assuming that she's all talk no bark when her LORE shows how much better she is than her entire family. the yun tal protect her from being arrested DUE TO THIS POWER. people need to learn how to read.
