It's kinda funny to me that just after they got out of a dangerous situation in 3x14 (with Hardwick), Hotch just started to talk about his ruined marriage to Spencer out of the blue
like what is he supposed to say to that, Hotch? Like what do u want him to do ksnfkskdks I know the rest of that trip was mad uncomfortable.

Here’s a list of questions I used to get a job. I felt it could be useful for you too, and is fairly generic. I think this is one of the most comprehensive HR/ job application question guides that I’ve created - so I hope that you find it useful.
