Galta Ji, Hindu temple, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India: Galtaji Temple, Jaipur A pre-historic Hindu pilgrimage site, the Galtaji Temple, is located only 10km away from Jaipur. One of the jewels of Jaipur, the temple complex encompasses natural fresh water springs and 7 holy 'kunds' or water tanks. Among these kunds, the 'Galta Kund', is the holiest one and is believed to never get dry.

This is a huge temple complex located near Siem Reap in Cambodia. It was built by Khmer kings more than a thousand years ago. The complex has a large number of temples. The main temple is the only one that is well preserved. Other temples are in ruins. There is an international effort to restore some of the temples. The temples must have looked majestic when they were built.

A large stones were cut precisely and placed over each other without any bonding material to hold them together. The Khmer kings embraced Hinduism and Buddhism. The carvings are delicate and superbly detailed.

Took some pics of Pura ( Hinduism Temple) in Tanah Lot and Bedugul - Bali, Indonesia. Pura in Tanah Lot and Bedugul are ones of the most famous in Bali.

Rudrakar Abbey is an ancient Hindu abbey in Bangladesh that was initially built around 350 years ago. It used to be a temple for Kali, one of the Hindu goddesses. During the country’s 1971 Liberation War, the Pakistani Army tried to destroy the abbey using machine guns and mortar shells but failed to cause significant damage to the structure. It is believed that a stone sculpture of Kali of this abbey is now preserved at an American museum.
