a kind-hearted and bright young girl, a fairy tale princess in every sense of the word, despite having lived a remarkably sheltered life in a well-to-do family. her cheerful and easygoing demeanour have made her popular and well-loved among students at night raven college, and she is generally regarded as one of the more approachable figures in school. an ever-present smile is adorned on rose pink lips, warm brown eyes radiating warmth. she has a very distinct perfume of vanilla, and a more subtle undertone of rose water. 

she catches herself as she nearly trips over her own two feet, but quickly recovers and turns to smile at you, her voice a high and lilting melody. from there on out, you quickly learn that chiara is warm, giving, affectionate, generous, reliable, a hopeless romantic, clumsy, needy, childish, oversensitive, and a perfectionist.

most of her time to studying. she’s a fairly good student, with the exception of only a few subjects, and is more than willing to help her friends with their studies and assignments. her free time she spends at tea parties with friends, or caring for her pony in the stables.

reading, sweets, knitting, baking, reading, flowers, singing, warm tea, sweets, cooking, music, star-gazing, animals, the ocean, making flower crowns, tea parties, sunrise, horse riding, keeping a diary.

thunder, loud noises, sports, being too hot, being too cold, stressful situations, insects, clowns, falling sick, arguments, hurting people.

chiara is inspired by the three good fairies, flora, fauna, and merryweather from sleeping beauty. she hails from the land of dreams, and her family was blessed by the fairies, granting them an immense amount of magical power. her weapon of choice is a magic wand, handed down through her family for generations.

despite her immense power, chiara has difficulty controlling her magic, and her spells lack accuracy. she was specifically placed in heartslabyul, as riddle could use his own magic to counteract hers. she is very much a pacifist, and is reluctant to use attack spells out of fear of hurting anyone. she relies on defensive and healing spells during the rare times she engages someone in battle.

˗ˏˋ ONE ˊˎ˗

chiara has a terrible sense of direction. she gets lost on campus easily, and all too often has to stop and ask for help getting to her classes or getting back to her dorm.

˗ˏˋ TWO ˊˎ˗

bruises and scrapes are a common sight on chiara. she’s clumsy to a fault, and often sports new injuries, especially after flying and dancing classes. she carries bandages and plasters in her book bag so that she doesn’t have to make repeated trips to the school nurse.

˗ˏˋ THREE ˊˎ˗

she’s in charge of baking for the tea parties at heartslabyul, as appointed by riddle. she tries to be fair, and asks her dorm mates what they’re in the mood for, and tries to put all their desired treats on the table. chiara loves baking, and makes extras to bring to her friends. 

ˏˋ FOUR ˊˎ˗

chiara was formerly a member of the ‘going home club’, until riddle found out and promptly nagged her to take up a club. she was pressured into joining the horse riding club and grew to love it. she’s been saddled with the most gentle pony in the stables, a fat black and white gelding called kary. ( she’s never gone faster than a trot as of yet. )

˗ˏˋ FIVE ˊˎ˗

much like everyone in the school, chiara is very much terrified of malleus. only, her fear seems to be amplified to an uncomfortable degree. in spite of this, chiara is stubbornly determined to befriend him, hoping that becoming closer and getting to know him as a person will help dispell her misgivings.
