How do you think Foul Legacy Childe would act around a petite reader who lives alone? I am personally on the shorter side myself. Im 5'1. I happen to have difficulty reaching high cupboards and even the higher sections of my bookshelf.

I can imagine the reader going to Childe's side and blushing in embarrassment to ask for his help because once again she happens to not own a ladder and cannot reach her stuff in her shelves.

I can also imagine the reader furiously pacing back and forth in front of the shelf and just trying repeatedly (and failing, probably sometimes falling on the floor) before asking for Childe's help because she wants to make sure that she absolutely could not do it before bothering him.

OK BUT SAME THOUGH I'M DECENTLY SHORT AS WELL- Childe, both human and Foul Legacy, would think you're absolutely adorable, ESPECIALLY when you go and ask for his help!!! he used to tease you a lot about it (much to your chagrin) but now he's just happy to help out <33 when he plucks whatever you were reaching for down and hands it to you, he has such a self-satisfied look of pride on his face (even more if you thank him with pats!!!!)

Childe really really REALLY wants to be helpful- you took him in and cared for him, after all!!! the most he can do is help as much as he can, even if his feelings aren't reciprocated (he just doesn't know it yet >:)c ) it becomes a habit for him to check if you're reaching for something when he walks into a room, and if you are, he'll come up behind you and take it off the shelf for you. the way you crane your head backwards to look up at him makes him chitter happily!! and he'll often lean down to brush his forehead with yours before dropping the item into your hands. so please, don't be afraid to ask him for help.

he rather likes seeing you blink and smile up at him, like he's the best thing in the world.
