because i cant catch a break my phone is now completely unusable and can't be fixed, I need about £100 to get a cheap new phone second-hand but I'm already struggling to pay my rent this month as is. day 4 of terrible fucking migraine it hasn't been this bad in like ten years and I don't know what to do none of my meds are working. I can't see well I have to wear earplugs and have no lights on/cover my eyes all the time I feel nauseous and sick and dizzy and there's sparkly fucking lights in my eyeballs all the fucking time I want it to end

People who say that ADHD isn't a disability are so fucking privileged and ignorant. People are like "Yeah, I have ADHD but I can still work and manage life and I did well in school so ADHD can't be a disability" meanwhile I've burst into tears at the job center 3 times in a row and my job coach told me to go to the doctors because she's not sure if I'm fit for work. I would have failed my GCSEs if it wasn't for COVID and my teachers deciding to gove everyone their predicted grades. I stay up all night and sleep all day no matter how hard I try to have a decent sleep schedule. There are so many people out there just like me and we constantly have our disability unvalidated by people who experience it differently, or are able to afford/use medication. Meanwhile there are us out there who can't even shower or brush our teeth or go outside or SLEEP because of our ADHD. I've had actual neurodivergent people in neurodivergent online groups tell me that I cannot call ADHD a disability, as if it doesn't negatively affect my daily life just as much if not more then my physical disability.
