We also get some confirmation that Fiona's training in woods might've actually saved her from being in even worse shape than she already is...!! 😆

Besides my horrible sense of time, this chapter was an absolute delight...!! 😊 From Sylvia and Fiona's interaction to Yor and Anya's mother daughter time (with Bond), I enjoyed it a ton...!! 💗😁💗

Okay so I’ve been thinking about soap which led me to thinking about your soap and introvert!reader 🫠

ends up apologizing to customers for bakugou’s terrible customer service and hands them like a thousand coupons

customer service skills only come second to midoriya’s

she’s a DELIGHT to talk to

even at 7 am when you’re sleep deprived and caffeine deficient, the sight of her smiling face behind the counter will cheer you up :)

during a rush she forgets not to grab the receipts with all five fingers, so they’ll just start floating everywhere

bakugou: “hey round face, all my orders are on the ceiling!”

only got the job to be closer to her best friend uraraka but ends up really enjoying it

gets nervous talking to customers so she mostly just sticks to making the drinks

is the designated carrier of the cold brew kegs

pretty much anything that’s heavy, he happily carries it

eventually becomes a team trainer, which suits him perfectly because he’s always boosting the team’s morale

almost has a meltdown everytime he spills something, has to lock himself in the freezer to calm down before walking back out like nothing happened

only works night shift for obvious reasons

all his arms allow him to do different things at once

him and iida are the speed demons of the shop, so when the two of them work together everything gets done in like two seconds

iida will be running around making all the orders while shouji is cleaning everything all at once

is pretty much everyone’s therapist, he’s just so easy to vent to

gives the best advice

is so huge and intimidating that there’s hardly ever any rude customers during his shift

koda:

gets so upset every time a bug is killed in the kitchen

koda: “NO PLEASE HE HAS A FAMILY”

momo: “koda i understand this is hard for you, but we cannot have a spider roaming freely around the food”

squeals whenever a customer leaves their dog outside

he’ll be standing at the window with his hands pressed up against the glass and tears in his eyes

isn’t very good at asking for help, but hagakure and aoyama are always around to frost donuts or decorate cupcakes when he’s running behind :)

(BONUS) aizawa:

the area coach that stops by every so often to make sure everything is running up to standard

everyone is really scared of him but he honestly doesn’t give a single fuck so long as they’re not serving trash

only comes by during the night shift because he refuses to wake up early

and of course that’s when they least expect him

iida and momo are just nervously leading him around the shop while kirishima and kaminari are sprinting to the kitchen to throw away all the expired food 💀

tells them they’ll get shut down if they don’t get enough customer surveys, which makes everyone panic and hand them out with every order

they still didn’t have enough so sero and mina were in the back filling them out the day they were due 🤡

turns out they were never going to get shut down, he just lied to them so they’d push surveys 🙃

🎬: Please do not remind me Kazui and Kotoko didn't get their songs covered by Es 😭 It was such a disservice. I'm gonna just chalk it up to Kazui's voice is so deep that Es couldn't sing it properly and by the time Kotoko's MV was shown to them, the first trial ended before they could even sing it.

Or, y'know. Your AU, so Es did cover their songs too.

Also another thing for post-MILGRAM hangout where Es joins in too...KARAOKE (didn't Milgram have some sort of karaoke-related event running earlier?) Or maybe they have their own karaoke party at someone's home (I know someone has a karaoke set at home!), so they sing their songs and encourage Es to sing too...and pleeeeease sing "half" and "harrow" too (this will lead to Es finding out they've been eavesdropping on their singing. Hey!). Bonus that Deco's song is such a bop in the AU that everyone sings the songs they covered.

...my train of thought is still running, but I just imagined this AU's Milgram allowed everyone to gradually accept their faults that almost led them to their crime. Soooo Mahiru is still just as sweet, BUT rocks it when she sings "Psychogram". Also Amane, I like to imagine at this point she can be a bit more of a kid (I can dream!), so she's sort of bouncing around when she sings "Positive Parade" and "Animal" while the girls dance with her.

But with that said, I hope we'll get more Es' song covers! Or at the very least make up for "half" and "harrow"...and c'mon, Es didn't get to sing at all this trial. What gives?!

RIP I know 😭 I'm hoping we'll get a bunch of covers to fill the trial hiatus, and that they'll start with those two!! I know some people were worried that they would never get covers because they didn't reach 1M before the trial closed, but I think that's an oddly unfair requirement for the later prisoners. So I'm confident we'll get them at some point!

Kotoko's does make a bit more sense -- it was right at the end of the trial, and there wasn't much too break down in the lyrics because she was very forthcoming with information/intention. And I like that explanation for Kazui's! Es was intimidated by his voice and didn't want to do it an injustice by singing it poorly. Maybe Kazui makes a snide comment that they would have actually understood his crime better if they'd studied/sang his lyrics like the others' 😅

And I love the post-Milgram thoughts! Given Yuno's mvs and her written response about liking karaoke, I can definitely see her taking everyone out to her favorite karaoke spot. I like that too because the covers were kind of an indulgent inclusion of mine -- I knew they didn't quite fit in during the trial hiatus but I really wanted it to happen asdfdsn. Like, I know Amane wouldn't do frivolous things, and Kotoko/Shidou/Kazui would try to take the situation seriously and not play around. But if it's all after the experiment... >:3

was gonna do a march madness bracket for litg characters but I feel like we know which fan favorites are gonna win so instead, with my extra time, I did a hunger games simulator (logical next step lol).

Tried to pick a guy and girl from every season (plus an extra duo from seasons 2,4, and 6 just because I like those seasons lol). With a few exceptions and wild cards, but you'll see.

ANyway the highlights (didn't include every death so if you're wondering what's happening to some characters, you can ask me lol).

I guess first off, Vicki does die very quickly (killed by her someone in own district, Estelle). (FYI I only picked those two because I was like well they're the prettiest ones from S7 lol). Also Theo and Claudia being in character and helping each other out is cool and in character (spoilers: won't stay that way). Jakub is also having a comedy of errors going on, which I fully expect from him. And there's some Gramish interactions in there which is fun. I forgot to screenshot it but they do form a short lived alliance.

Ozzy and Marshall are both messes most of the time: absolutely what I expect out of the two of them. They kind of took over S6 (with Amelia but I didn't put her in this) and fittingly, I am invested in their storyline for this simulator even though at first I just wanted to see who was gonna be the stronger twin lmao. (That's also why S7 has two girls to balance out these two being on the same team.)

Pretty early on, Bruno also kills his own teammate, Angie, and I immediately regret putting in my favorites in the simulator. S4 does get their moment in the spotlight though, because Kelly somehow ends up hunting Suresh. Anyway next group of killings: goodbye more of my faves (also wtf Theo). Speaking of Theo, he does make an alliance with my district 12 wild card picks which are of course, fan favorites Gareth and Lola. (For the record, Theo does kill Lola later on and Gareth dies of hypothermia. I don't have any other screenshots of the birds I just felt like keeping y'all updated.)

Anyway, it's been a few days, you may be wondering how Ozzy and Marshall are doing: (this happens twice fyi, wow the twins are BONDING)

This might hurt some people: the funny short kings are fighting. This isn't how Bobby dies though, unfortunately the S2 fan favorite humans are killed off by the other two

It seems after this, Lottie's really going through something, now kind of forcing murder on her ally, Kerry. However, she kills Suresh who has like three kills at this point? So, ehh. It goes badly very soon after though, as Lottie BETRAYS Kerry?? Plot twist, damn.

Eventually, Marshall, Estelle, and Theo all team up to hunt others (keep in mind at this point, I believe Estelle and Theo have the most kills). This does not bode well for Marshall and Ozzy finally bonding though. Again, Lottie is going through some mental turmoil probably after all those kills, and asks Ozzy to kill her but he already is trying not to kill anyone.

Anyway that alliance does not last. Estelle walks over a landmine, and Marshall betrays Theo. This is high drama as far as I'm concerned, and of course main character Marshall.

Jakub is still going through a comedy of errors.

Meanwhile, Allegra has just been vibing most of the time. She talked to Tim like once. And she's been getting stuff from sponsors. But somehow has allied with Lottie and I assume that helps Lottie regain her confidence. Because together they kill Ozzy. And Marshall doesn't even know.

We eventually do land on final two Lottie and Marshall. Lottie, who's losing her mind, and Marshall, also not in the best headspace but doubly so now seeking revenge for his brother. It's very much going back and forth who's hunting who.

Anticlimactic, but do we have a winner shortly after because Lottie dies of starvation, and I think Marshall finds the body and it's a weird bittersweet ending because he made it and didn't have to kill her but also didn't get vengeance and has to live with all that.

So so fun.

For example, how to prevent your concealer from looking brittle in the dark circles area,how to make eyeshadow last longer,how to make the highlighter stay in place, the best tip to make lips look juicy and not so matte, and more please 🥺💘

MAKEUP!!! I love me some makeup and teaching.

Brittle looking concealer. It almost sounds as if you’re not using a concealer that works for you. Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Skincaring Concealer is amazing. Their biggest flaw is the color selection. Don’t get me started. Pat McGrath Labs has a great concealer as well. Don’t overdo the concealer. Adding too much could make it dry wonky. After you put the concealer on, let it sit on your skin and get a bit thicker, it’ll cover better. The best tools for concealer is a damp beauty sponge or just your fingers. Also, MAC Fix+ is one of my favorite makeup products, I use it throughout my routine.

Eyeshadow lasting longer. Do you use an eyeshadow primer? My favorite is the MAC 24 Hour Eye Base, but the Milani one is actually really good as well. If you have a lot of veining in your eyes, you may like the MAC Paint Pots instead.

Highlighter stay in place. So I do two different things with my highlighter, depending on what I’m in the mood for. When I want a more naturally glowy look I start off with one of the Hourglass Ambient Light Powders, any of them are great, but Luminous Light is a favorite of mine. I put that on the apples of my cheeks, cheeks, and even above my brows. I’ll put it on my nose and above my cupids bow. Then spray your face with MAC Fix+ and add a more beaming highlighter. MAC Silver Dusk is something I LOVE! That product randomly gets “discontinued” and they bring it back, but one pot will last forever! Another thing that I do is I will put a cream highlighter base. I’m very pissed off at MAC for discontinuing the cream color bases, and Becca for going out of business 😤 but any cream will work. And then you put your favorite powder on top. Now if you really need to glow (keep in mind this works before for a look that keeps your hair out of your face because it stays tacky) but the Makeup by Mario Master Secret Glow Highlighter. It’s just a creamy product, and you can do a glossy eye look or just put it on your cheek bones. No shimmer, just a glow.

Juicy lips. I always start a lip of the day with the MAC lip primer, y’all I’m an OG MAC artist, so yes I use a lot of MAC. But start with that and a lip liner. MAC are my favorite, but Makeup by Mario, Pat McGrath, and Scott Barnes makes amazing pencils. Line your lips, and I always fill in the the outside of your lips a bit, and take your finger and blend it into your lips. For juicy lips you can’t get any better than the Dior lip oils OR MAC LipGlass. Why MAC discontinued their DazzleGlasses, I’ll never understand. But LipGlass is fantastic! Oyster Girl and C Thru are two of my favorites. Afterwards I ALWAYS finish with MAC Stone lip liner to over line a bit and create shadow on your lips. It makes you look even more poutier.

He pulled you closer, placing his hands on your back before wrapping them tightly around you. He held you like this whenever he wanted to be close. He was showing you his feelings. You loved him and he loved you. It was something you definitely know. That's why you don't understand why he acted like that. You felt yourself starting to relax as he touched you so gently now. It was so fun that it gave you a clear sign that you are safe. But your mind was telling you otherwise. Something happened. 

You didn't even know what you did to him. Because you didn't hurt him at all. 

Rubbing the nape again when he mercilessly grabbed you earlier so that you would look in his face, you lifted your head up to meet his piercing eyes.

"Suguru?" You groaned as you put your hand on his chest. 

His heart was beating so fast. His eyes were boiling with anger. You don't know what happened. But now he was starting to calm down. His heart rate slowed, giving you some rest from your rage. 

His face remained grave. Even in a slight grimace. He didn't look furious. He didn't frown or clench his jaw. the jaw was just serious now. 

"What happened?" you asked. 

You thought you made the biggest mistake by speaking now. Because his hands tightened tightly on your body. Fingers began to dig into your sides. 

Something is definitely wrong. He didn't want to listen to you anymore. 

"What happened? You're asking me what happened? You should know best what just happened." he hissed, clutching you tighter.

"Sugu–"

"Why don't you explain to me yourself?" He interrupted you as he leaned down. 

"Wha–"

You broke when you suddenly saw his smile. 

"Sweetheart... I love you so much. Aren't you the sweetest in this world? You know you deserve everything. I'll give it to you. I love you so much. However..." 

His smile suddenly disappeared. 

He leaned lower, putting his lips to your neck. He kissed lightly before inhaling hard at your scent. You heard a soft growl as he suddenly pulled away from you. 

"However, all that's wrong with you right now is that you smell like him. This is the worst trouble." he said sharply. "Is that what's left of my innocent good girl?"

You heard a little dislike in his voice, and also some sadness. And that could not hide the disappointment.

"Is there only this left in you? A woman who, despite her love for me, is looking for someone else? I didn't expect this from you."

"But Suguru! It's not like that–!"

"Not like that? Do you think I should kill him quickly or watch him die in agony?" he ask as he grasped your chin as he entwined his other hand with yours. "Where did he touch you? How much?"

"S-Suguru. It's just a friend." You groaned as the words burned your gullet.

Suguru made you a promise. He said he wasn't going to kill people for you. That as soon as you're with him, he won't be like that. He said he would try to be normal. Throughout your relationship, he did his best for you. On one condition. You also had to promise him something.

"Friend or not, he is still a monkey. You are touched by a dirty life form. You can feel it." he frowned slightly.

You had no idea anyone could smell the difference. You smelled of your own deodorant and perfume. Nobody ever told you that you smell like Suguru, for example. You just hugged your friend as a greeting. Nothing else happened. But Suguru saw the change. You don't understand why anymore.

"I just hugged him. Really. Nothing more." You said almost in a panic.

"How much blame should I put on you? Tell me, isn't it right for you to be with me? You don't like being mine? "

"I don't– I love you. I don't want not to be with you... I didn't do anything to–"

"So remember one thing, no one has the right to touch you. And if they try, I'll take their hands off. If they reach out to you, they won't do it anymore. They will follow you, they will not go any further. They will stay on the ground. Understand?" 

You shook your head hastily. 

"Sweetheart... I don't like that smell. I want you to smell me again. Not one–" he broke off at the last moment when he saw your face.

He was happy to smell you. But it was disrupted. You smelled different. You acted differently. He hated it. And the news that you met a friend was boiling inside him. He wanted you back next to him, so that you wouldn't go away to anyone else. You were his after all. And no one had the right to you except him. Just like you, you had a right to it.

"Baby, you are mine." He groaned as he moved away from the bite mark and left marks on your jaw.

"Yes, Suguru." you grunted as you raised your hand to entangle it in his long black hair. 

"You will never go away with anyone."

Also Pulling your lips into a kiss, you could already feel his hands catching everything he could touch on your body. He used so much self-control not to murder your friend now. You were grateful to him for love. For care. 

You loved him. This is your Suguru. And no one else.

You only have to be his. Nobody has to touch you. Only he can. Only he deserves you. You are everything to him. You cannot walk away from him.

You capture her tragedy so well! You humanize her so well! The comparison to Cassandra was so good. And the backstory with her parents makes so much sense for her character! Someone who knew love but had it taken away and thought it was her own fault. It puts a lot of perspective to how she views Madoka. But my favorite one had to be the Mirror one. That one is the epitome of everything I said about you capturing Homura’s tragedy so well.
