Tongue Twister

I only found out about these semi-recently, but there's a bunch of cards that were created thanks to fan submitted artwork for contests. This guy just so happens to be one of them, and it might be my favorite one, actually? The name pun is just so clever to me, especially since the kid who made it was so young at the time. I never would've guessed this card was a fan made one if I didn't look deeper into it; it certainly fits right into the Yugioh monster style. It’s just got so much character for being such a silly looking guy. Like, I know the water droplets are meant to be saliva, but it just looks like it’s sweating nervously. Then there’s the funny, almost fake vampire looking teeth slapped on the end there. I think I like the original rendition’s giant cartoony eyebrow more, but the angry eyelid they substituted it for isn’t bad, if a little implausible physics-wise.
