This is one of the stupidest business decisions I think I've seen a youtube channel make. Why did they think this would work??

I've been wondering how they were able to sustain themselves with the level of production value they have, but this is not the answer. Introducing patreon-only shows would have been a better option. Or, you know, move to a smaller office? Maybe one that isn't in one of the most expensive cities in the world? Maybe downsize a bit, since you definitely don't need 20 people to run a youtube channel?

I know the goal is to give them more creative freedom but it's coming off as a desire to turn more corporate. Like who do you think you are? You guys are a moderately successful youtube channel. You're not NBC, you're not Netflix, you are a youtube channel. And you're far from one of the biggest. And the way they are presenting this is coming across less like a bid for creative control and more like they think their content is too good for youtube, which just seems insulting.

If you're struggling to make ends meet with a youtube channel, why the FUCK would you think you're in a position to start a STREAMING SERVICE

The short itself isn't lost media, but its original theatrical version was for nearly 30 years. It is now on YouTube thanks to FT Depot.

small rant. it drives me crazy that the fandom is overall fine with headcanoning Zhongli & Xiao and Zhongli & Hu Tao as a parent/child dynamic but when it's about Neuvilette and Furina suddenly it's misogynistic and diminishes Furina as a character💀 like HOW?! they're literally Zhongli & Hu Tao but in different color yet it's "infantilization" when it comes to Furina but totally fine with Hu Tao. and you can't even argue with these people because they will just label you as sexist for having a different interpretation.

some “armys” are so weird :/ jeongguk arrived in south korea and could barely walk at the airport but there are big accounts saying "how beautiful, look how many people went to see him". open your eyes to reality and see how things really happen omg. people need to stop thinking its cool for fans to go to the airport. going to the airport to see them doesn't show how much you love them or how much they are loved. but rather that you do not respect idols as human beings :) you prefer to make them uncomfortable and people around who have nothing to do with it too. because you want a chance to see them, take pics of them or even worse, touch them. because your desire will always be above others right. :) "oh but the idols are always so sweet with their fans there" of course. any reaction that isn't what these freaks want is going to be a reason to complain about them. there was one time when tae arrived at the airport and immediately got into his car and minutes later he already had fans talking about how rude he was, that he not even waving to fans and media. I’m also already see some people complaining that yoongi doesn't pay attention to the fans there. I'm just talking about a few examples for you to see that they are obligated to never complain about these crazy behaviors. 

I know my opinion doesnt matter to these crazy people but those kind of people who go to the airport to see them are not considered fans to me but crazy and obsessives.

No story post today but of course there's yesterday's hijinks. I'm just pissed off before I have to go earn this paycheck because the only time I get the infinite loading screen of death (ILSoD) is when I'm doing literally anything with a residential rental lot type. In the most recent case (5 minutes ago) that required a hard reboot, I was demolishing one (because I decided I didn't like what I downloaded) to place a different one I found in the gallery. Something told me to change the lot type before hitting the demolish button but I didn't and that was a mistake.

It is wild to me that the clunky ass patch EA sent for two kits had no fixes other than the billion dollar rents for this pack.

the fact that he was even on social media in the first place was a blessing. he's been run off before and of course it happened again. he's talked about how it hurts, he sees that shit guys, and making mean-spirited jokes about his life is not the intervention you think it is. it hurts more than helps. but i'm glad you had fun i guess.
