Incline DB bench

After using a flat bench for so long at the gym it was so good to vary things up with an incline!
Chin ups
8 x BW
6 x BW + 2 kg
4 x BW + 2
2 x BW + 2
2 x BW + 2
These felt strong. We don’t have a rig at home, so it was great to finally be able to do some of these.
5 Rounds for Time (25 min cap)
10 Strict pull ups
20 Push ups
30 Abmat sit ups
1 minute rest after each round
Results: 24.44 mins
Took me ages lol.
Pull ups - So hard. Arms fatigued from benching/chin ups, so these were done in 2s and even singles, through all 5 rounds.
Push ups - Tried to do at least 8-10 reps unbroken right at the start, then just break up reps however in the second half.
Sit ups - These were good, just tried not to rest and keep a steady pace.
