if you get to talk about how islam ruined the levant, i get to talk about how islam ruined south asia. im indian and seeing so much of my culture as well as the cultures of indigenous pakistanis/kashmiris/afghans get erased by muslim invaders is ridiculous. they pretend that they're oppressed everywhere but in reality, they've been doing so much of it. i feel solidarity towards jews because we understand how much islamic colonialism hurts us. even in kashmir, the indigenous hindus were murdered and forced to leave in the 80s and 90s, and now, the story's been twisted so that the kashmiri hindus are the bad guys and we're the ones who want to kill all the muslims when it's the opposite. it's so frustrating.
Islam absolutely ruined Southeast and South Asia. I FEEL FOR YOU MY FRIEND. I feel TOTAL solidarity with Buddhists and Hindus and Sikhs and Zoroastrians -- with all Indians and Malaysians and Indonesians and Africans as well. Islam is now ruining Europe and trying to destroy North America.

What I find interesting is that literal islamic terrorist attacks against non-believers (here, Hindus) are secularised and Hindus pointing out that it is an Islamic terrorist attack are called islamophobes and bigots. Literal pilgrims were massacred.

Also while tagging this post, I found this:

Just FYI one of the prerequisites for being a terrorist organisation is being a non-state actor. No other state is called a terrorist on this hellsite. The only two countries worthy of that title are Pakistan and Iran.

Terrorism in South Asia has been a persistent and complex issue. The region has faced various forms of terrorism, often fueled by political, religious, and ethnic tensions. Countries like India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh have witnessed acts of terrorism with different motives.
🌐 Regional Dynamics: Tensions between India and Pakistan have fueled cross-border terrorism, with militant groups operating in disputed regions like Jammu and Kashmir. Afghanistan has been grappling with the Taliban, contributing to instability. 🛑 Extremist Groups: Several extremist groups, such as Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed, and the Taliban, have been active in the region, carrying out attacks and posing significant security challenges. ⚖️ Counterterrorism Efforts: Countries in the region have engaged in counterterrorism efforts, including intelligence sharing, military operations, and diplomatic initiatives. However, the effectiveness varies, and challenges persist. 🕊️ Peace Initiatives: Despite ongoing challenges, there have been occasional peace talks and diplomatic efforts to address root causes and find lasting solutions. However, achieving sustained peace in the region remains a complex task. 🔍 Ongoing Concerns: South Asia continues to face threats from both domestic and transnational terrorist groups. Socioeconomic factors, political instability, and historical grievances contribute to the persistence of terrorism in the region. Addressing terrorism in South Asia requires a comprehensive approach, combining security measures with efforts to address root causes and promote regional cooperation.

The Martand Sun Temple, Kashmir
Dedicated to Lord Surya, Hinduism's principal sun god; Surya Dev is also recognized through his Sanskrit name Martand.
It was made by King Lalitaditya in around 5th Century A.D. and it was destructed by Muslim ruler Sikander Butshikan, under the advice of Sufi preacher Mir Muhammad Hamadani. It is believed that the was so strongly built that it took many days for its destruction.

The temple has a colonnaded courtyard, with its primary shrine in its center and surrounded by 84 smaller shrines, stretching to be 220 feet long and 142 feet broad total and incorporating a smaller temple that was previously built.
The primary shrine is located in a centralised structure (the temple proper) that is thought to have had a pyramidal top - a common feature of the temples in Kashmir. Various wall carvings in the antechamber of the temple proper depict other gods, such as Vishnu Ji and river goddesses, such as Mata Ganga and Mata Yamuna, in addition to the sun-god Surya Dev.

What the past 48 hours or so has revealed is that there are a lot of people who mourn for dead Israeli civilians but not dead Palestinian ones, and a lot of people who mourn for dead Palestinian civilians but not dead Israeli ones. What has happened to our collective humanity?

Shaheed-E-Aazam Bhagat Singh was called Terrorist by British Raj, but to Indians he was, is and always will be a Freedom Fighter
Tumblr media
Indian socialist revolutionary Bhagat Singh and his comrades, Sukhdev Thapar and Shivaram Rajguru, were executed by India’s British colonial rulers.
During Singh’s short life, he became one of the most influential revolutionaries in India’s independence movement.
Although he respected Mahatma Gandhi’s role in organizing people to resist British rule, he also developed a critique of Gandhi’s methods and vision for a post-independence India.
Despite his atheism and Marxism, he’s still revered today by all sections of the country and is referred to as Shaheed-e-Azam (the Great Martyr) in Punjabi.
On March 23, 1931, Bhagat Singh and his two fellow revolutionaries were hanged.
As they marched towards the gallows, they reportedly chanted, “Down with British Imperialism” and “Down with capitalism!”.
Their actions and subsequent execution by the colonial regime inspired many and made them revered figures in the Indian struggle for freedom against the British Empire.
Just like Palestinians Resistance is called a terrorist group by the Western Nations simply because they refuse to give up their land for European and North American White People. Palestinians are indigenous to the land of Palestine. Becky from Brooklyn is not. This is not a war about religion, this is a struggle for their motherland of Palestine, this is a struggle for equal rights, this is a struggle for Palestinians for the Right of Return to their homelands from which they were and are being driven out by Terrorist militias in 1948 and by Europeans and North Americans with the help of Terrorist Organization IDF. Israel has made this struggle an excuse to commit GENOCIDE & ETHNIC CLEANSING of Palestinians. This is about BRUTAL & TERRORIST COLONIZER State Israel (like the British Raj in India where they STARVED & KILLED MILLIONS of Indians) and OPPRESSED & DISPLACED People of Palestine (Something that former colonies like India know)

So our beloved PM has the time to reply (almost instantly) to foreign ministers congratulating him for his 3rd term but does not have enough time to even acknowledge the acts of terrorism and the deaths in Reasi?

On the cusp of elections in India, The Guardian has published this with the intention of embarrassing the incumbent government. What they don't realise is that the report is going to boost the chances of Modi government coming back to power once again.
There was a time when we, the citizens of India, used to be frustrated that the ruling governments took no actions against frequent terror attacks and had to be satisfied with the Indian government lodging official protest in the useless UN and forget it. The new India is not the same anymore; for every terror attack there will be a justified response. Jai Hind.
