Y/N’s POV

You have been working as a Agent with the most wanted team sense Jess started it ,You were his first hire. 

You were younger than the rest of the team Jess had recruited you right out of the Academy. 

You loved your job everyone was a family. You also liked being able to travel and take down the bad guys. It was always a rewarding feeling taking a fugitive off the street.  

Your dating life was something that always seemed to take a back burner to the job. 

You weren’t sure how Barnes did it with her family and Jess had Sara. You weren’t even sure if you had Kristen was dating someone because she was always private. 

Crosby was dating Zadie and they were really cure together but it made you feel so lonely. 

You would always go on tinder and bumble dates. And they always went two ways. They were intimidated by you because you were an agent and their fragile male ego couldn’t handle it. The second way it would go would be the time away would be hard. 

They always complained that you had to leave at any given moment and be gone in another state. 

The distance was hard which you couldn’t blame them on that one. It was hard on you too. 

You had a little glimmer of hope when Ivan joined the team. The two of you hit it off right away. He was funny kind and damn that man was sexy as hell. 

Sense everyone else was in a relationship, the two of you always hung out together outside of work. 

Not wanting to go home alone to an empty apartment. It was always fun when the two of you hung out together. 

You both would go bar hopping and even trying out new things in NYC. The last couple of months things have seemed like they were changing between the two of you. 

It kind of turned more romantic then friendship. He would hold your hand and when other guys would talk to you he would always get over protective of you. 

A few times lately he even ended up staying the night and you did at his apartment as well. The two you never really talked about it though. You weren’t even sure how to handle it or what it meant. 

Was it casual or was it something else. You didn’t want to push him or mess up what ever was going on so you decided it was best not to say anything. Though if you were being honest with yourself it was making it hard at work. 

You used to be professional at work and know how to separate what ever was going on with you and Ivan but lately that wasn’t working. 

When you saw him in danger or knew you were walking into a bad situation it was hard seeing him like that. You always worried about him and was worried your emotions were taking over your best judgment. 

Like this case you were working on now. The fugitive was setting bombs in local random places. Which made it harder because you weren’t sure how to nail this son of a bitch. 

You all were currently sitting in the mobile unit trying to come up with a game plan. 

“Okay we have a name how do we find out his next target” You asked 

“The place I would go to if i were him was the place it all started my former employer” Ivan said 

“Makes sense that would be his end game but that’s about 2 hours away so we need to get on the road now” Jess said

You all agreed and then headed off to Florida there where he was formerly employed.  It was late when you all took off so everyone was bunked away sleeping. 

You couldn’t sleep though your anxiety was getting the better of you. So you were sitting at the table just starting at the tea full of honey. Which you thanks to Jess you got hooked on. 

You were so caught up in your thoughts you didn’t even notice Ivan walked in and sat down next to you. 

“Hey Y/N is everything” He asked in a concerned voice. 

“Yeah I’m good just tired” You said looking up at him giving a smile. 

“Hey it’s me you don’t have to lie come on lay it own me” Ivan said

“It’s a rough case and if i’m being totally honest it’s getting harder for me to separate professional and Private” You said 

He went over and grabbed your hand and gave it a squeeze. He smiled up at you. Something about when he gave you that look made you melt and wanna spill all your life secrets to him. 

“Look i don’t want to put you in a bad situation or make you feel on the spot but what is going on with us” You asked 

He didn’t answer at first what made your heart drop because you worried that you did mess up whatever was going on. 

“Hey I didn’t want to ruin what ever was going on either but I love you and i’ve been waiting more and I wasn’t sure if you felt the same” Ivan said 

“I love you to” You said 

Ivan moved his chair closer to you and then leaned in and kissed you softly. It was so short and so sweet. When the kiss broke he spoke up

“Now that’s been handled we need to go get some rest for tomorrow” Ivan said 

“I can probably sleep good now” You said laughing 

You both got up and went back to your bunker and you even did fall back asleep. The next morning came up so quick you didn’t wanna get up. 

You grumpily made your way back to main room and everyone was awake but you. They all just looked at you and laughed. 

“Good morning sleeping beauty” Crosby said very loudly. 

“Shuttt up” You yelled extraghing it. 

It made everyone laugh and then Jess spoke up

“Okay everyone he’s our game plan we need to hit this place fast and hard so we need full tactical gear and get into our positions” Jess said 

You all nodded and geared up. Ivan looked over at you and gave you a smile and he walked over and squeezed your hand. 

You smiled at him and squeezed it back. You both finished gearing up and you even grabbed a muffin for the car ride. 

Everyone gathered in the cars and Ivan sat next to you. No one was really talking it was hard because no matter how times you faced danger it was always nerve wracking. 

You reached the destination in minutes and you all piled out. You got into your usual positions with Crosby taking up a sniper position. 

“FBI OPEN UP” Jess yelled 

Swat broke down the door and you all worked on clearing the building. When you went in the one room there was the fugitive. 

“FBI drop the gun” you said 

“I’m not going to jail” The fugitive yelled 

“Think clearly now you don’t want to do anything stupid” You said trying to calm him down. 

“Go to hell” the guy said 

The then shot his gun and then ran off. You instantly fell down and it hurt bad.  Barnes ran in after you

“Y/N come on your okay” Barnes said looking over you panic clear in her voice. 

She sighed a big deep breathe of relief. 

“Your vest caught it your going to be okay” Barnes said 

You took off the vest and looked and saw the bullet that was caught in your vest. You were relived but also shook bad. 

Barnes helped you up and you walked out the room to the outside. The fugitive didn’t get very far. Thank goodness he was already in custody. 

You walked over to the ambulance because Sheryl insisted you get checked out. Ivan ran over to you when he saw where you were headed. 

“Hey what happened are you okay” He asked

“I’m good I swear the vest caught it i’m just a bit shaken up” You said grabbing his hand. 

Everyone was gathered around now to check on you. Ivan wouldn’t let your hand go. 

Crosby looked a bit confused before Kristen spoke up 

‘So now it’s official” Kristen asked

“What’s official”Crosby asked 

“He’s so clueless there dating now it’s official” Sheryl said 

‘How do you know that” You asked 

“We all knew I don’t look at my coworkers like that” Jess said 

Everyone laughed at that and Crosby finally put it together. 

“At least know we don’t have to hide” You said 

“Were happy for you both now before we head home there’s a good chinese restaurant near by who’s hungry” Jess said 

“Me” you and crosby both yelled at the same time. 

You all cleared up the scene and then headed to eat. Ivan pulled you aside and grabbed your face with his hands. 

“Don’t scare me like that again” Ivan said 

“I don’t plan on it” you said leaning in and kissing him. 

“Get a room” Kenny yelled 

“Yeah we will right after dinner” You teased. 

Ivan laughed and grabbed your hand and you all walked back to everyone. Neither you or Ivan had been happier and you were glad it was now open and official.

Will we get a new one?

Honestly, I feel like a lot of people have left FBI: Most Wanted. It started with Clinton Skye, then his parents slowly but steadily. I mean, only Barnes and Hana are from the original team. And I guess that also happens with the real teams, but just when I get to know a character they disappear. I still miss Crosby, Ortiz and Jess. I have nothing against the new characters. But it seems like every season we lose someone and someone else comes back in their place. What do you think of this?

she’s just a girl living in wyoming, of course it’s horse themed.

gale and bucky have to put it (in bold) on the invitations they send out to the guys that under no circumstances are they to get her a horse, please.

demarco texts bucky and asks on a scale of 1-10 how mad he’d actually be if someone you know- hypothetically,

an 11. we are renting one that will go back to it’s horse house at the end of the day, so don’t worry about making up for us depriving our child.

this is the first real birthday celebration she’s ever had which makes gale emotional in the lead up when they’re talking about it and she doesn’t really get it.

he gets that- he never really had birthday parties growing up either. getting to do different by his little daughter makes his heart warm.

she has a few little friends from school there but it is mostly the guys and their various families that came into town for the the festivities. and josie kinda ditches her little school friends for them, whoops.

has a little moment where she gets jealous of the attention he’s giving to his youngest who is just shy of a year old. and matter o-factly informs him it’s not that baby’s birthday, ‘s mine 😾

sweet thing she thinks the baby is cute and all just wants uncle crosby to herself. croz hands the baby off, and josie is quick to park herself in his arms before he can change his mind.

she’s absolutely big enough to walk, but it’s her birthday and she’s cute so uncle crosby does haul her around all day.

he even provides him own replacement batteries this time, and gale tells him they ought to throw them away but he knows they won’t.

the guys spoil that girl rotten, and if it’s with some of the noisiest toys produced in the united states then well, so be it.

kenny is one of the few that doesn’t go the noisy toys route- he gets them a membership at a local children’s museum. and writes bucky his own card that makes him tear up.

because kenny remembers the bucky he saw spiraling overseas and that he spent years and tears so worried about. and now he’s here- and he just wants his buddy to know how proud of him he is.

curt doesn’t wind up in the ER but there is a little bit of a near miss when he gets lost in the haze and whacks his good leg with the piñata stick

sweet josie gets so worried, curt laughing through the pain when he hears her ask if they’re gonna have to cut that one off too (it’s just bruised, but she’s five and doesn’t really understand the one that had to get amputated was a little more injured)

gonna decide that gale plays the guitar in this au because why not. he picked it up after he came home from the war just to learn a new skill.

him sitting on the floor against josie’s bed playing it for her at bedtime while bucky sits in her little princess bed singing to her in his arms.

both guys get a little teary eyed- for more than one reason. because their baby is growing up, they can’t help but wish she was with them for her first four birthdays and because the road to get to where they are now singing their little daughter to sleep was long. especially for bucky.

but they made it to the good life damnit. 🩵

okay if you had to "there was only one bed!" two of the guys, what do you think would be the funniest combo?

Okay, so "funniest" is very subjective. Let's go to the bullets for this one:

Bucky and Buck: Fucking hilarious as mutual idiots pining trying not to touch each other even though they ALWAYS touch each other, so the effort to NOT is actually the funniest goddamn thing. Go to bed back to back but NOT TOUCHING and wake up cuddled like puppies. But they're fucking idiots, so they snap apart like two magnets with the same polarity and try and pretend like NOTHING IS WEIRD. Good news for us, they have to do this A SECOND TIME. And this time. Well, fuck it. "We always touch, Bucky. Why is this weird?" / "It's...intimate." / "What about us isn't?" And then the same second realization hits, and they snap the bed frame with the victory fuck.

Buck and Curt and Bucky: Zero attempts at sex. Curt grew up sharing a bed with siblings and wakes up drooling on Buck's chest with his legs on Bucky's stomach. Kicks Bucky in the dick in his sleep.

Bubbles and Crosby: No platonic cuddling issues. But then they both wake up with boners, and um. Well. Huh. Maybe we should pretend that didn't happen. Crosby makes it ten minutes before his brain sends him into the bathroom while Bubbles is trying to jerk off and frantically NOT say Crosby's name. Crosby shouts, trips on nothing, and takes out the shower curtain as he lands in the tub. They laugh so hard they cry. During their first kiss, Crosby gets shampoo in his eyes.

Rosie and Ken: They both stare at the bed, and then Rosie blurts out, "I can take the couch," and Ken says, "No, I can," and somehow as they argue about it, Rosie ends up saying, "No, look, you have to take the bed because if I take the bed, all I'll think about is you NOT being on the bed." And it's a fucking rom-com moment of cuteness that ends with them both going for the kiss and hitting their noses together hard.

Bucky and Curt: There's no drama. Just some quality fuck and snuggle time. Curt is absolutely the big spoon.

Curt and Ken: Look. Curt's the biggest slut in the 100th. Even past Bucky. And he will remind you. "What do I care, Kenny? I've been in beds with people I've known a lot less about." / "Fuck, your sex life must be average." / "What?" / "The best sex is with someone who knows you." / "Prove it." Anyway, it's filthy.

Douglass and Hambone: Hambone bites in his sleep. Feral motherfucker. In his defense, he got that gold tooth after his brother punched him in his sleep. So.

Douglass and Blakely: Both silently wishing for a tree to run into full-faced to not have to lie next to each other and have the yearnings. Crosby is actually there as well and calls dibs on the couch, which leads them both to yelling WHAT and then staring at each other. Crosby takes the couch and knocks out and sleeps like the dead. Douglass and Blakely figure it out.

Demarco and Macon: Macon calls dibs because of his neck. Demarco offers to rub his neck once he's had a shower because he knows it hurts. Just as they're both realizing that maybe they're into each other, Meatball takes a running leap onto the bed because he has not been paid attention for a full five minutes.

Bucky and Brady: Brady intentionally sticks his cold feet on Bucky and cackles with glee. Bucky body slams him onto the bed, which just makes Brady laugh more.

Jack and Bucky: There is nothing funny here. Jack outranks Bucky, and Bucky can sleep in the fucking tub for all Jack fucking cares. Bucky sleeps on the floor on the side of the bed Jack sleeps on just in case he can trip him in the middle of the night. Jack kicks him in the eye by accident. It's the funniest night of Bucky's life.

Bucky and Marge: Oh no. What will they do. Clearly just platonic friends on a trip to meet Marge's husband at his new base. However could they--they fuck. They call Buck long distance and they fuck.

Buck and Marge: Oh, they absolutely call Bucky long distance and fuck. And then Bucky drives five hours to meet them at the hotel for a fuck at dawn.

Jack and Rosie: Jack is dying slowly because he's had a crush since Rosie was first a dork in the officer's club, and now he's seen him fly and be such a good fucking leader. Meanwhile, Rosie's brain is just the Wii background music because Jack's so nice! What a great friend! But then he realizes Jack only sleeps in his boxers, and oh fucking shit i might have a problem.

Ken and Winks: What's weird about this. They've been sharing a pup tent by the runway for months. A whole bed? And they can cuddle but ALSO turn over? HEY!

Jack and Harding: Jack does NOT have feelings for his CO. That's not a thing he is dealing with. Nope. Harding does NOT have feelings for his Air Exec. That's not something he is dealing with. Nope. But turns out they're both horrific insomniacs and they end up talking and well. It works out.

Meatball and Demarco: There is one bed, and Meatball spoons Demarco.

Meatball and anyone else: It's Meatball's bed. What the fuck do you think you're doing.

More cuddling headcanons for some of the other mota guys for @daysofxavierspast! Had so much fun and it got long 😁

Crosby: Sweet bean Croz passes tf out as soon as he gets cuddling with anyone. If you snuggle up with him on a soft surface you have about 2 minutes before he starts snoring, less if it’s been a rough day. It helps his anxiety to have someone pressed up against him and he has a hard time sleeping otherwise so he’ll just slump over or sprawl out on his cuddle buddy and…out like a log.

Bubbles: this boy cannot sit still or be quiet, he’s wiggling and giggling and whispering the whole time. He’s also a koala, wrapping his limbs around the person and thinking it’s hilarious when they can’t get out.

Kenny: I hc he comes from a family with a lot of kids so really gets into the sibling roughhousing affection. Play wrestling, shoulder bumps, tickling, full body hugs, all that. He’s so full of smiles and happy spirits that whoever is his target automatically has their mood lifted.

Rosie: he’s such a calm soothing soul that cuddles with him would be sweet. He loves to get comfy on the couch with some music or a book, maybe wrapped in a blanket, and just snuggle with the person, playing with their hair as they spend quiet time together. His hugs would be the gentlest and most comforting omg

Demarco: He has the vibe of being slightly awkward but gives the tightest hugs and genuinely loves simple physical contact. Also, cuddles with him mean cuddles with Meatball and that means tons of dog hair. You can’t hide any cuddle sessions with them, you’re wearing it for the rest of the day.

Brady: staying with the little sibling trope, he would need ALL of the person’s attention on him at all times in the cuddle. Think you’re going to try to do some paperwork while cuddling? Think again. He’s 100% gonna end up in someone’s lap at some point and is not choosy about who. He’s also not ashamed about whining that his selected person is not available to cuddle.

Alex: the absolute sweetest. Holds his cuddle buddy close and strokes their face and brushes their hair and just talks for ages. His favorite thing is to have the person in his lap resting on his chest. He’d press little kisses to their hair and face too.

Macon: dude tries to keep up the “hotshot pilot I’m too tough and cool for this sorta thing” facade but inside he’s a huge softie. Get him talking about something he’s interested in and pretty soon you’re under his arm with your legs over his lab and he’s playing with your fingers. Don’t know how that happened what are you talking about?

Daniels: I feel like I don’t have a good read on him yet. He seems like a very earnest and private person so I’d think he’s not big on PDA and might take a while to open up to someone. So whenever he puts a hand or arm on someone’s shoulder or pats them, sits close to them, it feels like a victory that he can be comfortable in this person’s presence. He might be too shy to acknowledge it though.
