Can we talk about how the pilgrims are hunting the narratives in lmk almost no one talks about it

They're dead but they're still an important aspect of the story even though they're not there

And they're an important aspect to the other characters especially wukong because he can't let go of them and the reason why he doesn't get too close with the others

If Crypitc Wukong Found Hunter Macaque Injured Would he Place him In a Nest and try to heal him Or would he Be Confused As to why Hunter macaque is ActIng more Hostile than usual?

I'm answering only in text because I’m going to show something similar later in the form of a long comic

In general, Wukong usually does not help injured adults...

But he develops some relationship with Liu Er (you know, in a plot I haven't told yet)

Therefore, Wukong will help him and take him to the nest, since it is safe there. And he will immediately understand that Liu Er is wounded, because he perfectly smells blood and well understands the behavior of the wounded man.

The demon Bull family is sooo fucking funny cause they didn't have a redemption arc, they had a common sense arc. Like they didn't become better people, they saw their strongest member get possessed by a long asleep evil, nearly kill all of them, and literally just went "Yeah world domination is not worth it, this is well above our pay grade, let's open a barbeque stand or some shit."
