good evening utapri lovers!

ur humble lover boy levi here back again (hasn't this happened like 3 times already?) to revamp this blog and create more cool lil utapri headcanons for the masses

i'm finally in a place to consistently be creative, so i can't wait to write stupid lil headcanons and also share silly lil pieces of writing!

i cannot put into words how much riverdale making a POLYCULE endgame saved my soul. i know this show is so fucking weird in all different ways and it makes literal unsense. minus sense. negative sense. but something abt betty/archie/jughead/veronica just... does. it's the only thing that fits. especially if you consider jughead and tabitha also being a thing. human connections aren't linear. there isn't one right way to do it. exclusivity is not a proof of true love or whatever else conventional media uses as a "satisfying" wrap-up trope for their finales.

i personally didn't even like the latest season thaaat much but it was still really fun and i found it genuinely good in lots of parts. it did feel kinda perfomative but honestly what doesnt on riverdale ffs, and they did challenge a lot of norms around "creating a satisfying ending for a popular show". like, actual factual good poly representation is soooo fucking rare to come across in media. actual factual non-romantic/aromantic representation is probably even harder to come by (although they didn't go quite that far).

i'm just so glad they let betty be unmarried and happy, they let jughead be jughead, they let them have their fucking POLYCULE in a healthy, not-played-for-drama way, they used the cliché archetypes of their characters to create something fun and enjoyable that was still something borrowed and something new.

i just love riverdale. it's a great show.

hello utapri lovers, i'm levi! i'm 22 yrs old and i've had this blog since 2016, created out of a love for quartet night and wanting to create their voices - but unfortunately i've never had the time to fully work on it.
