Quick Mocha Pots de Crème

No, "pot de crème" doesn't really translate as "one hedonistic dessert." But these mocha-cream tarts will make you think it does.

Ingredients

Makes 15 tarts

Start to finish: 20 minutes

1 cup semisweet chocolate pieces

1/4 cup whipping cream

1 tablespoon instant espresso coffee powder or 2 tablespoons instant coffee crystals

1 2.1-ounce package (15) baked mini phyllo dough shells

1/4 cup whipping cream, whipped

Instant espresso coffee powder or chocolate curls (optional)

Directions

For filling, in a heavy small saucepan heat and stir chocolate pieces, unwhipped cream, and espresso coffee powder over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat; let stand about 10 minutes until slightly thickened.

Spoon filling into phyllo shells. (If desired, cover and chill up to 8 hours. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.) Just before serving, top with whipped cream. If desired, garnish with a sprinkle of espresso coffee powder or chocolate curls.

'Lou Grant" Jazz (1982)

Rossi runs into a bass player that used to be in the famous Sonny Goodwin Quartet and sets about reuniting the four of them. Tribute reporters Crosley and Banks split up when Banks retires and Crosley soon falls behind on his assignment. This leads Lou to team him up with Billie.

(In the first jazz club scene, only a piano and bass are on stage, but the audio track includes drums. Not only that, but the bass player is clearly not playing the notes on the track) (Hollywood actors have more fun than nerdy musicians hahaha)

I'm so sorry to have kept you all waiting on the requests, however I hope that now you see what I've been working on, you might understand why it took some time!! Especially when I've been working on this only in the evening, and while trying to keep my tiny human alive!

When I started this, it was originally a combination of requests/characters I really like! and somehow I ended up with 62 of them!! I'm hoping maybe in the future Ill revisit this, maybe try get 100?! But for now I'm glad to be able to take a break and start on other projects!!

This was really a labor of love, and I really hope you all like it as well! I did try my hardest to get as many details as I could, but I did take a few uniform liberty's here and there!! I hid a few little movie and game Easter eggs in there as well, let me know if you spot any!
