Guess who just picked up Minish Cap? :)

I'm almost at the 3rd dungeon now but needed to momentarily pause my playthrough to get this out of my system. Everything about this game is so darn cute, omygod!! Been seriously sleeping on this little gem. I'd only read the manga before now and that was too long ago. I'd forgotten how funny this pair could be!

Since I adore Jojo's Link designs from her @linkeduniverse AU so much and could not for the life of me get these ideas out of my head, I thought I'd try imagining what her Minish/FSA Link and Ezlo might look like in this world and time-frame. I can't recall if she's doodled this Link's companion before, but hopefully I managed to capture a little bit of her flare here.

I did some doodles with the first 2 Links, Sky and Mini!!! I plan on doing that with each Link I do hehehehehehe they are filled with mischief and chaos. Some more than others tho 🤠🤠🤠

Four's dark world form is probably a hummingbird

I like this because they are gentle and caring, they are complex and intuitive like Four

They are full of bursting personality, like the colours and they like to do little antics (probably getting involved with the chaos trio), all of which fit Four perfectly!

Hummingbirds are also very colourful

I know a lot of people say that he would be a mouse, or a cat, but idk, i just dont like it and these are my drawings so i get to chose. I do feel like he should be a small animal though

There are no hummingbirds in zelda but there are small birds, and i also wanted to base him off of Ezlo a bit. He also gets a cape cuz why not

Where i cant find the animal in game, i will just use a real life reference

Rewriting the Linked Universe Girl Scout AU

AKA a list of random stuff for it like headcannons and roles below the cut :) Its me rambling and oh boy is this not a complete list

They aren’t actually girl scouts, they’re Hylia Scouts, which is just a girl scout but with a different name. I used to be a girl scout and now I’m a nonbinary nightmare cryptid so it just be like that I guess.

Troup 4269! -Once belonged to Malon but she had to step away to work on her family's farm. Now run by Time, her husband. -Every troop member is a Link. Their alter egos are their nicknames and it generally works to varying levels of success. -Technically, Twilight isn't a Hylia Scout cause he's about 18 but he acts as an assistant troop leader and wrangler of the Links. His father is indeed, Time, and he is a good ol’ farm boy.

Link's who are convincing: -Wild (Long hair, commits to it, genderfluid already lol.) -Four (COMMITED, hair, his brothers legit just call him their sister and brother so at this point its anyone’s guess.) -Hyrule (They think that Hyrule was already a girl cause they only see Hyrule when he's with the troup.)

Variable success: -Legend (Fashion Icon. I feel like he can be so threatening that people wouldn’t question.) -Sky (bless his heart, his girlfriend tries to help. Either seen as a lesbian or Very Confused. If found out he plays the concerned elder brother.)

Absolutely No Success: -Warriors (Everyone knows he can do killer makeup and has a great fashion sense. They know its him. Theyre too intimidated to comment.) -Wind (Wind is too well known to not be recognized. His grandma sews patches for them though.)

-Hyrule was legit just homeless for a bit. He now live with Legend and Legend's uncle. No one knew it was him so everyone just assumes he's Hyrule and not actually Linkoln Faerchild. -Wind is friends with so many people cause he loves helping around town. -Half of it is hair cause that means more styles and seeming different. There's only so much clothing can do. 

Troup 666 >:0 -The enemy of my enemy is my friend is their motto. -Its not a real troop, but they don’t let anyone know that. No one really questions it. Its a stupid haha that ended up as a serious side project Members: -Vaati (founder) -Octavio -Shadow -Dark (When he feels like it) -Skull Kid (No one's sure who he is but he's here and its just like that.)

Troup 1987 </3 Run by Caeran Gan, Kaerune On, and Quaryn Dorf.  -Members include a random assortment of angry and vindictive people that would be based on the dif kinds of monsters. (like malice! Adults have influence over kids they’re around.) -Head Hylia Scout is called Dark, he's trans but don't let the leaders know that. He's also just, not a good dude but he's getting better :D. Mostly cause his friends hate his troop. And we love a good character arc.

This was unironically mostly based around a dumbass group chat thing I wrote between Vaati, Octavio, Shadow, Dark, and Four and honestly I loved it so here I am.

Next up, Four and Wind!

PART 1

Four

A droidsmith and technician by trade, he and his grandfather run a shop dedicated to repairing ships. However, Four is also skilled enough to make his own technology out of parts when he sets his mind to it, and as a result he has expanded his skill set to making and repairing droids, and he's even learned how to forge and repair most kinds of weapons.

When Four was young, he met an older man named Ezlo and learned how to make droids in the brief time Four knew him. Four has made hundreds of tiny miniature droids in the years since, and is very fond of all of them. (Four named his first one EZ-10.) Ezlo also taught Four how to meditate and attune himself to his surroundings, but it wasn't until much later that Four learned that these were actually basic Jedi training techniques— and with that, the fact that Ezlo may have been a Jedi, and that Four himself had the ability to use the Force.

Four has no interest in having a lightsaber, and claims he has better weapons of his own suited to him. Vaati showed up shortly after Ezlo, and he causes problems for him and his grandfather. Four was also friends with Shadow until his death at Vaati’s hands.

Wind

Wind is young, but like Legend he has spent much of his life traveling across the galaxy, and he feels most at home in his small spaceship, the King of Red Lions.

Wind originally got his start as a crewmember of the famous intergalactic pirate Tetra of the Outer Rim territories as a way to rescue his sister Aryll after she was wrongly arrested by the Empire. He then later traveled on Linebeck's ship not long after parting ways with Tetra. Wind found** the Red Lion during his adventures, and has been traveling the galaxy with it since. He's still close friends with Tetra.

Wind is very in tune with the Force, especially spirits, and better learned how to use his abilities when he was traveling with Linebeck. He doesn’t have a saber, but he still has a weapon or two of his own and plenty of tricks up his sleeves.
