This is all I've been able to think about since I saw this ask u meanie >:((((

Idk who needs to hear this but exercise DOES improve your depression/anxiety/general mood and yes walking for 10 mins does count

Real nutritious meals instead of like. a piece of bread DOES help

Even 5 mins of meditation DOES help, you don't have to completely clear your mind or do it 30+ mins, even short timeframes help a lot just to center yourself

7+ hours of sleep DOES help, it's been scientifically proven over and over, if u want sleep tips I will gladly give em (assuming you don't have any condition that makes it impossible without certain meds or in general)

Going outside DOES help. Go outside for 5 mins even if you hate it. Set a timer on your phone/watch and just sit in the sun, even if it's cloudy, just let the right shine on your skin and breathe the fresh air.

Drinking water DOES help. Nuff said

Talking to people DOES help. Call someone. Call a friend, a family member, if you're in a really bad way call a crisis hotline, if you want some numbers I'll gladly give them. Join a randomass internet chat and just start talking to people even if it feels stupid. Talk. Connect. Humans are not meant to be alone with their thoughts all the time

Cleaning a very small amount counts. If you can't do the whole sink, do 5 dishes. Can't do 5?? Do 3. But do it. Declutter your space and you declutter your mind, but don't overload yourself and make yourself procrastinate till you end up not doing anything at all

If you take care of smaller responsibilities, the bigger ones will feel a lot less overwhelming

There are many things you can't control and are not responsible for. Focus on what you CAN control and ARE responsible for and don't beat yourself up for not being able to do more, you're fine

You cannot "fail" at doing any of these things. If the day goes by and you haven't eaten anything healthy, you haven't cleaned, you haven't talked to anyone, fuck, you haven't even gotten out of bed, there will always be a tomorrow. You can always pick yourself up. You can always grow and better yourself. Just try.

Ask for help when you need it. You're not overreacting. You're not a burden. People would miss you if you were gone

Do you think the DCA like... know when kids aren't gonna come back. Like they get too old for a daycare but that doesn't really register for them and they think they're just sick or on a long vacation and wait patiently for them to show up again... forever

I like to think Moon's instincts go absolutely haywire during naptime and once all the kids are asleep he doesn't stop just there, if he sees you and you're not safely behind the desk he'll grab you and drag you over and deposit you onto the nearest available bedding

If you can't sleep bc of all the kids he'll specifically make you a lil nest away from them in a quiet, dark corner and tailor everything to your specific needs for sleep.

He keeps an internal database on every human he's come into contact with with stuff like when they're most at ease, if they tense up or relax when around ambient noise/music or if they like to be held or maybe pet, if they prefer to be warm/cool, if they like bedtime stories or to be left in quiet, that kinda thing

Like he isn't even aware of what he's doing he just knows he has to do it, he goes feral but like a mama cat over a bunch of kittens and if you're caught guess what you're a kitten now

MOAR FOR THE DEMON AU

Eclipse is an angel who's sent to defend you from his demon brothers. Barely says a word. Got four huge wings. Tol af.

However as he is around you more and more, the more he falls for you. And it begins to change him. His feathers begin to fall off, his halo cracks and his attitude becomes possessive as the human emotion of love and the extreme feelings that come with it, like jealousy, begins to corrupt him like his brothers before him. You realize the attitude quickly and have to make a choice;

You let him go. He goes back, perhaps gets sent elsewhere and recovers. He becomes an angel once more. However you will be sacrificing your safety, as you were sent Eclipse due to his strength. Losing him means you're vulnerable.

Or you keep him and try to break him out of his corruption. You're friends, he should listen to you. Maybe you can snap him out of it. But you might also be making a bigger threat then either of his brothers...

I just woke up in a cold sweat.

Corpse Bride AU. Reader is being forced to marry someone (who may or may not be obsessed with them (whoalsomayormaynotbeeclipse)), and when they’re practicing the vows their parents forced on them, they mess up big time (whether by nerves, pettiness, etc. is up to interpretation), so they just up and leave running.

Fast forward, reader enters a burnt down building, grumbling about how their parents could’ve at least let them decide their own vows, all while playing with the rings on their hand. In an act of rebelliousness and bitterness, they put on their ring, and hold the other as if presenting it to their true love. Cue reader doing this devoted and loving vow (that I’m still thinking on), then delicately putting the ring on a stick stuck on the debris on the floor. Now hurt and angry, they take off their own and put it on another stick, just to make sure they don’t confuse which ring was who’s.

Sticks that happened to be fingers… that happened to be on hands… that happened to be attached to arms… that happened to belong to scorched, 9' tall animatronics themed after the sun and the moon, who happened to have awaken the moment reader had entered their area and had heard and accepted such sweet and sincere vows.

Reader, having their back turned towards them, just hears the vows they had said on a whim repeated to them in glitching, yet unified voices.

Poor, little reader. They might have fallen in love with any (or all) of them, had their love not been to d i e for.
