Bugbears of mine are cars and people getting in the way of pics I take. Unfortunately there is an abundance of these getting in the way of my pics of Edinburgh Castle. The one of a misty Arthur's Seat is a camera shot of my previous phone pic the other day.

I have seen quite a few people saying that girly girls like Serena, Dawn etc are supposed to be prettier and more cute than Misty and I have never understood this thing. I know beauty is a subjective thing, people can have different opinions, I ain’t denying that these girls aren’t beautiful because they are but come on Misty is gorgeous! Just because she doesn’t dress up like a girly girl doesn’t make her any less prettier than them. In fact she is the most beautiful girl for me in the anime, I am not saying that because I am biased, but because she has a blend of unique features. Those cerulean eyes, bright orange hair, porcelain skin, that cute side ponytail, that awesome figure. Back in those days she had quite a few guys crushing on her in the original series.I am damn sure even Ash finds her physically attractive <3. She looked like an angel in that mermaid look, such a beautiful girl! Even in those fanarts she looks so damn pretty, especially as an adult. I think she would grow up to be quite a head turner xD

The funny thing is, even though Misty isn't shown to be a traditional girly girl, she is shown to love girly things: romance and fashion and shopping, etc. I mean, I'm personally a girly girl myself, but I've always found Misty and May's outfits to be the most appropriate for traveling! As girly as I am, I wouldn't want to be running around catching Pokémon in a skirt; it looks cute, but it's just not practical. I was also obsessed with Misty as a kid, and I've always been a frilly pink princess, so design doesn't really mean much. I always thought she was very pretty too!

I think Misty as an adult would be so beautiful. I imagine she'd be pretty tall (I know as kids she's already taller than Ash, but I ultimately think he'd end up taller and it would drive her insane) but her sisters all have very model-esque figures, which includes height, so I don't think Misty would be any different. Her hair and eye color combination is really striking, and as she gets older, I think Misty would wear her hair down more often and grow it out just a little bit, like just past her shoulders.

Misty would know she's pretty too (she already does, of course!) but I think she'd kind of be surprised by how much attention she gets from other people as she gets older, considering how much she got called a runt as a kid and was considered very plain next to her sisters. I could definitely see her doing a couple of modeling gigs for swimwear and the like that promote her as a gym leader and enjoying it, but not wanting it to be a constant thing like her sisters do.

But could you just imagine Ash's reaction to those pictures? He'd be drooling for sure!

A redraw of this scene from the episode "Go West Young Meowth!" that I havent thought about until the new (nostalgic) opening of the anime reminded me. I've always loved this scene as a kid because we dont get to see them all dressed up a lot! I'm really gonna miss them, and i'm glad we get to see them again together in these last few episodes :'^)
