Calder did this on purpose I’m sure cause he hates his land but he also tells Fauntleroy that his name is staying unless he (Fauntleroy) gets out of Calder’s sight or Calder just named Fauntleroy that because it was the first name that came to mind but when Fauntleroy didn’t like his name Calder just kinda used that as an excuse to make Fauntleroy leave him alone I could see either or both being a possibility
