Not is much is known of they're past. There recorded however reveal they took a job as fire fighter once However they were fired

They Joined the watchful eye after they were sentenced to community service for a transgression they did.

They may have a persona whenever they wear there Suit and mask and carry there large weapon. Whenever there in this mode (get out of the way). However when they take off the Suit they're a rather fun person to pal around with .

For there case there a mystery, but who doesn't like a good mystery.
