Buy Now
With the Covid’19 pandemic getting over and removal of travel restrictions, the market is again picking up and is expected to continue growing in the coming years as renting a car for travel is faster and more convenient than public transport or other means to get around the city.
Covid Impact on Market: Before the pandemic, between 2017 and 2019, the market was surging at a steady rate as the service was becoming more popular among users due to its affordability and convenience and higher internet penetration. Post pandemic, the market demand was highly impacted and negatively affected. The long duration of lockdowns forced companies to lay off the vehicles to reduce their loss and hence, the fleet size decreased.

Tumblr media
After many, marvelous, and messy events involving two boys fighting to woo one girl, things have become alright so far. Now that the serenading, spoken poetry, and love letters are over, you've taken the opportunity to get to know the Madrigal brothers more. It seems like you don't know them enough because they are always full of surprises especially when together.
Today, Camilo and Carlos made their way to your house again as per usual. The three of you have been hanging out and forming a genuine friendship. Both of your families are amused about it. The two knocked on your door in unison, they were greeted by your mother's friendly face.
"Oh! Mga anak!"
"Hello, tita!"
The two greeted politely. You taught the twins a few Tagalog phrases that's why they started calling your mother "tita" and your father "tito". Your mother lets the brothers inside, they noticed a couple of luggage resting in the living room. Camilo raised a brow.
"Are you going somewhere, tita?"
"Oh, yes! We're flying to the Philippines for a visit, tomorrow"
Your mother explained. Carlos wasn't fond of the idea at first, but he guessed that you were probably missing your home country. Camilo had a pout on his face and sighed.
"Aww, but we were going to watch a movie with [Name] tomorrow"
You walked down the stairs holding your luggage when you noticed Camilo and Carlos were there. You give them a smile and settled your things down, Carlos crossed his arms.
"You didn't tell us you're going away tomorrow"
"Chill, Carlos. It's not like I'll be gone forever, just for the week"
You replied. You realized how Camilo and Carlos both had downcast expressions on their faces, it was cute, to say the least, but you can tell they were going to miss you.
"Don't worry, we'll call each other on the phone from time to time"
"It won't be twice as fun, though"
"I know, I'll just make it up to you both when I get back, okay?"
You reassured the twins, the two replied with a defeated sigh and nodded. Your mother, who witnessed the interaction walked into the room with an idea.
"Why won't you two tag along with us to the Philippines?"
"Huh?! Bakit, ma?"
You turn to your mother in surprise, Camilo and Carlos were equally as baffled. Your mother chuckles.
"We don't mind bringing the twins with us, as long as it's okay with their parents"
"¡Sí! We'll ask mamá and papá!"
"Great! Go and prepare your things because we're leaving early tomorrow!"
Quickly, Camilo and Carlos thanked your mother before leaving. You faced your mother with a frown but she only sent you a teasing smile. You face-palmed yourself before turning away. It's not like you had a problem with the brothers tagging along but the idea made you feel awkward. Though you felt sure they're gonna love the trip to the Philippines, what's the worst thing that could happen?
Tumblr media
Your family along with Camilo and Carlos landed in the Philippines before noon. You can tell the two were eager to wander around the new environment. The boys didn't tell you the lengths they did just so their mother would allow them to go on the trip.
Inside the rented car, Camilo and Carlos stared in awe at the scenery outside the window. A proud smile was on your lips as you watched them. Sooner, all of you arrived at your grandparent's house, they were shocked but pleased to find the twins came with your family. As all of you settled down your luggage, your grandmother goes to you and hands you money.
"[Name] pwede bang pumunta ka sa palengke at bumili ng uulamin natin mamaya?"
"Oh, sure, lola"
You said as your grandma smiled. You haven't been to the palengke for a while but you can still remember where it was located. You glanced at Camilo and Carlos, who decided to change into a pair of tank tops and shorts for the warm weather. You blushed at the sight of their exposed freckled skin but played it off with a playful smile. They see you walk over to them.
"Wanna go out for an adventure?"
The brothers shared a look and nodded frantically. The three of you head out to the palengke. Camilo and Carlos get to experience riding on a Filipino jeepney for the first time, and they enjoyed it. When you all arrived, you split the money you had and gave it to them.
"Can you guys buy some meat and vegetables?"
"Sure"
"Okay, I'll meet you two back at the entrance"
With that, you, Camilo, and Carlos went in different directions to buy some ingredients. You enjoyed your time wandering around the palengke before buying what you need, you missed doing this.
Meanwhile, Camilo founds himself with eyes glued on him as he walked by. His cheeks turned red when he saw a few of the women whispering and smiling at him. The least he can do was give them a tiny wave. As he walked further into the palengke taking in the sights, he discovers that he got lost.
"Shit"
He cussed, he looked around but everything looks the same. He shrugged, he'll run into either his brother or you somehow. His eyes landed on a particular area where people seemed to be grilling food. Filled with curiosity, he walked over to it and found it was street food. Immediately, his mouth watered as he pulled out the money you gave to him.
On the other hand, Carlos glared at every single person that cast him a look. He was too proud to admit that he got lost while looking for vegetables to buy. He could ask directions but it was out of his comfort zone, he decided to have a look around the palengke thinking he'll find his way back somehow. Before he got bored, a shimmer caught the corner of his eye. Carlos turned and discovered a stall filled with various knick-knacks.
"Wow"
He took a look closer and found interesting toys. There were marbles, a spinning top, colorful kites, and other things he couldn't name. Carlos pulled the money from his pocket and looked around him before discreetly entering the stall.
You made your way back to the entrance carrying bags of meat, vegetables, and needed ingredients. Camilo and Carlos weren't there yet so you decided to wait. Minutes turned into hours and you grow worried, what if something bad happened to them? You bite your nails and decided to go search for them. Looking left and right, you don't spot either of the Madrigal twins. You asked a few people if they saw them but none of them seemed to have noticed the brothers.
You were frantically searching for Camilo and Carlos all over the palengke, merely panicking. You should've known that this place was too big, what if they got robbed or hurt? The thought scared you as you resorted to calling out their names out loud, hoping they'll respond.
"Camilo?! Carlos?!"
You called out. You won't ever forgive yourself if something horrible happened to them, your lips wobbled as tears slowly formed in your eyes. You try to calm yourself down when your eyes caught a familiar guy standing by a food stall. You walked closer and you could've collapsed in relief because it was Camilo, fortunately, Carlos was with him.
"Oh my god! I thought something bad happened...what are you two doing?"
You stopped and stared at the pair. Camilo grinned, mouth full of food, he was holding three sticks of isaw and barbeque. He was wearing a silly hat on his head, his other hand was holding a packet of pogs. You glanced at Carlos and he too was munching on some street food, he was carrying a bag full of Filipino toys, it was the biggest you have ever seen. You were speechless.
"These food are so delicious, [Name]!"
"Yeah, plus I found these cool toys, I'm sure Toñito would love them"
"This is the best! I can't wait to brag about it to Mirabel"
"...[Name]? Are you alright?"
The twins gave you a concerned look. Your eye twitched as you drew in a deep breath, you placed your hand on your hips as a tight smile made the brothers gulp.
"So, you're telling me while I was worried sick that both of you could've been killed, you two were out here buying food and toys?!"
"Lo siento, [Name]..."
"Oh no, we're coming home and I'm never gonna take you two out with me again!"
You scolded them and proceeded to grab Camilo and Carlos by the ear before dragging them out the palengke and back to your grandparents' house. You explained everything to your family as the two sat there guilty with reddish ears.
"Come on, Camilo and Carlos were just exploring"
"Nag-aalala ako sa kanila ng tapos ayun pala gumagala lang sila!"
You were arguing with your siblings in full Tagalog, you sounded terrifying. Fortunately, after dinner, you were no longer angry at them and apologized for shouting at them earlier. Camilo and Carlos never took it seriously and you were glad. The three of you decided to go watch a movie while eating Filipino snacks. Taking Camilo and Carlos with you to the Philippines wasn't a bad idea after all.

I've been listening to the last of us OST, and I've got an idea that after Johnny comes back to his body and V recovers, they just buy a cheap van/camper and go on a roadtrip across southern NUSA... They collect different knick knancks and postcards that they use to decorate their car and make it look homely, get lost multiple times, take photos of literally everything they see, argue in stores about what canned food to buy for the road... Maybe they visit Johnny's hometown... They look at the starry sky, so clear outside of Night City, wrapped in a blanket and just look in awe. Johnny sometimes plays guitar for them, and even tries to teach V how to play. I just want them to be happy and carefree, man 😖
YES YES YESSSSSS!!!!!!! Them happily and carefree traveling. I think a lot about like different things they can do once everything is settled, cause there’s a lot of opportunities and chances for what’s possible. And I love it all and personally feel after the ordeal they’ve been through; they should get to do it all.
Johnny and V just taking a year or so to travel alone, spending all their time just appreciating each other and seeing new things, new memories, snapping photos along the way. Sending gifts and pictures to their friends. Mornings spent curled up together and seeing everything, experiencing everything they were scared they’d miss.
Come back too the city after the year, reconnect and spend time with the people they care for there. Rogue wants to talk about letting V have part ownership of the Afterlife, talking about what that means, and V can absolutely do so remotely, so they can keep traveling and essentially do what they want while making profits from the club, so long as they’re available to speak when Rogue needs them. (Look, I adore V being Rogue’s co owner of the afterlife, its so cute)
Maybe, Kerry and US Cracks go on tour, and Kerry’s asks Johnny if he wants to play with him and if V wants to help with security (thinly veiled excuse to just have V there). And people are in two camps of “viscerally confused that there’s suddenly a guitarist who looks exactly like johnny silverhand” and “people who never knew who Johnny silverhand was and are confused why everyone else is confused” But, Johnny gets his chance to play again and tour internationally. Kerry’s label and manager ask a lot of questions; but god Kerry can’t seem to give a fuck and is doing whatever he wants lately. V and Johnny get to experience tour life, though its much different than in the Samurai “tour” days, less angry and messy. Now that Johnny and Kerry have grown, though they still bicker like eight year old boys sometimes. There’s a decent enough amount of down time in each place they go; Johnny and V getting to see the world beyond NUSA. (Kerry being dorkily excited to show them around the Philippines, Takemura who’s left Arasaka and is a happy man, my fantasy damn it, meeting them in Japan and Johnny is grumpy to see him, but V is happy to see him..so)
Once the tour is over, Johnny and V are both a little sick of cities and traveling for a bit. So, they just rent out a little cabin or cottage out in a nice rural area for a while. A vacation where most days are spent in bed, just a calm little domestic time.
And once they’re ready to get back to traveling, meeting up with Panam and the Aldecaldos.
Just, ahhhhh let my babies do everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They deserve it!!!!!!!!!

OK, SO 2020
Welp.
I’m certain I won’t have to come back to this post to remember what happened this year. This year the world shared one similar experience; a year that seemed to have sat still while also continuously rampaging tragic events one after the other. A catalyst in many ways. It stands no reason that my year has not aligned with the rest of the world, yet we’ve managed to make it even more interesting. This year will be transcribed countless times, so let me focus on the parts in which are uniquely mine:
Despite the world falling to a pandemic, lock downs and quarantines for most of the year, it amazes yet how much I’ve squeezed out of this year. First and foremost: we did it. We moved to the west coast. A long time coming, some delays, some uncertainties. But we prepared, we agreed, we wanted something new. Clearly nothing stood in our way this year, we were going to go. As much as a curveball a pandemic can through at us, we were resilient and making the move. It’s not all positives, as settling here is a mix bag: unable to fully experience the city, me not quite sure how I like this position, Ashley not able to secure her next career opportunity, not able to even visit back home. But look, we made the move, we are here, let it not go to waste, as there are experiences still available and unique that we should not take for granted.
Let’s map out what happened this year:
January. The year started with a visit from the Cabacoys to Disney and SeaWorld. Shortly after, in the most gratifying way, I used up most of my vacation for the year in a single trip. We traveled to the California, a kind of sneak peek at what’s to come. Knowing our financial situation would be up in the air very soon, it was our best option as we’d see a variety of friends, family, places, all the while having lodging mostly covered. Although sick in the beginning (hmm? Nah just congestion) San Fran consisted of me watching the Witcher and eating Popeyes chicken sandwiches among other SF delights. The drive down Highway 1 was spectacular, this time not as foggy, giving us great views of the ocean all the way through. We were able to take the scenic Monterey coastal drive, passing through pebble beach and the like. Stopping at our favorite little hotel in San Luis Obispo, we find ourselves in LA the next day hanging out with the newlyweds. After the trip, January rounds out with a nice Disney breakfast with my family.
February started with a quick trip to Playa Linda, wearing ski jackets to the beach. Valentines/birthday weekend was the long-awaited Vigo cruise to the Bahamas. There’s something so satisfactory about a trip where I don’t anticipate anything, and everything comes at a delight and surprise. Next up we have G-Ading’s wedding, being the only wedding we end up going to this year! Very memorable time, and the food, oh my jeez it just kept coming. And last, on the final day of February (jk leap year), was my last day with JBT AeroTech. 8ish years would come to a close. The first place to give me a chance at becoming an Engineer and letting me not only prove to myself I could, but to give me opportunities to fulfill dreams bigger than my own.
March. Whoa now. This is a sensitive month for many people. And while many may mask as March entirely being pandemic, that part didn’t quite start until March 14. Let’s not forget what I managed to pull off before then. First off, Science Night Live in Orlando, something we’ve been wanting to do but finally was able to go. Second, Conexpo Las Vegas. I had an inkling that I would not be going with JBT this time, and so I booked it with my own money and still went. This expo is so cool for someone in the industry, there’s so many great vehicles to check out. Plus I figured it would be a good place to be to meet with connections and find Cali opportunities. Strapped for cash I secured shared accommodations and dinners provided my business acquaintances, but quickly evaporated as many attendees pulled out due to the growing pandemic (not locally yet, but this was an international expo). I managed to scrap together living spaces, and find alternative free meals. And while the people I was supposed to hang out with did not show up, I stuck with now old coworkers and even ended up finding new acquaintances there, which culminated to the most lux Vegas party I can imagine in penthouse suites (plural), a wild night I won’t forget.
And that’s double true, because the next day the lockdowns started to occur. I come back home to quarantine, lock down, uncertainty. One day I’m dancing shoulder to shoulder with hundreds of people (which how lucky I didn’t catch anything then) to now not coming within 6 feet of anyone, stocking up on groceries and toilet paper. It was all so strange. We were afraid to hug my nephew, him being confused when he saw us, a confusing time of unknown. Initially I thought being out of work was going to be weird, maybe nice in some ways. And in a way it was; an unease of not having something to do, but all the while glad I didn’t have to work through this coping phase of the pandemic.
April was a weird time for me. What was supposed to be 2-week quarantine led to what we now know to be months. It still felt like more March, as nothing has progressed in the last weeks. Ask me now what happened and all I can remember is watering the grass everything, or waiting to water the grass every day. Nothing really else. Well, ok, maybe securing a job in Oakland (it really is about who you know), and slowly purging and moving out of our house. Towards the end of the month we went to Ocala to see Ashley’s parents once more, as it marked the start of our goodbyes.
May was wild and nonstop. While the world waited, we had to find a way to say goodbye to friends (heart breakingly distant), family, and our possessions. We had plans to seek out our favorite food spots and share final meals with people, but that was not possible. We made visits with family, while trying to figure out where to stash away the items we were not ready to give up on. I also said goodbye to my Miata. This car meant a lot to me, symbolized a lot, characterizes me in many ways. I always enjoyed driving it. And it if wasn’t raining, the top was down, and even sometimes when it was raining. It is a piece of me I had to let go. I have no regrets, I did not take it for granted, and I can only hope that I find another car that brings me as much joy each time.
And so, mid-May, we make the move. You can wait for the perfect moment, but as we see here there is no perfect moment, so my advice is this: now is probably the next best chance. We couldn’t wait any longer, and maybe regrets to go sooner can be argued, regrets of not going can be as well. And so we embarked on our journey to Oakland. I start my job to following week. It was a strange time as everything, and this time basically everything, was a strange new place to be. New city, new job, new world. But we did what we could. We have support here of friends and family, and we turned to them immediately. This month will start to shape the remainder of the year: food take out, video games, facetimes, picnics, cousins. We explored the Bay Area (by means to buying and selling Facebook marketplace items) just to get a feel of the surrounding areas and try to get our bearings.
June and July were much of the same. While Ashley took a trip back home, I stayed back, exploring the hills in a rental (more on that later). My Dad made a pitstop here as he finally managed a flight out of the Philippines. I had not seen him since December, and so much has happened since, so it was nice to see him just for a brief moment; because if not it would have been more than a year, because as I write this I have not seen him since. The rest of the months we try to explore various areas, including the Berkeley observatory, Golden Gate Park, Emeryville Marina, Ocean Beach.
August is much the same as you can expect, though we do see Ashley’s Cousins more, as well as my cousins and their daughters. Ashley hosts her birthday on our landlord’s porch, where we go through a makeshift game of “we are not really strangers,” a moving game much harder to play without the ability to hug at the end.
September picks up and gets more interesting as we start to explore further away from the city, including a nice relaxing day down at whale cove beach, as well as a relaxing vacation (away from the heat waves, smoke, and fires) down in Saratoga/Santa Cruz area.
October was another trip, this time all the way down to Paso Robles for a birthday celebration, exploring the vineyards and a bonus trip up highway 1. Although much different, it was nice to get a trip with a big group of friends. October we also saw a couple movies, including a private screening of Tenet (wut) and my first drive-in movie ever, Coco, and once more another drive-in for Hocus Pocus.
November was much of the usual, as we are limited in options (and a bit limited in finances) to try anything new. We made the very difficult choice not to travel back to Florida for thanksgiving, and instead spent thanksgiving with just the two of us, although we cooked for 8.
December is here, and we squeezed in a few interesting pieces. I took a drive out to some of the mountains towards San Jose in a newer Miata. Another weekend we spent in San Rafael, where we didn’t leave the hotel the entire time. A very welcoming weekend with no pressure, no rush, just stay in and play video games, watch movies, and eat in (room service and delivery to our door!). That was a nice weekend with the only expectation was that we were doing nothing. As Christmas approaches, we venture out into the city to look at some of the lights. We also manage the watch Elf at the drive-in (although the foggy night didn’t make that easy), and once more drive-in to see Wonder Woman 1984 before the new year.
Alright, quick tidbits:
Cars I’ve rented – BMW 330i, Hyundai Santa Fe, Nissan Altima, Fiat Abarth 124, Jeep Wrangler, Mazda Miata. A nice plethora of cars this year, and with the availability of mountains in the west coast, and the convenience of Turo, I have the opportunity to take nice day long drives through the windy roads. This was one of my goals for moving and I’m glad I’m still able to put that into fruition. It’s convenient to have nice back roads so close, and the beautiful highway 1 coastal road for longer trips. It was nice to rent a couple convertibles, including a few similar to my Miata. I hope next year brings some more interesting cars, and hopefully some off-roading fun as well. It’s hard to pick a favorite, as each ride held a unique experience. But I am thinking about getting a Jeep so…
Best Thing I Ate – man there’s so much to consider. G-Ading’s wedding was crazy delicious, the best wedding food ever no question. Having a mini Hot Ones episode at Ashley’s parents and at Kevin’s was delicious and the conversation meaningful. I started my goodbye food tour but didn’t see it through, but that came with some favorites from Gators Dockside, Pho Vinh, Gold China, Vicky’s Bakery. As far as the West Coast: Farmhouse Thai’s Lao platter is tray full of little wonders. And here in the Bay Burmese is plentiful (something that should definitely make its way into Orlando). Let’s not forget a couple homemade treats, such as Mia’s delicious Ube cookies and smore bites, and Ashley’s brownie muffins she considers was a mess up (I think they were perfect).
Between the pandemic lockdown and my new Xbox, I’ve played quite a few notable games. My favorites this year include Nier Automata, Jedi Fallen Order, and The Outer Worlds. Breath of the Wild also has now become a comfort food/ re-watch staple this year in Cali.
A couple movies/TV to note watching: Before Sunrise, Columbus, Westworld season 3, Mandalorian Season 2, Dash & Lily.
There’s a lot that can be said about 2020. There were big expectations, and life comforts, which were all stripped from us. And so while we made a big leap into the unknown, the rest of the world follow suit. But it’s hard to say if it was a bad choice or good, because I really don’t know what would happen if we stayed in Florida. Maybe things were more familiar and grounded, maybe see family a bit more. But what jobs would we have? Would we have been at higher risk of getting Covid? Who knows. But what I do know is that right now we are fine. We are healthy, we are financially stable, our family is healthy. And we may be limited in the interactions we can have, but that does not mean we can’t enjoy some of what this west coast adventure had in store for us. I think it was important that we experience the change, chaotic as it was.
We purged ourselves of the past: got rid of old clothes, old furniture, old junk of our college and early adult years. We carry with us only the essentials, and have a new outlook on what we acquire along the way. May would see us move out of our home, be in limbo back in Miami, and even once we got to Oakland, we would move just 2 weeks later (and move out again 3 months later, and we’ll be moving again this January). This is a year of being unsettled, which was to be expected with the move, but add a global pandemic, marches for equality, an uncertain presidential election, nothing was the same, everything has changed.
But honestly, since many of life’s grievances are a shared collective, my year relatively was ok. Pre-Covid was fantastic and jam packed with family and trips, par for the course of what I deem important to me. And even during the pandemic, my comforts are driven by much of the same elements: friends, family, and trips, albeit a bit differently. I have hopes for next year, I really do. I don’t think things will go back to normal, and for us there is no normal here. But I think things will settle and be grounded, and we can look forward to more of things that make us whole and human. Things that may have been missing this year are the grander friends vacation trips, and the live concerts and museums. I also hope to see my family soon, and get back to a place of comfort and familiarity, even for a brief moment. I hope to see more of that next year. But all I can ask is that our health and wellbeing stay intact.
2020, you were a nightmare. But catalysts are never calm, and the outcome is sure to be filled with great energy.

Cuisines
Batil Patung is a Tuguegarao original. Batil means mix and patung means top or topping. The noodles in Batil Patung are the flat kind. The topping consists of sautéed beef or, I guess, carabeef, bean sprouts, sliced leeks, julienned carrots, crushed chicharon, meat loaf slices and fried egg. It comes with a cup of egg drop soup meant to be sipped or mixed with the pancit. Chopped red onions, calamansi and chili peppers are also served.
Every place has their own distinctive type of cuisines, and the way they prepare and cook it and the way it represents their own unique place and culture.
Economy
The Cagayan Valley’s major industries are agriculture with rice and corn as main crops, livestock production of cattle, hog, carabaos and poultry, furniture making of rattan and other indigenous materials, fishing especially along the coast of Cagayan, Isabela and Batanes and Magat Dam in Isabela and also exportation of fruits, fruit preserves and vegetables.
Tumblr media
Culture
The friendly Ivatans of Batanes, they are considered as “True Insulares,” they can be found greeting their visitors and tourists walking along the streets of the island province. The Ivatan's culture have been largely influenced by the climate of Batanes. Due to the severe climatic disruptions to their agriculture, they have developed some successful strategies to protect their food supply and their way of life.
One of the endemic clothing of the Ivatans is the vakul. A vakul is a headgear designed to protect the wearer from sun and rain. It is made from vuyavuy palm fiber. The ivatan people are given opportunity to showcase their uniqueness in culture, structure of their houses and other traditions.

Central Luzon is a major contributor to the Philippine economy. It accounted for 8.98 percent of the country's Gross Domestic Product in 2013. GDP grew by 4.30 percent. Agriculture, Hunting, Forestry and Fishing sector comprised 16.97 percent of the regional economy and it was 5.37 percent in 2013. Central Luzon contains the largest plain in the country with its agricultural plains accounting for about 40% of the region’s area. It produces most of the country's rice supply, earning itself the nickname "Rice Bowl of the Philippines or Rice Granary of the Philippines". Excess rice is delivered and imported to other provinces of the Philippines.  Although rice is the major crop, its vast and fertile plains are highly suitable for growing almost all agricultural crops. It has long coast lines rich with marine fishing grounds in Bataan, Zambales and Aurora. About 45 percent of the region’s area is devoted to forestlands. Gold, silver, chromite, limestone, marble, clay, sand and gravel abound in either Zambales or Bulacan.
Culture
Sinukwan Festival is a weeklong festival that captures the soul of San Fernando City. It is best described as the essence of the Kapampangan Spirit. Sinukwan is a cultural festival, so you would expect that most of the events are steeped in the traditional culture of the natives. A festival of this magnitude in the Philippines is incomplete without the spectacular street dances that bring locals together in a remarkably fluid manner.

I gave my parents a big villa
In the past, I was the object of ridicule by my relatives and friends. Many relatives and friends would even say in front of me, you see, what’s the use of letting him go to this university? It’s not returning home. Maybe it was because they took care of my face; they didn’t say the latter sentence, that is, I went to college for 4 years and ended up going home to eat my old age. That’s true. After graduating from college, I found a simple job with income. It was only over 4,000 yuan, but my girlfriend didn’t ask me for too much dowry. We got married like this. We didn’t have a house, a car, or three gold coins. It can be said that this was a complete naked marriage.
Tumblr media
But when my child was two years old, I was laid off by the company, and my major was not easy to find a job, so I spent a year in a hurry. I couldn’t pay the rent, and I couldn’t pay the child’s care fees in kindergarten. In desperation, my wife and I both went home. As a result, my wife and children all depended on my parents, and my parents didn’t have a pension. So even though my mother was in her 60s, she still went out to work so that our family could eat, so I was laughed at. It wasn’t that I didn’t want to go to work, but that no unit could look at me, and finally, I gritted my teeth and found a Filipino company. At that time, I heard that the benefits at CG Company were very good, so I bought a plane ticket to fly directly to the Philippines without any hesitation.
Tumblr media
When I arrived at the CG company, I was very satisfied with the company. The decoration of the company is very luxurious and tall. There are 23 floors, of which 22 are offices. Our dormitory is in another building, and the working atmosphere is here. Very strong, you can make money as long as you work hard and spend your time.
Tumblr media
I earned more than 25,000 yuan in the first month at CG and doubled my income in the second month. In the 12th month of the year, my salary also reached more than 89,000 yuan, and my bank deposits also reached 1.32 million yuan.
Tumblr media
As long as other young people go out to bars to the beach to have fun in their spare time, the price of goods in the Philippines is not high. If you go out to play once in RMB, it is only 700 or 800 yuan. Based on our income, every day, My income can even reach four or five thousand yuan or more, which is not unaffordable for me, but instead of going out to play like other people, I saved the money.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I worked in a CG company in the Philippines for two years, and I never returned to China during the two years. By the time I returned to China, I had already deposited 7.62 million on my bank card. The first thing I did after returning to my hometown was to contact a real estate company. , bought a 3-story villa for his parents for 3 million and took his parents to the villa after returning home. They could hardly believe their eyes when they looked at the villa.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Yes, I have tested my ability with my own actions. If someone is gnawing old, it is not because he did not work hard but because he did not find the opportunity. After finding the opportunity, he will even give his relatives a comeback more than the average person. Many people are very contemptuous of the old people, thinking that they must not be able to get any results. In fact, some people who are old people are even better than ordinary people in terms of mind and ability. The reason why they don’t have jobs is that they haven’t found a job that you can look up to but don’t find a promising job. Once you find such a job, they will work harder than the average person, so don’t look at the old clan with coloured eyes; they have their hidden secrets.

Spending Residence in the Philippines as a Chance For Retirees
Retirees in the Philippines can capitalize on an investment opportunity when they buy homes. These financial investments are typically risk-free and also safeguarded by law such as land titles, home loans on building jobs with financial institution funding via development lendings or long-term bonds from specific federal government firms which supply prices less than other financial institutions' offerings.
Tumblr media
Retired individuals that own their houses outright will continue getting a return even if rising cost of living wears down acquiring power; those purchasing rentals appreciate more protection due to the fact that renters pay mortgage settlements while landlords get monthly leasings assured under leases signed during settlements in between parties adhering purely to agreement term arrangements.
Given that the very early nineties, one of one of the most swiftly developing industries in the nation is real estate industry which includes condos as well as houses for lease or sale.
In the Philippines, one of the most prominent kinds of property is residential property followed by industrial buildings as well as land that can be made use of for various functions such as farming. Residential systems are a good financial investment selection since they give income to property owners via monthly leasings while they stay in their own homes.
Rental properties require more maintenance job than various other kinds of financial investments but the revenue obtained is more than enough to cover for upkeep expenses. One more advantage of possessing property is that it can be made use of as collateral to safeguard car loans, making it easier to acquire individual financing.
One just needs to purchase property residential property within his/her ways and enjoy returns from rental repayments made by tenants. One can go looking around for the ideal place to invest as well as rent, or one can purchase a building that is already established. Whether they get homes for sale and/or for rent, there are lots of benefits in spending realty:
· Property investments supply an easier means of earning money with monthly earnings from rental fees paid by tenants. This is really various from other type of financial investments considering that there is no demand to buy or preserve equipment, equipment or storage space facilities
· The worth of a residential property increases gradually so the financial investment will be much more worth it when sold for earnings.
· Property residential or commercial properties provide tax benefits and also motivations to financiers such as exceptions from revenue tax on rental income as well as added reduction genuine estate taxes paid on one's primary home.
· Property financial investments can be made with local banks with mortgages, therefore allowing people to buy properties greater than what they typically might if money settlement is required
· It is additionally possible to purchase a property by utilizing one more house or great deal as security. This makes it simpler for investors that do not have enough resources to get a home.
There are different type of houses readily available up for sale as well as rent. Condo systems constructed by developers, that usually construct a number of structures within the same area, are popular because of their ease as well as amenities such as swimming pools, club with health and fitness devices, youngsters's playground, basketball court and also 24-hour protection service. Such residential or commercial properties have the included advantage of bordering facilities like dining establishments, fast-food chains, coffee shops and also various other solutions that make homeowners' daily lives easier.
Comparable to the normal condominium devices are townhouses integrated in communities where land is split into smaller sized lots for building houses on. Depending on the dimension of the community, there may be prepare for single-detached houses or twin residences (2 systems collaborated) to be built. Townhouses and single-detached homes are generally bordered by fences and have specific driveways, giving locals the personal privacy they desire. Nonetheless, as a result of their dimension as well as distance from each various other, these sort of homes might not benefit financiers that would certainly like their residential or commercial properties to create even more rental income.
In contrast, properties in high-end growths are much more optimal for investors since these have higher worth and offer a much better roi in regards to rental profits contrasted to various other types of property. These kinds of houses include cottages, luxury condos as well as manors which have facilities such as pool, club, play area as well as 24-hour safety service.
Characteristic in these premium advancements are normally discovered within gated neighborhoods which have more stringent regulations for who can get in or leave to safeguard the privacy of citizens. Additionally, due to their glamorous features and also centers, property owners in these sort of residential properties seldom require to go outside for entertainment or benefit purposes. This means that these properties do not experience low tenancy prices making it much easier for rental earnings to cover monthly dues.
An additional kind of real estate investment is commercial residential property, which includes malls, stores and various other establishments in business districts where individuals opt for purchasing or amusement purposes. Such establishments are excellent for capitalists since it is practically difficult for them to continue to be unoccupied for a long time. This is because the location where they are developed serve as a business zone for residents in neighboring areas. Furthermore, business residential property financial investments enable capitalists to expand their portfolio since a solitary building can supply a variety of revenue streams from month-to-month fees from numerous renters rather than one. In fact, some property developers select to build industrial buildings because of the security they provide capitalists.
It is essential to remember that investing in property does not only suggest making regular monthly dividend repayments or awaiting resources gain before marketing one's residential or commercial property. One must likewise think about the linked expenses associated with purchasing and also preserving a residence, which can counter gains from returns. These include registration charge paid to the government, real estate tax for the city or town where the residential property is located and regular monthly charges paid to house owners' organization. These prices can be hard to take care of especially throughout lean months when rental earnings does not cover all expenses.
Why Most Individuals Love Residential Characteristics? That's why it's often better for capitalists to concentrate on one kind of residential or commercial property that has an inexpensive of upkeep like domestic great deals and buildings. These sort of homes can provide constant rental revenue considering that it is almost difficult for these facilities to continue to be empty. On top of that, having such a property permits capitalists to delight in price cuts and other gain from the developer which can ease the expense of preserving their buildings.
Another benefit that household whole lot financial investments offer financiers with is the capacity to pick where they want their residential property to be located. This means that one can decide on locations with high need for real estate in the location they want to invest in, which will enable them to avoid their residential or commercial properties from going under rental financial obligations or stop paying charges altogether.
Buying real estate is a terrific method for retirees as well as other individuals seeking income-generating assets to earn monthly earnings without needing to work for others. Nevertheless, the key to success in this sort of financial investment is understanding and examining dangers in order to make sensible choices in selecting where and also what sort of building you will purchase. If you want an even more in-depth overview on how you can get started with real estate investing, check out our internet site.

Laoag Diocese backs gov’t plan to boost heritage tourism
#PHnews: Laoag Diocese backs gov’t plan to boost heritage tourism
LAOAG CITY – The Diocese of Laoag is set to embark on a multi-million mix-use development project to attract more investors, generate livelihood and boost heritage tourism here.
Located at the heart of the city is a large chunk of the church real estate property where two of Laoag’s historical landmarks are located -- the Saint William Cathedral and its sinking bell tower.
Within the church complex are currently being occupied by a chain of fast food restaurants and some stall owners who are renting the church property.
According to Bishop Renato Mayugba, the San Guillermo Plaza will soon be developed as a vibrant hub for business activities without violating the religious sensitivity of the place.
In time for the feast of Laoag's patron, Saint William the Hermit, Mayugba led the groundbreaking Thursday of the plaza development which features the construction of a mix-use building with a conference hall and a wide parking space that could accommodate 500 cars at a time.
Once completed in three to four years’ time, he said the project will have a long-term benefit to the locals particularly in creating more job opportunities while boosting heritage tourism.
Instead of renovating the old church properties, the Laoag bishop said they decided to just construct a new one for some practical reasons.
“The mix-use project will be done in two phases. The first phase involves the construction of a Chapel of the Resurrection with candle offertory in honor of the Black Nazarene. The architectural design of the complex will have to blend to the Baroque Cathedral and the church bell tower to restore its cultural character,” said Mayugba during the groundbreaking ceremony in front of the Laoag Cathedral, attended by city and provincial officials.
For his part, Ilocos Norte Governor Matthew Joseph Manotoc on Friday lauded the project as it supports the provincial government’s effort to attract more investors and provide more jobs for the Ilocanos.
To date, documentary requirements are now being processed with partner investors and the construction phase will start anytime soon. (PNA)

Photo 1: Thevy, Sri Lanka, 1974 Photo 2: Thevy at home in Zambia with her son B and Leonard Banda Photo 3: Thevy and her son B visiting her anna Jegan and his family in Tanzania,1984. THEVY Australia Our brief time in Iran was at the time of the 1979 revolution. Our son, B,  was only 18 months old when he and I joined my husband (referred to hereafter as uncle)  who was working as an engineer in Bandar Abbas, on the southern coast. It was the first time B and I had left Sri Lanka.  Uncle had sent us a msg to not get on our flight out of Sri Lanka, because it was too dangerous in Iran, but in the chaos of trying to organise our visas and departure, I missed this memo. Life was tough for everyone. Food was in short supply, as was gas.  We lived in a small flat for company staff. We often heard gun shots from the streets and it was made clear to us, more than once, that as foreigners, we were not welcome in Khomeini’s Iran. Uncle wasn’t able to leave the house to go to work shortly after we arrived because of the civil unrest, so for the remaining six-to-eight months that we were there, he stayed at home and would only leave if we had to buy food or for emergencies. I had to stay inside with our son the whole time.  We had a very small group of friends that uncle had met after he arrived in Iran, to lean on and sometimes share our meals and shopping trips with. However I was the only woman in the group.   Realising the dangers we were in, Uncle’s boss offered to help us leave the country as the airport had been shut down. Uncle’s boss drove us in his car via a jungle route to the port. We had to stay off the roads to ensure our safety. From there we got on a cargo boat to Dubai.  It took 20 terrifying hours to cross the Persian Gulf. There were about 20 others, mainly from India, travelling with us, but I can’t remember if we were spread across one or two boats. To protect my little son from the anger of the ocean, I stayed with him inside the deck the entire time. There was one other woman in the group and she was pregnant.  Our next challenge was in Dubai. We were not allowed to disembark because we didn’t have a visa.  I had brought powdered milk for our son, B,  which we shared with the others. Some of the men went to the Indian embassy and negotiated with them to allow us to travel to the airport and get flights back to our countries.  Eleven hours later we were given this clearance.   However, our family found itself in trouble again, because we had purchased our ticket to Sri Lanka on a Singapore airlines flight using Iranian money, which the airline would not accept. B had been suffering from seasickness and had been vomiting on the boat, and so to pacify him, I told him that I would buy him a helicopter when we got off. I bought him one at the airport, which kept him occupied and happy. At around the 18 hour mark, two Singapore airline pilots walked past us and our son caught their attention when he called out ‘uncle’ to them’. They kissed him and asked us where where we were going. The pilots were on their way to Sri Lanka and kindly arranged for us to get on their flight. Our friend picked us up from Bandaranaike Airport. We had a nice meal, shower and sleep at his home in Colombo and the next day we took the Yal Devi (train) to Jaffna. My parents were no longer there as they had left to join my elder brother in Tanzania and all my siblings had also left the island.  So we rented a place and stayed in Jaffna, unclear again of our next steps. We knew that finding a job for my husband was going to be tough, and that we had to look for opportunities abroad. We left the country six months later in February 1980 and made our way to Zambia, as uncle had been offered a job there in a copper mine.  The company paid for our tickets and provided us with a home in a gated colony for workers of the mine. They also ensured that we had food for a few days.  There were food shortages in Zambia and so those that were already helped to ensure the newcomers didn’t have to worry about sourcing food. B made friends with the four children of our domestic help, Leonard Banda, and so immediately settled into his new life. B was thrilled to celebrate his 3rd birthday with them.  We communicated with everyone in English. For B’s 4th birthday, we wanted to share his cake with others who were not as fortunate as us and so through a friend, we learnt of a school in Luanshya  for children with disabilities. A week before the date, I started explaining the situation of the children to B and why some of them may have certain disabilities. I explained to him that he would need to pour the ‘jolly juice’ for the 65 kids - a duty he happily performed on the day.   I made a cake in the shape of a chess board and chess pieces and we had a wonderful day with the children. I was so happy to see B and the kids enjoying their time together. It was there that I realised I was in a place where I can, with love, support those around me that are not so fortunate.  After this date, I would encourage friends in Zambia to donate a meal or two to this school as a way to honour deaths of family members back home and some of them did just that. I started doing community volunteer work. I set up a tutoring class in one of the local churches and taught basic maths and English to children who attended.   There were about five or six Tamil families and about 15 or so Sinhala families who were working in the copper mines in Luanshya. Other workers and their families were from India, Philippines and Sri Lanka. We didn’t feel lonely because all those working in the copper mines lived together in a colony.  During the weekend we often gathered at each other’s homes for parties.  We are still close friends with one of the Sinhala families we met there. We were very fortunate in many ways, however I did find it tough there. As women, we did have to sacrifice the opportunity to work and to study.  Women were not allowed to work unless they were professionals like doctors. In Jaffna, women had the freedom to study new skills and be independent.  My two dreams had been to get a Diploma in Home Science at Lady Erwin College in Madras and to study carnatic music at Annamalai University.  But my family couldn’t afford my university education and so I  started working when I was 19 years old. When B started schooling, a dear friend, who knew I was struggling with not being able to work,  asked me if I was interested in doing volunteer work as a bookkeeper at the Luanshya Golf Club. I was delighted to be offered the opportunity! I went there daily and learnt new skills and took on quite a lot of responsibilities.  As a thank you for my efforts, I was given  local currency which I used to buy a gold bangle which I still wear to remember my years in Zambia. The company gave us a ticket to go back to Sri Lanka once every three years.  During those trips back home, I made sure that I would bring back all the spices that we would need. We could purchase them in Zambia however it was an hour or so away from our home. My appa joined us in 1987. He was 76 years old. He had been living with my anna, Jegan, and his family in Malaysia in the few years prior.  Appa quickly settled into life in Luanshya. He became a popular figure with the locals. When I took food for the elderly people at the Home for the Aged, he would join me and help me pack food.  My dearest appap passed away while he was with us in Zambia.  My amma, on my insistence, had arrived just a few days prior to his death. I had an intuition that something was going to happen to appa, which is why I pushed for amma to join us from the UK. She had been living there with my other siblings. All my six siblings attended appa’s funeral as did much of Mufulira. After twelve years in Zambia, we migrated to Australia.

more empathy, more kindness
He also saw that I had almost no interest in buying insurance and suddenly collapsed while talking. He stopped talking about insurance but talked about his own life. He did not sell single insurance this month. If it goes on like this, he can’t even get the basic salary. The family rents and lives in a rented house with less than 40 square meters of room, where he, his wife, and two children live. The children have to pay tuition fees for school, and the Internet fees at home have not been paid yet. I don’t know how to deal with this damn life.

Hearing what he said, I answered him patiently that a person can only make money when he chooses the right direction. Now your life dilemma is not because you don’t work hard but because you don’t get the opportunity.
Hearing this, he looked at me gratefully and said thank you, but his eyes immediately became confused again, and he asked me, where can I get a chance? I am willing to suffer, but there is no hope.
I told him that he could go to work at CG Group in the Philippines. I used to be penniless like him. After arriving at CG Group in the Philippines, after working hard for two years, I bought this house and an Audi car. Now I can live comfortably.
He quickly told me that as long as there is a chance to make money, going abroad is not a problem, and I asked him to go back and wait for my call.
After that, I communicated with my former colleague and found that the group was still short of manpower, so I made an agreement with this colleague that I would send someone over.
Then I called the insurance salesman, and he was very excited to hear the news.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
In his days in the Philippines, he worked very hard, and I heard my colleagues say that he hardly relaxed and worked hard at any time.
Two months later, this friend called me for the first time. He said that the group was very large, and he took care of the food and housekeeping, and the food was very good. It was my credit that he was fortunate to be in this group. He said that he must thank me well; now his salary has reached more than 40,000 yuan per month.
This friend who used to sell insurance told me that even if he could seize the opportunity, he must have such an opportunity, and he said on the phone that he must visit after returning.
People always have to work hard, but the direction must be correct in the process of hard work. There are many people who still live in poverty, not because they do not work hard, but because they have not found opportunities. If they can help these people, then I have to try my best to help. I used to be a low-level person, and I almost didn’t eat my last meal. If it wasn’t for a friend who introduced me to CG Philippines, I would still have no food and clothing, so I meet people who need help. I will always lend a helping hand.

Sure they might want to go back to the home country once a year, but there's nothing to prevent them from taking a second vacation somewhere else. https://vietnampeace.com/ have an opportunity to be something of a "success ambassador" to the community, offering people a chance to reward themselves and their families. You can then travel to Hue by air, railway, tour bus or even rent a car. Hue is the former imperial capital. Here ou can visit the tombs of the former emperors, such as the Thien Mu Pagoda, dating back to 1602 and walk through its graceful gardens. VietNam Travel If you need to stop to take a break during a road trip, make sure that the area is well lit, and well populated or staffed. If you stop at a remote location where there are questionable people loitering, you could put your personal safety in danger, and risk having your car stolen. The legend about this beautiful coastline is that the gods sent dragons to help humanity in its fight against an enemy. Once the war concluded, the family of dragons set out to sleep in the area where Halong Bay is located. It appears that there might be some truth to this fantastic story. If anything, there is definitely something magical about the beauty of Halong Bay. Its many limestone islands topped by a rich green canopy seem to float above the water. There is a definite otherworldly quality to Halong Bay that won't be lost on any traveler to this part of the world. One of the biggest eye-popping elements of Halong Bay is the sheer number of islands and 'floating' rocks. There is a lot of, them and they all add to the mysterious beauty of the Halong Bay coastline. Sort out your traveler check or credit card(s) for use in Laos. Take some cash as well. To be more specific, ensure that you list down all the activities that you would like to encounter while on your trip. This way, we will be able to fulfil your adventure dreams. My 2020 Southeast Asia Trip Recap
Another quick vacation trip in the books! This winter’s trip to Singapore and the Philippines, with a side of Taipei, was a fun, productive trip despite everything going on in the world with the coronavirus. As I have mentioned before, it’s always nice to travel to very different countries so that you can explore two contrasting cultures, peoples, and landscapes. I felt that Singapore and the Philippines contrasted each other beautifully and that it was a joy to experience both countries and cultures side by side in one trip. The western-like city of Singapore and the more third-world-type country in the Philippines. Between those places, I got to see different sights and scenes, from Garden Rhapsody at Gardens by the Bay in Singapore to El Nido at sunset! I got to eat all sorts of delicious foods, from a Michelin-starred hawker stall in Singapore to a nice, traditional Filipino restaurant in BGC! I got to take part in various different outdoor activities, from canyoneering in Badian to island hopping in El Nido! And I also got to meet some nice people here and there and meet up with an old friend to briefly catch up. All without breaking the bank and paying a ton of money.
But despite all the great memories and experiences I had, the trip wasn’t perfect by any means. There were things on this trip that were limited due to concerns over the coronavirus. The trip was crammed tight and there wasn’t as much time to lounge and rest. The heat and humidity were fierce enemies. And traveling with convenience wasn’t as much a luxury when traveling alone as it was when traveling with family or your significant other, making conserving energy and photography even harder.
With the coronavirus pandemic, shows were canceled in Marina Bay in Singapore and flights were changed and airport lines were long due to changes. Luckily, the pandemic hadn’t come to a head yet when I was traveling, at least allowing me to have a successful, productive trip, one that was quite tight as I tried to cram in as much as I could in a short twelve day stay in Asia. Because of the schedule, I didn’t get to enjoy tropical island paradise life as much as I wish I could’ve. I wish I had more time to eat more foods and not be tired all the time from the heat and humidity. And I wish I could’ve hung out on a hammock sipping a mango smoothie under some palm trees on the beach. Ugh, the time constraints of a medical resident.
Heat and humidity were also a problem. Being in SoCal the last couple of years made me forget how hard it is to travel in Southeast Asia. At times, it was super hot and humid. At other times, it was muggy and rainy. I forgot how difficult it is to make a lot of headway when traveling in the heat and that walking everywhere isn’t the best idea when it’s super hot outside. I forgot what it was like to not have a car at your disposal and what it was like to be able to go everywhere and anywhere without feeling the strain of a large, heavy camera bag and tripod on your shoulders, back, and legs. Additionally, I forgot that landscape photography is much easier when you are able to drive wherever you want without the limitations of being in a single place because when you’re dealing with public transportation and tours, you travel at their pace and on their schedule, which gives you less freedom.
As I get older and travel more and more, I also find that I sometimes miss traveling with a companion or companions. Despite having the opportunity to meet other travelers and learn about their journeys when traveling solo, I miss traveling with Cynthia and my family. I miss traveling with them because paying for convenience while in a group makes the trip more comfortable, affordable, and less tiring. You don’t have to worry about staying at a hostel and sharing bathrooms and sinks. Instead, you can rent out an AirBnB or hotel room where you have total control over everything without worrying about strangers and where you have maximum comfort. You don’t have to necessarily worry about figuring out buses and taxis and how far you can physically walk in the heat because you can rent a car and expand your travel radius and itinerary to capture other areas that might be more remote but more fitting for memorable experiences and landscape photos. Also, when traveling with Cynthia or my family, I am at ease and relaxed and rested. I don’t have to spend energy to socialize if I don’t want to. I can split driving duties with others so that I can comfortably and safely rest, thus conserving energy for adventuring.
But even with all of these sour grapes, it was still a fun trip and I hope to have an opportunity to see and explore more of Southeast Asia in the coming years, hopefully in a more convenient but equally as exciting way! And to finish off this reflection, here is a little word dump of the words that best summarize my twelve days in Asia! Followed by my trip superlatives! Here they are! Enjoy and until the next trip, when the COVID-19/coronavirus pandemic is (hopefully) over!

Top 3 Reasons Why OFWs Should Get a Car Loan for Business While many overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) receive much higher salaries than their counterparts in the Philippines, many of them would gladly leave their jobs if only they could have something back in the country that could provide them with enough money to support their family – the legal way, of course.Thankfully, there are now a lot of opportunities for OFWs to try in terms of finding a booming business in the Philippines. One of these is through options such as Grab and Uber or even a rent-a-car business. Here are the top 3 reasons why OFWs should get a car loan for business:
Easy-on-the-Wallet Purchase
The main reason why you should get a car loan for a business is that you wouldn’t have to shell out a huge amount of money at one go. Instead, you just have to pay the monthly amortizations. This makes the car purchase easier on your wallet.Because OFWs often have to think about the needs of their families, many aren’t so comfortable purchasing a car but with the car loan for business, they will still have money to send their families even while paying for the monthly amortizations.
Extra Income
While you might be earning a good amount of money abroad, having some extra income back in the Philippines would surely be a big help for your family. By getting the car loan, it is easier for you to purchase a car which can be used by the family to earn money. The earlier you get the car, the faster your family can earn back home. This could actually mean financial independence so that they won’t have to rely on your remittance at all times. What makes car loan for business actually a good idea is that you get to earn money to pay back the loan using the unit itself; thus, you won’t feel guilty about buying a car.
Extra Convenience and Safety for the Family
Of course, the ultimate goal in buying a car is for your family’s safety and convenience. With the car at their disposal, you’ll have peace of mind knowing that they are not commuting to and from their schools or jobs.
