I really saw someone on instagram try to say that a white person should’ve played wednesday instead of jenna ortega bc the addams family was always portrayed as pale…then another person said the addams were always hispanic and they responded with “well the past castings of the addams family were white so it should stay like that”…then the other person said “if casting now was the same as back then, most movies and shows casts would be mostly white people” then when they couldnt think of an actual argument they went “oh youre just a liberal that likes to bring race into everything”…my guy you literally commented on a wednesday edit about how she shouldve been white 💀
