I LOVE the idea of polyam Captain Neutrino!!! And it’s really funny that got brought up bc I’m at the same kinda crossroads w/ my au - Captain Sam is with Celci, and is polyam, but idk if Engie would be, and plus he’s w/ Peevils in this au so it’s either Mark goes on pining either with or without telling Sam (who probably has feelings for him too but it completely oblivious) OR Sam/Celci/Mark/Peevils polycule, which isn’t entirely impossible in the story’s timeline.

In your fic Independently Together, all the egos are in love with Amy right? Or adore her at least— except for Dark. Apparently. I mean, he dodges the question when Amy asks him ‘and you aren’t?’ after he says ‘Knowing that they’re shards of the same adoring man, all perfectly willing to give you the world’

Does Dark have a little inkling of feelings for her? Maybe he’s attracted to her, but doesn’t imagine actually dating her. He might see a close relationship tho where he could use the fact they could be more intimate if she did develop feelings for him… or maybe he could trick her/mess with her head like Host previously idk where his plans take him at this point. Never get into a relationship with her but use her affection to his advantage.

Wow, it's been a while since someone brought up that fic <3 I wanted to keep Dark's feelings on her kind of vague and/or complicated; he may or may not be attracted, but he was certainly intrigued by her and her potential for darkness -- namely her dark Ego, Peevils. He could sense her lurking and had hopes to lure her out.
