me, beckoning to the people who make dp x dc prompts:
“yes, yes, cometh closer my small friend. I have trinkets and lore galore. Feed me your beans of thought and I shall fully reimburse you. Don’t fret, we only make fully trustworthy trades here. I would never over pay you with a story longer than the response you were expecting. I’d simply never. What do you take me for, a criminal? ;)”

STUPID SHIP MEME DRAWINGS.
I just think they should kiss maybe?
Obsessed (positive??) with the dynamic of guy who betrays his country so he can run off with the militia he's been working with because he gets a case of loyalty feelings so bad he goes and blows himself up X morally upstanding traumatic backstory woman having the worst fucking time of her life (again) who really just needs someone to be as fanatically loyal as possible to her, as a person who is really into the inherent eroticism of the hierarchical military power dynamic focus on loyalty and the use of "yes ma'am" as I love you.
Obsessed (negative) with the propaganda implications that we seem to have ignored of the fact that the three most important people in an arabic woman's life are 2 (two) white guys and her brother, who betrays her and becomes a villain in the later games, and the fucking insidious-ass narrative choice of placing one of said white guys in said militia as like, the tacit fact that this organization is ok only because the western white guys are cool with it. Stop introducing more ULF people just to kill them!!! I SEE YOU WRITERS!!! YOU CAN'T HIDE FROM ME!!!!!!
because, once again, the character dynamic? I am sick for it. He dropped a building on himself for her and then came back???? He came back???? He could have gone anywhere but he came back to her???? I'm unwell. I think I have covid. I need to go lie down.
Anyway my city now my characters now smashing them together like barbies watching that .gif of them staring at each other eighty times reading all the fanfiction goodbye
you shouldn't blow yourself up in the furnace I want to blow myself up in the furnace for you as my own personal choice and you should order me to do it because you're such a good leader what is wrong with youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrgh *gnaws on furniture*
WE DON'T EVEN GET TO SEE HIM COME BACK TO HER. THANK YOU FIC WRITERS YOU KNOW THAT REUNION MUST BE SO ANGST THE COMPLEX DYNAMIC OF SACRIFICING YOURSELF FOR SOMEONE AND MAKING IT OUT AND BACK TO THEM AGAIN!!!!!!! THE GUILT! THE YEARNING! THE LOYALTY! I AM GOING TO EXPLODE.

what would y'all say if i said that i'm currently working on a very long luke alvez (from criminal minds) x reader oneshot, like currently standing at 8k words and i'm nowhere near done with what i want from this one-shot. what would y'all say?
i've been having a very rough, depression filled week and have been watching criminal minds a lot bc i'm SO CLOSE TO FINISHING and i'm simply a whore for luke alvez like, i would let that man do unspeakable things to me. him and frank castle are my motivation to go the gym (which i have been doing despite feeling like complete crap) and i just am literally writing so much for this man. it's angsty, it's fluffy, it's whore-ish, it's self-indulgent. it wasn't meant to be this long but it was all over for me when the reader says that she would do 'unspeakable things' to luke bc he's taking care of her while she's drunk off her head (don't worry, they don't do anything while she's drunk). i can't be stopped. it's 3am and i need to go to sleep and that's the only reason i'm stopping but like, do i just keep this to myself or do i share my absolutely whore-ish fantasies?

Ford comes out of the Portal bony and tired and dehydrated. He’s strong and tough and every part of him is ready to fight but he’s not healthy, he’s just surviving.
He starts to properly gain weight after Weirdmageddon, when he’s finally done running and he can start convincing himself to relax. Stan drags him away from his work when he goes too long without a break, buys little snacks with a long shelf-life for Ford to squirrel away in the house or on their boat, lets him hide guns alongside the bats that Stan has scattered around just in case.
Food and water stops being a commodity, something to be hoarded and rationed and planned around. He doesn’t have to stay aware of his surroundings even when he’s asleep because little noises in the night are no longer threats, they’re just his brother moving around and cursing when he stubs his toe in the dark. Hypervigilance slowly fades into the background, only emerging on bad days when he needs the comfortable weight of a weapon and food on his person at all times, and even those bad days become less and less common as time goes on and no threat appears.
---
Ford isn’t surviving now. He’s living. He has soft edges and smiles and no bags under his eyes, he has his family, his brother, and really that’s all he ever needed.
He’s happy.

Criminal minds characters I think did it (but I just can’t prove it)
i thought i wrote this before but i wrote pairings that i ship so this is a little different
JJ and Hotch
it would kind of have to be after Will (and probably about the time Hotch found out he was being cheated on) because they spent a lot of late nights alone, I feel like it was inevitable but it didn’t impact their relationship going forward
JJ and Emily
no doubt in my mind that this happened and probably more than once
Spencer and Elle
100% happened and she may have even been his first time. No one knew and it made him extra devastated when she left without a word
Morgan and Emily
that deleted scene in 2x16 has made me think this happened for so long !! I think pretty early on and they had a thing for a little while to deal with all the stress of the case but decided to call it quits completely rather than take things to the next level (they’re both terrified of commitment also)
Spencer and Luke
okay I love Galvez as much as the next enemies to lovers stan but there was some chemistry here
Tara and Emily
nothing about either of them says straight
Hotch and Emily
because he hated her just a little too much for it to be normal like there's a fine line there

- Prompt idea: Reversed Roles
feel free to use this as an idea but please tag me cause I'd love to read it lol
(cw: killing/death)
After a sudden uprise in crime around the city, the agency makes it legal for the heroes to kill villains. Originally it was only intended for heroes to kill supervillains, the worst of the worst. But they didn’t know when to stop. When to draw the line. The aim quickly shifted to popular villains after most of the supervillains had died or gone into hiding, and after that, it turned to everyday criminals. People committing one-time crimes, kids who steal from shops. The agency showed no mercy. The lines between good and bad were blurred as heroes became ruthless killers and villains would try to protect lesser criminals.
The golden hero of the agency saw the change among the other heroes, how they liked killing them. Killing manic supervillains was one thing, but killing villains who she knew would never hurt any innocents. That was something she couldn’t stand for. The brave hero set out on a mission, protecting the remainder of villains and criminals from the agency. It didn’t take long for the hero to be properly recognised by larger villains. The hero became a beacon of hope for them. Somebody they could trust to help them.
The villains however weren’t the only ones to notice this. The agency also found out about the hero’s doing, they were furious. Not only did it look bad for the agency that their best hero was protecting villains, but they were also trying to convince the public to do the same. The agency took action and labeled the hero as an uprising villain who had turned against the agency. It didn’t take long before the other heroes, the hero’s friends, were trying to kill them.
The hero was able to make it a few days on the run, but she stood no chance against the number of heroes that were after her. The hero found herself cornered in an alleyway as she was forced to confront them. While her training from the agency was able to help her a bit, it wasn’t enough. Despite the situation, the hero regretted nothing. She knew that the law set out by the agency was wrong, and she stood by that.
The hero prepared themself as she fell to the ground, unable to fight anymore. The other heroes showed no mercy, completely disregarding all the years they had spent together, blinded by orders sent from the agency. They rose their weapons, ready to land the final blow when somebody pushed them out of the way. Many more rushed around the corner, some fighting the heroes off and the others tending to the hero. The hero was quickly able to recognise her saviours as the villains and criminals who she had protected. Some being young teenagers and others being powerful villains who the hero had helped at a time in need. Now they were repaying the favour.
Seeing all of the villains and criminals protecting the hero was enough to make the heroes retreat back to the agency. Few were killed but a majority still made their way back. The hero was helped back to her feet and was taken in by the villains. It didn’t take long for her wounds to heal, her reputation however, remained tarnished. The entire city was out for the hero’s arrest and the agency was livid. The hero had her own team now, and she was going to take down the agency.
