The others grumbled in agreement, Valerie spreading her wings in a stretch. "Who wants to bet Danny is already about to crash their intrusion?" "Hah! I bet Dash is there already to video it!" "Those are both suckers bets," Wes scoffed, clear eyelid closing over his eyes and temporarily dimming the glow. "Let's be honest, Paulina has already left, she's going to get there first."

The GIW have been having a bit of trouble. Maybe just a bit. See, they were supposed to be taking care of the ecto-entities. Studying them, y'know? But er, some earlier agents had been a bit trigger happy, which meant the entities were well... aggressive. And a city full of dragon-fae-beings disliking any presence wearing white was rather terrifying, so they... might have gotten permission to bring a hero with them. For protection of course. ... Hopefully no one dies-

okay so dust/murder true crime mukbang au here i go i guess...

(i'm just gonna call him murder from this point on, just because i think it fits the "true crime" part lol)

i think i would fit it into the same universe as this one, let's call it the netverse, because social media and the internet play a huge role in the story lol.

i imagine in this au, murder and killer are semi-roomates due to circumstances. murder is plucked away from his universe by dream and plopped into a pacifist universe, and from then he tries to live a normal life. until killer crashes into his life that is. murder lives in an apartment, and killer is a frequent squatter there. murder never truly knows what killer's deal is, only that he's a serial killer and sometimes works with someone killer calls "mr. moon".

murder is not very knowledgeable when it comes to social media. it's more killer being his cameraman, video editor, and manager (at least at first). it all starts when killer films murder cooking some food and eating in their shared apartment. he uploads the video to the multiverse youtube and it gets decent views. so killer convinces murder to start a mukbang channel. murder, being bored, tries it and finds it super therapeutic talking to people about his life and problems. and somehow the channel veers more into true crime territory when killer always brings up murder cases around the multiverse (it's him - he's the one doing all the killings and he wants to brag to murder). murder is like "okay sure thing, but i think..." about the cases, so slowly more and more content on his channel is just accidental true crime content.

If I had a nickel for every time Jubilee got stalked and attacked by Sentinels in a mall then was rescued by a mutant who could fly before being ultimately kidnapped by Sentinels anyways, I would have two nickels which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice.

I've come to the conclusion that I ship Xanatos with almost everyone.

With Fox? They’re the most beautiful couple in the World. Owen? In a non-sexual way, but absolutely YES. Undying loyalty, scheming and cuddles, okay? With Fox AND Owen? They’re my 3TP. With Goliath? A little crack, but I absolutely love them, if only for the comedy value. I mean, for some reason the idea makes me laugh, and since I love to laugh, that's a big yes for me. Xanatos looks obsessed with the big guy,uh. With Puck? Two mischievous adorable trickster bastards, of course yes! With Elisa? Yes. Oh yes. I love their interactions, the way she stands up to him, the fact that he's always debonairly nice to her, the fact that they're both beautiful... it would even be interesting to see them as metamours of Goliath, slowly becoming friends. With Demona? Of course! Demona would totally be sassy and dominating and they’re so funny together and, oh...

Give me a pairing (or a triad, or a polycule, or a friendship) with Xanatos in it and I'll like it.

Okay, okay, *deep breath* maybe I've come to the conclusion that David Xanatos is my favorite character and I want him to get a lot of love.
