Amity Candy Store
It turns out that having a portal to the Infinite Realms gives you resources to materials you've never seen before. Due to the recent peace treaty between Amity Parkers and ghosts they had begun to exchange products.
Some ghosts felt very nostalgic and wanted to try the food of the living again, or have access to objects not available on the dimension. Others simply wanted to show their shiny items to the liminals, after all there were so many portals on the dimension and they had a lot to trade!
One of those items was Kryptonite, ghosts were sure it was candy of some kind and told the liminals that and since ghosts and liminals could eat it without any consequences (Frostbite approved) the liminals assumed it was some kind of special candy. Like shiny rock candy.
So it is not surprising that when they opened a candy store they began to sell Kryptonite there. When the Justice League began to investigate the town's sudden silence from the outside world Clark didn't expect to feel extremely weak walking past the local candy store. Or that being around the local children would make him sick.

Everybody Wants to Rule the World
Jon: Dad, come on. Of course Damian and I aren't going to take over the world.
Clark: I know, son. I-
Jon: I mean, of course we've talked about it.
Clark:
Clark: What?
Jon: Well, yeah. I'm one of the most powerful beings on the planet and Dami was literally raised to rule humanity.
Clark: Now, hold on-
Jon: And let's be honestly, we'd be a much better option than most of the other people vying for the job.
Clark: Son-
Jon: But we've discussed it and the logistics are just too complicated right now.
Clark *sweating*: Jonno-
Jon: I mean, first we'd have to decide on how to conquer the world in the first place. Like would it be through shadow Government, hostile takeover, enslavement...
Clark: Oh my g-
Jon: I thought Armageddon style might work. You know, less paperwork. But Dami's got OCD, he can't handle that kind of disorganization.
Clark: *horrified*
Jon: So, yeah. You have nothing to worry about. Dami and I have no plans to take over the world.
Clark:
Clark: T-that's.... great to hear, b-buddy.
Jon: At least not for another few years.
Clark: I'm sorry, wha-

Batman choking out one of his rogues: Stop talking. Please.
Batman getting choked by Superman: Haha do it, tough guy. Go on, Clark, do it. I want you to. I want you to. Can you actually? I know you can’t. Prove me wrong.

One thing that bothers me about Lois and Clark's relationships in 2013's Man of Steel is the insanely fast build-up in their relationship towards a couple.
Of course, we all know that Lois and Clark is the end goal, as is with every story these two are seen in mass public media. Every movie, every show, every comic, it's the same, and that's fine. I understand that.
What I don't understand is how Cavill's Clark and Adams' Lois can go from a reporter chasing a mysterious man to lovers in a movie that mostly takes place within the span of days. I can see a budding friendship beginning, but to a relationship? Even for a superhero movie, it seems a bit farfetched to me.
Maybe it’s because one of my favorite version's of their dynamic was in the show Lois and Clark: the New Adventures of Superman with Dean Cain and Terri Hatcher. The slow build-up, watching Clark as he pines after Lois, someone who grows to be his friend and work partner, is so thrilling and exciting, and the payoff doesn't begin until part way through season two. We watch their dynamic change and develop slowly, and we route for them, even when Lois pines after Superman. It's the classic love triangle between alteregos that the show (for the most part) handles real well.
We don't get that in Man of Steel. In fact, the thing I wish we had more of (that we do eventually see in BVS) is Clark's humanity. We get glimpses of it, but I wanted to see more of Clark, as someone who was raised with human parents and human morals and human ideals, to relate more to the people he chooses to protect. In Man of Steel, from almost the very beginning, Clark separates himself from those around him, and it's very obvious in Clark's motivations. Cavill did the best that he could with the material, but they misunderstood Clark as a character who is both Kryptonian by blood and human by nature. This Clark is a massive loner that doesn't relate to anyone around him, and I feel that is wrong to Clark. As Superman, yes, he is an alien, a hero, an icon for the people of Earth, someone otherworldly who chose to protect humanity, but at the end of the day, he's still Clark Joseph Kent, son of Martha and Jonathan Kent, born and raised in Smallville, Kansas. He is as human as those around him.
Man of Steel doesn't get that, and it shows.
Don't get me wrong, I love Henry Cavill's Clark Kent/Superman. He had so much potential, and he was wrongfully stripped of the role he so obviously enjoyed. I wish he could've had more opportunities to flesh out his character and really develop into a character I could whole-heartedly stand behind.
Amy Adams also did a great job as Lois. She's head-strong, stubborn, willing to do anything for her story, and I loved it. It’s a total shame we had to see her character be thrown into a relationship way too soon.
All-in-all, I wish they would've built up to a friendship first and fleshed out Clark’s humanity more than what they decided to do. Man of Steel had such a great cast, but some of those characters weren't handled properly, especially Clark.

Crossover
When Wonder Woman finds out about Black Widow somehow getting Superman to take her out in a date... she did not take that well. So she interrupts it and tried to take Clark away. But Natasha doesn't take it as she thinks he should stay. She and Diane start arguing with each other on why they should date him instead of the other. Clark can try to calm the situation... but it won't work while they are like this.
"I will not let a conniving spider like you take a advantage of a good man like Clark!" The Princess of Themyscira said as she grabbed hold of the arm of the Man of Steel who have a look of surprise on his face as he was promptly was dragged out of the restaurant.
"And you think he want to spend time with a little spoiled girl?" The super-spy challanged as she stood up from her seat about to square up with the more taller, more muscular woman who was giving her dark, baleful glare in her blue eyes which she return with a venomous glare.
"Ummm. C-Can we talk like civilized adults-" Clark tried to calm the situation down but he got a sharp look from his two admirers which cowed the hulking alien hero immediately in a meek whimper of fear.

The League has to tolerate Batman because if my man ever got pissed and decided to flip sides? Instant loss. There’s no way a team with Hal Jordan on it could play metaphorical chess against the Batman and win.

Lois Lane is actually Ellie Phantom
Idea came from a comment @ourrechte-blog made on This post
So, back when Ellie was traveling the world, she saw quite a few things that she really didn't like. War Crimes, Humans Rights Violations, Poverty, etc.
And she really wanted to draw some attention to those problems, but she knew that as some random kid those stories would never receive the press they deserved. So she decided to Become the press instead.
She went back to Danny, who was also on the run, and they both got new Identities. Danny became Sam "Daniel" Lane, and Ellie became Lois "Ellie" Lane. (Also she reverted to her true age, so the ages matched up)
Ellie, now Lois, began to go to School so she could establish her new identity. Eventually, she managed to get to College, Graduated, and got a Job at the biggest newpaper she could, the Daily Planet.
She was now living her best life. She was a credited reporter, her dad was a Military General, and she was spreading the word about all the problems in the world that often got overlooked.
Then, one day, Lois met a really nice guy named Clark Kent. He was such a sweetheart, and had such a kind personality. She was immediately smitten.
Even Danny liked him, and Danny barely liked anyone for fear of them hurting his daughter.
And it got even better when she figured out that he was Superman, a Superhero just like her dad used to be. She proved it when she jumped off of the roof of the Daily Planet and he caught her. (She was never in danger, she can fly too. But she did decide that even if he wasn't superman, she trusted him enough to tell him that she had powers)
They got married, and one day Clark came home looking disturbed about something.
Apparently he just found out that a company called Cadmus had tried to Clone him.
She was not happy when he told her that he didn't want to accept the kid.
"Clark. So help me Ancients, if you left that poor boy alone and rejected him after he did nothing wrong I am going to string you up by your toenails and let my Uncle Fright go to town on you with his Magic Sword!"
"I-I know what I did was wrong honey, but why are you so angry about it?!"
"Clark, I'm also a Clone! You know I don't have a Mom, how did you never ask my dad or me about that!?"
"I thought he was dead or something! I'm sorry!"
"We'll talk about this later, let's go talk to that poor kid."
"Yes ma'am."

DPXDC Prompt #73
Danny was on the run from the GIW and he was damaged badly on the verge of retreating into his core. He was almost at Metropolis and was hopeful that he could leave his core with one of the supers. He spots Superman on top of the Daily Planet. Somehow he’s able to explain this to Superman and he actually agrees to take care of his core.
Superman realizes he may have bitten off more than he could chew. After Danny retreated into his core Superman felt weaker, this wasn’t as bad as actual Kriptonite but it did weaken him like it. He brings Danny to the Watchtower and the JL takes turns keeping an eye on the core.
Constantine walks into the room and in his shocked stated blurts, “How the hell did you get ahold of a baby ancients core!?! How did it get hurt!? I swear to god, do you want an inter dimensional war?! Because this is how you get an inter dimensional war!”
