#Raspberry Sherbet Party Punch

remy bo bemy do you have any virgin cocktail recipes that are summery? I have a very great need for special little drinks to go with my dinners this week <3 I also have Some vodka in the house if you have something that uses that

Of course babe!!! These are some simple ones!!

First off, you can put equal parts grapefruit juice and club soda, add a smidge of lemon juice and some mint leaves. If you like grapefruit juice you’ll like it, it’s basically fizzy grapefruit juice.

Second, always a winner with 4 parts pineapple juice, 2 parts orange juice, throw in some grenadine and a LITTLE bit of simple syrup. Very tropical, but with anything, if you get too much simple syrup it gets like a heaviness. Throw in tonic water if you want a bit of a fizz but I wouldn’t say club soda due to the simple syrup giving an extra sweetness already. But that’s just a slight difference.

Third of all, really fun if you have a party or a large gathering, but also great for just yourself, put equal parts fruit punch and lemon lime soda and a scoop of rainbow sherbet. Any fruit punch from blue raspberry to just, the red one, works, change it up for fun colors or a slightly different flavor. Also, it’s easy to spike a punch.

Lastly I wanted to make a new recipe for this so I kind of just was putting things together quickly but there’s something off about it. Let me know if you can make it better!! But I mean I’m decently enjoying mine right now.

I’ll call it the Summer Something:

1 cup unsweetened iced tea

3 tablespoons tart cherry juice

1 tablespoon lime juice

3 tablespoons grenadine

1 tablespoon simple syrup

2 tablespoons orange juice

Splash of lemon juice

Red Party Punch

15 servings

This punch is easy to make and is perfect for serving at any kind of gathering.

Ingredients:

1 (1.5 liters) (or more) of strawberry or raspberry sherbet

1-gallon fruit punch, chilled

6 cups lemon-lime soda, chilled

Directions:

In a very large punch bowl place about half of the sherbet and allow it to melt somewhat.  Then add the fruit punch and lemon-lime soda.  Serve to the partygoers and serve with a dollop of sherbet on top of the cup.

The flavors of people change based on who they are n stuff, so like, young Pete and now Pete have different flavors!

Blondie Pete (Pete now) is a citrus seltzer and a warm oatmeal cookie with dark chocolate chunks. Younger Pete is Cola, raspberries, and a hint of something bitter, but like a deep flavor; kind of like a chocolate but saltier; it’s something I can’t quite put my finger on. Patrick is like the Texas Roadhouse bread (shameful yeehaw from a Texas resident. If you’ve never had Texas Roadhouse, the bread is famously delicious and sweet and fluffy) with butter and a lavender tea. Andy is a sherbet with mint in it and a little metallic tang to it. Joe is a smokey steak, cherry juice, and carnival corndogs. Out of the boys, I’m torn between now-Pete and Joe for whose is my favorite. Pete’s reminds me of sunshine and warm spring and happy memories and just overall comfort and stuff, but Joe’s is strangely nostalgic.

As far as albums go, the different songs kinda taste different, but I can give an overall synopsis! :)

Take This to Your Grave tastes kinda like gunpowder, sweat, something lightly fragrant, like rain, bug juice (okay this sounds crazy but it’s this juice in a bottle from gas stations n stuff and it’s great, you should Google it lol), and a snickers bar. Despite those flavors sounding somewhat unpleasant, it’s oddly endearing and I love TTTYG! 6/10 flavor

From Under the Cork Tree tastes like bitter cherries, smarties, perfume, and wood. It’s probably one of the albums I have the least to say about flavor-wise, but it’s SO good and simple. This one has a more cohesive flavor pallet which makes it super pleasant to my senses. 9/10 flavor

Infinity On High tastes like dusty fabric, butter, summer rain, gummy bears, sawdust, and chicken noodle soup. Despite this being one of my favorite albums (behind Folie and SRAR) it has one of my least favorite flavor combinations. I can’t focus too hard on some of the tastes of the songs or it grosses me out, but MAN is it good to my ears. Very salty, very dingy. 4/10 flavor

Folie a Deux tastes like green tea, cleaning spray, cinnamon, honey, whiskey (only ever had it like once lmao), nachos, and dark chocolate. Don’t ask me why cleaning spray, that’s what “What a Catch, Donnie” tastes like to me :,) I LOVE YOU FOLIE!!! 7/10 flavor

Save Rock and Roll tastes like pop rocks, sand, milk, smoke, assorted fruit, wet dirt, something vaguely like nostalgic summers(?) (idk I can’t place it), beef, and sour patch kids. Weird combo, but it somehow works? It’s not quite unpleasant, but it’s not wholly enjoyable if that makes sense? Young volcanoes tastes good lol. 5/10 flavor

American Beauty/ American Psycho is one of my favorite tasting behind FUTCT. It tastes like sour punch straws, whoppers, apple juice, sweet tea, seawater, ballpark hotdogs, barbecue sauce, and blackberries. It tastes like going to a movie theatre and a cookout; it’s freakin delicious. There’s this overhang of hazy, deep flavor, while maintaining a sweet and tangy thing goin on. 9/10 flavor

MANIA tastes like dust, leather, cotton Candy, milkshake, wood, lemon seltzer water, vinegar, pistachios, and fruit snacks. It’s kinda like you dropped your food on the ground and ate it afterwards. I love MANIA, but why does it remind me of kindergarten daycare.. yuck… not a good taste, excluding Stay Frosty, Bishops Kinfe Trick, and Wilson. 2/10 flavor

I May update this post when So Much (for) Stardust is released, but as of right now, it tastes like licorice, pine, gunpowder, sprite, and cantaloupe! 5/10 flavor

I love the way that flavor connects me with things. These flavors also change from time to time, and I can’t ALWAYS taste it, but it’s kind of a neat party trick, eh? Once again, thank you so much for the question! This was really fun, and gave me a new appreciation for their music!! :)

I would love to hear some of the scents that you have been thinking of! I immediately started thinking about what would like the avengers tower scents be like. Like their apartments. Steve would be woody, kinda like old paper with like a fresh laundry type of smell too. And Wanda's would be with like baked goods like those candles you can buy. Marvel; love all the ones you’ve said, individual characters like Bucky would be a wood, leather, citrus smell, Banner would smell very fresh like cashmere and musk and honey. Tony would be cologne, champagne, musk, bergamot and if I could get the smell of ‘richness’ into it I would! Breakfast at Tony’s would be coffee and like a bakery with pastries and muffins. Thor would be woodsy mixed with rich fruits and flowers.

Disney scents I’ve been thinking; the library in Beauty and the Beast smells like old books and roses, Ariel would be a sea spray, jasmine smell. Peter Pan would be woodsy and floral. Mary Poppins would be tea and lime/strawberry/rum punch like the medicine they taste.

I have loads of ideas these are some of them, some I know exactly what I want in them whereas some I’ll have to think about! I’m super excited to create them! What are your thoughts on these ones? Xx

Tell us the story of your first kiss?   well technically my first kiss was in pre school with a boy called tommy but i’m not sure that counts. my first like, real kiss was at a smashing pumpkins concert and i was kind of seeing this guy who was one of my best friends in middle school and we were in that middle place of like, being really good friends but wanting to see if there was more. so we were there with my best friend and his best friend (who i also had a thing for dont fucking judge me) so i was laying in the grass with my head in his lap listening to one of the opening bands (i wanna say it was fuel but i dont remember) and he texted all the people with our group to ask them to leave so all of a sudden they all walk away and once their gone he leans over me spider man style and kisses me. so to be fair it was also his first kiss but it was really awkward and bad and we didn’t talk at all after, we just went back to watching the show and when my friends all came back i got up and forced them to go to the bathroom with me to tell them what happened and to ask them why they abandoned me. later i found out he was super proud of his “slick moves” and did not in any way pick up on how awkward i felt.
