Relearning how to deal with my anxiety at nearly 34 goddamn years old because last time I had honest-to-god triggers, one was something stupidly specific that I basically never encountered unless I went looking for it (which I still did, like an idiot) and the other was more common but generally easier to deal with. Now it's Learning to Cope When You Get Triggered By Things You Can't Control hours here and I must say I am not enjoying it.
