Before the bionic eyes, their pawns just looked like they were always judging you or like something was making them especially grumpy that day (which it usually is, but that's beside the point)

After the bionics, they're still judging you they're just happy about it this time.

Fuck Unity (The game engine, not the concept)

They want up to TWENTY CENTS per game install, once you reach a certain number of installs.

TWENTY CENTS

Just imagine, 100 people install your game and you suddenly owe Unity 20 fucking dollars. Chances are, you haven't even made that much in profits from 100 sales.

It's time for unity to fucking die. How fucking dare they demand royalties from game devs for an engine THAT ISN'T EVEN FREE?

Hey, do you like video games?

Then you should be mad at Unity right now! They are threatening the entire gamedev industry by making sudden new rules about how they charge. This threat is serious and literally could cripple the gaming industry. As an example, the devs of Cult of the Lamb have already said they will remove their game from all stores when the new Unity rules go into place, and I doubt they are the only ones. They will HAVE to do that to protect themselves financially, they are not overreacting. There may still be time to stop Unity, either through public outcry, or legal action, but we need to spread the word.

Here is a list of games on Steam that were made with Unity and therefore could be effected by this. I'll put some of them in the tags, but it's honestly overwhelming.

Started playing Rimworld with the sex mods and furry mods as a way to get my wife to try the co-op with me. So far after about a year into the game, no one has fucked yet, after some early rejections they’ve all become loners who masturbate for half of their free-time, nobody has made any friendships or started dating. will we ever get a tour of the outposts perchance? if they’ve got their own map setups like Sparks does.

I'm so glad you like my stories, especially the Mechanitors. I'm not used to playing with smaller colonies, so I've been having a lot of fun getting to know Mechi and Kwahu so well, as they are the only people allowed to remain on the map for an extended period of time lmao

Unfortunately, the outposts do not generate maps of their own, which is very sad :( but probably a blessing for my poor laptop

I have thought about making a new save file using the same world seed to build my own interpretations of where the Arwell (and Arno) crew might have set up, but haven't actually done it yet. I like to imagine they've repurposed an Ancient Danger or one of the Ancient Complexes into a base of operations.

Seed and coordinates for Arwell if anybody feels like having a crack at it themselves. I'd love to see what people think the gang is up to over there!
