i think it’s been like a year since i last changed my icon so now you get a new picture of marianne faithfull from the 70s congrats
#this one's early 70s rather than broken english#just for diversity#pwetty colows#tales from diana#im not posting a poem tonight i wrote some stuff but i didnt wanna post i got exhausted#and i started listening to the bbc in our time podcast episode about sir gawain and the green knight#which is really interesting stuff#i only sometimes listen to two podcasts and one of them is todd in the shadows' song vs. song podcast w#(i forget her new name she came out as trans recently but i havent listened to the podcast since before that flssdid#and the only social media i follow her on is twitter which i dont use anymore im sorry cohost of song vs. song ily)#(i think her first name is lena but i forget. she's a nerdy icon im pretty sure she's written angel comics? i love her just as much as todd)#the OTHER podcast i sometimes listen to is bbc in our time#melvyn briggs is somewhat annoying tho#it took me until today to remember what his name is bc i just thought of him as the absurdly british man who hosts bbc in our time#they usually get good guests tho and have spoken about a hell of a lot of interesting historical topics#you dont need to think much about melvyn briggs as long as he asks an alright question and then lets ppl talk which is 90% of the time#and it's funny ive never seen his face and yet i have this clear idea of what he looks like in my head i have to remind myself thats just#my imagination... i must be mixing him up w some other offensively british man#edit: wow i didnt even get his name right and i THOUGHT i at last remembered it. it's melvyn BRAGG#and song vs. song cohost is alina morgan#it's hard bc i dont see these names written out kaily just told me she came out as trans 'yeah dont u check twitter?'
