I didn’t see Dean talk about, grieve or mention Lisa or Jo for that matter. But I did see him lose his shit every time he lost Cas.

I saw Sam grieve Jess for years and then not even remotely close grieve Cas (not that he didn’t care, he just didn’t care like THAT). Number one reason why I think Cas is in love with Dean and vice versa is that he is not in love with Sam.
