-After the Roadhouse burned down, I needed a change and leaving it behind was the best decision I could ever make for myself. It wasn’t a hard choice to make to leave Nebraska because it was never meant to be my home.

When you become a hunter, you travel from place to place and meet all kinds of new people. This is why I decided to continue my hunting journey and want to start saving people again.

I work better on my own anyway, and always have. It's been a few days on the road and I saw a sign that says 'Welcome to Bon Temps, Louisiana'. I heard a lot of stories about this town and didn't know which ones were true or not.

I knew I had to investigate it for myself and felt it was exactly the distraction I was looking for. The sun was going down for the night, and I drove up to the parking lot of a bar called Merlotte's Bar and Grill.

This place reminded me a lot of the Roadhouse. Maybe I wasn't leaving behind some things after all, and there are certain things that will be a part of me forever. I found an empty parking spot and turned the key to shut the engine off.

I opened the door, stepped out of the car, and walked towards the entrance. I opened the door and walked inside the building, looking around.-
