It is nice to meet and document this for action and action with people on 7 I's and pppppp with ccccc cost reduction, convergence, coordination, cooperation and clarity.

1. All those who have done work around vishwa guru, or jai jagat, or holistic nature friendly work and facilitated villages like Gawade wadi, Mulegaon nasik, etc need to be reflected for holistic replication with clusters.

2 Now How this concept of Vishwaguru has been tried, seceded or failed etc needs to be examined holistically for refined action now. .With ict,mass awareness, and failure of govt and political parties, people have to come forward and take their life in their won hands. Appo Dipa bhava is the mantra.

3. Vanrai has still good practices even after the death of the founder. Now we have to improve, modify and spread the original concept. Hence,

4. Ped, pani, mitti, pet, gaon, men, local livestock. etc have been the theme. Now can we talk and plan for sampoorna kranti with people, plans and localization.?

4 b. Cow based localization and activities of holistic nature as in industry.

5 Uttam kheti madhyam ban, nikrust chakri, bhikh nidan. can it come back with improvements. Hence can villages be glamourised, activised, popularized, etc to have reverse migration??????

6 Vanrai has already 2 villages .where this has already happened. study gawadewadi and varand in konkan dist raigarh . 7 Anjanneri group of villages in Nasik,with 6 villages have already swabhimani model with long experience.

Women and youth with convergence, could have 200 % security for banks, with 200 insurance, training and turnkey consultancy with swarojgari swabhimani pariwartak or ssp and he should get 10 too 15 % for this hardwork.Our planning has to be on 100% swabhimani base. No bluffing. No natak. Sane guruji hospital Mulegaon No grant but people contribution. Lok samiti did this. Dr. Barand of sarvodaya was the man behind. Secy is with us.

9. Cow based holistic business plans with locals, could be great motivator.

10. the cluster of Nasik, with convergence, and 4 CS, could reorient the whole funding, training etc planning from top down to top up. The asar-kari and a-sarkari line would make state small, smart and vishwa guru.

11. role of spiritual, dharmik institutions in the areas, along with universities, colleges, castes, etc etc could d further facilitate reliable plans. Sandip Jha from Bihar has done great work in education around Nasik.

12 Brahma valley edu institutional and Sapkal knowledge hub would be utilized. for inclusive dev.

13.All that which is unused, underused even old cows etc can be utilized of organic, natural farming movement could pick up.This will be holistic plan action with people again.

14. Padit or barren or waste lands have been used for subahbul with income and ecology. Many people are working on this.

15..Vanrai has many village trg centres started by them with locals, the ownership is of the village and now they all could be used as local lobbying and leadership trg centre. This will be using the underused.

16 Vanrai has already big meeting hall with abut 100 people can sit. This could be renamed as international training and turnkey consultancy centre with d turn key consultants or local ssp doer with swartha.

17. The aggressive fighting spirit, where work will speak, peoplisation, socialisation, will work will call for holistic leadership.

.18. series of performers presentations or sopp with local doers, or who have already done can be identified by Jambwant missions. Temples have been improvised in Nasik by shri Mangilalaji.hese are all sops.

19. Vanrai with cnri, rural business hub, cost reduction missions,Jambwant missions, etc with shri Pradeep Gandhi etc would need networking.

20.For water harvesting also look for doers, sopp, exceptions, doers locals performers, and honour them, spread and improvise on them with people and cost reduction alternative options.

21.Cnri now must undergo radical change . They must give ttkc to people, the Panchayats, the caste, religious groups, nri's, banks etc and charge from the project cost. The time for this change is overripe.

22. limits to cash crops and value addition on the rural products. Think think think the limitations to cash crops and its limits.

23. Change of life styles, or limits to consumption's,

24. Role big companies whether foreign, or deshi, and basic exploiters. How do we accelerate this change and going back to nature.

25.Know the limitations, mind sets of the govt paid servants, the funded ngos, they will not permit any change which will not strengthen them Hence. look for exceptions , doers, reduce costs by involving the people., following sound shubha labha base.
