I kinda fucked up today with my neighbor. If you don’t know I recently moved, and after I just got settled I got to know some of the neighbors well. And when I tell you I have a neighbor that just looks light our favorite mustache aviator. I LOST MY SHIT. Also he’s a Philly’s fan (of course.)

But anyway I was going to run some errands, and coincidentally, we both walk out at of our houses at the same time. He waved and said hello. My dumb ass said “Hey Bradley!!”

I am no seasoned author, but I think it's funny that my first smut consistently gets more hits than my more recent WIP that has plenty itself and better dialogue (same characters). I think (humbly) my writing of those scenes has gotten better with practise. But my fandom is also notorious for fanboys gatekeeping so I guess I shouldn't be surprised with the lack of engagement I receive when asking for feedback etc. Still...go for the newer, hotter scenes my guy. Or chime in and say why it's not as good. The consuming without comment is starting to bother me, which is great cause I've hit writer's block so that all squares up nicely.

Thinking about Eddie Munson who was complaining to the rest of the band about his shoulders and neck hurting post show. One of them convinces him to go for a massage.

Eddie shows up day of and is told to strip to level of comfort and get under the sheets laying on his back, his masseuse will knock before coming in. Eddie has not an ounce of care or shame, strips completely naked. Scars and tattoos on full display. He climbs between the sheets and waits. After knocking and hearing a "come in", his masseuse enters and-

My brother sent me a Christmas gift. It was a 12$ bag of weed gummies, some Xmas tree ornaments for my non-existent tree and old Halloween candy (some of it opened and taped shut). I have many pets so I don’t have a tree. This should not be new information. I have had many pets for years. I’m pretty sure he paid more on shipping than he did on the contents of the gift. One of the ornaments was made by his children. The other a small glass red bird. I am guessing the red bird is meant to remind me of our dead grandmother who loved cardinals. Just the thing at Christmas. A reminder of a dead relative with nothing thoughtful about who I am or what I may like. Zero thought or effort went in to this gift. He’s shipped the contents of a junk drawer to me and called it a gift. He and his wife are also bigot rednecks and I am not. I think this may be the last straw in our relationship. I am mailing gifts for all three of his children, plus him and his wife Xmas gifts and birthday cards for two December birthdays in their household. I will no longer be engaging with people who go out of their way to make me feel like shit about myself. I don’t need candy. Especially old, previously opened candy. I struggle with my weight. I don’t need ornaments for a tree I don’t put up. I can buy my own weed gummies if I want them. This gift was not given with me in mind it was given with the intent of meeting an obligation. If you aren’t interested in knowing me or considering me then why are we in each others lives? Looks like we won’t be anymore.
