Text
Sesame oil, extracted from sesame seeds, is rich in essential nutrients that are beneficial for hair health. It contains vitamins E and B, minerals like magnesium, calcium, and phosphorus, and a high concentration of antioxidants and essential fatty acids.
Benefits of Sesame Oil for Hair
1. Promotes Hair Growth:
Sesame oil is known for its ability to enhance hair growth. The oil penetrates deep into the scalp, nourishing it from within and stimulating the hair follicles. This leads to stronger, healthier hair growth.
2. Prevents Hair Loss:
The nutrients in sesame oil help strengthen the roots and hair follicles, reducing hair loss. Regular use can significantly decrease shedding and thinning of hair.
3. Combats Dandruff and Dry Scalp:
Sesame oil has antifungal and antibacterial properties that help combat dandruff and other scalp infections. It also moisturises the scalp, preventing dryness and flakiness.
4. Protects Against UV Rays:
Sesame oil acts as a natural sunscreen for your hair. Its protective layer shields the hair from the harmful effects of UV rays, preventing damage and colour fading.
5. Conditions and Softens Hair:
Rich in essential fatty acids and vitamins, sesame oil deeply conditions and softens the hair. It smooths the cuticles, making the hair more manageable and reducing frizz.
6. Treats Premature Greying:
The antioxidants in sesame oil help fight the effects of ageing on hair. Regular use can delay the onset of gray hair by maintaining the natural colour and vitality of your hair.
7. Improves Blood Circulation to the Scalp:
Massaging sesame oil into the scalp improves blood circulation, crucial for healthy hair growth. Better circulation ensures that hair follicles receive the necessary nutrients to thrive.

Thicker, Stronger Hair: My Experience with Gunja Ratti Hair Oil
For years, my hair has been a source of frustration. It was fine, prone to breakage, and seemed to lack any real volume. I experimented with various shampoos, conditioners, and even salon treatments, but nothing seemed to make a lasting difference. Then, I discovered Gunja Ratti Hair Oil, and it's safe to say it's been a game-changer for my hair health.
Embracing Natural Hair Care
Having used a lot of chemical-laden products in the past, I was drawn to Gunja Ratti Hair Oil's natural ingredients. The key ingredient, Gunja seeds (also known as Ratti), boasts a rich history in traditional medicine for promoting hair growth. The oil itself is also infused with cold-pressed sesame oil, known for its nourishing properties. This combination of natural elements felt like a breath of fresh air for my scalp and hair.
Tumblr media
A Simple Addition to My Routine
The beauty of Gunja Ratti Hair Oil lies in its ease of use. I incorporated it into my existing hair care routine seamlessly. A few nights a week, I would massage a generous amount of oil into my scalp, ensuring it reached the roots. The oil has a pleasant, slightly nutty scent, which I found quite relaxing. I would then leave it on for an hour or two before washing it out with a gentle shampoo.
Seeing Results Take Root
It's important to manage expectations with hair growth products. While I didn't see dramatic results overnight, I did notice a positive shift within a few weeks. My hair felt noticeably smoother and more manageable. The breakage I used to experience significantly reduced, and my hair seemed to have a newfound strength.
Healthy Hair Growth and Increased Volume
As I continued using Gunja Ratti Hair Oil consistently, the real magic began to happen. After a few months, I started seeing visible hair growth, particularly around my hairline, which had been a bit sparse previously. The increased density also translated into more volume. My hair no longer looked limp and flat, it had a natural bounce and lift that I hadn't experienced before.
A Hair Care Staple
Gunja Ratti Hair Oil has become an indispensable part of my hair care routine. It's not just about the visible results – it's about the overall health of my hair. My scalp feels less irritated, and my hair looks and feels healthier than ever before. While individual results may vary, I highly recommend Gunja Ratti Hair Oil to anyone seeking a natural solution for promoting hair growth and overall hair health.

I curled up on our plush sofa, my favorite book in hand and a steaming mug of tea on the side table. The soft pitter-patter of rain against the window created the perfect ambiance for a cozy afternoon at home. As I flipped to the next page, I heard the front door unlock, and a smile tugged at my lips. Heeseung was home.
"I'm back!" his melodious voice called out, followed by the sound of shoes being removed and keys jingling as they were placed in the bowl by the door.
"In the living room," I responded, not looking up from my book just yet. I was at a good part and wanted to finish the paragraph.
I heard his footsteps approaching, and soon felt the sofa dip as he sat beside me. A gentle kiss was pressed to my temple, and I finally tore my eyes away from the pages to look at my husband. His dark hair was slightly damp from the rain, and his eyes sparkled with warmth as they met mine.
"How's the book?" Heeseung asked, nodding towards the novel in my hands.
I marked my place with a bookmark and set it aside. "It's getting really good. The main character just discovered a hidden passage in the old mansion."
He chuckled, wrapping an arm around my shoulders. "Sounds intriguing. Though I hope it's not giving you any ideas about tearing up our walls to look for secret rooms."
I playfully swatted his arm. "Don't worry, I'm content with our secret-passage-free apartment."
Heeseung's eyes twinkled with mischief. "Speaking of which, I have a surprise for you. Close your eyes."
Curiosity piqued, I did as he asked. I heard him move away and then return a moment later. "Okay, you can look now."
I opened my eyes to find him holding a small, gift-wrapped package. "What's this for?" I asked, taking it from him.
"Just because," he replied with a soft smile. "Go on, open it."
Carefully, I unwrapped the gift to reveal a beautiful leather-bound journal. The cover was embossed with intricate designs, and when I opened it, I found the pages were lined with tiny constellations.
"Heeseung, it's beautiful," I breathed, running my fingers over the smooth leather.
"I remembered you mentioning that you wanted to start journaling," he explained. "And I know how much you love stargazing, so when I saw this, I knew it was perfect for you."
My heart swelled with love. It was just like Heeseung to remember such a small detail from a conversation we'd had weeks ago. "Thank you," I said, leaning in to kiss him softly.
As we parted, my stomach let out a low growl, causing us both to laugh. "Hungry?" Heeseung asked, raising an eyebrow.
I nodded sheepishly. "I may have gotten a bit too engrossed in my book and forgotten about lunch."
“Okay c’mon, take a break from the book and we can cook some food together” he suggested, slowly taking the book away from my hands. “How about stir-fry”
"Sounds perfect," I agreed.
We fell into a comfortable rhythm, chopping vegetables and preparing the sauce. Heeseung hummed softly as he worked, a habit I'd grown to love over the years. As I reached for the soy sauce, I accidentally knocked over the bottle of sesame oil.
"Dang it" I exclaimed, watching in annoyance as the oil spread across the counter.
But before I could even move to clean it up, Heeseung was already there with a cloth. "Don't worry, I've got it," he said, quickly wiping up the spill.
"My hero," I said dramatically, placing a hand over my heart.
He grinned, tossing the cloth into the sink. "Always at your service, my lady."
As we continued cooking, I couldn't help but marvel at how in sync we were. Heeseung seemed to anticipate my every move, handing me utensils before I even asked for them and moving around me with practiced ease.
Once the stir-fry was sizzling in the pan, filling the kitchen with delicious aromas, Heeseung turned to me with a glint in his eye. "How about we have a little fun while we wait?"
Before I could ask what he meant, he pulled out his phone and hit play. The opening notes of our favorite song started to play, and I couldn't help but laugh as he started dancing, gesturing for me to join him.
I hopped down from the counter and took his outstretched hand. We twirled around the kitchen, our socks sliding on the smooth floor as we moved to the beat. Heeseung sang along, his voice harmonizing perfectly with the music.
As the song came to an end, he dipped me low, both of us breathless and giggling. "I love you," he said softly, his face inches from mine.
"I love you too," I replied, my heart full to bursting.
The timer on the stove beeped, bringing us back to reality. We reluctantly separated, and Heeseung turned his attention to the stir-fry while I set the table.
As we sat down to eat, I couldn't help but smile at the sight before me. Heeseung had arranged the vegetables on my plate to form a smiley face, just like he used to do when we first started dating and I was feeling down.
"What's got you smiling?" he asked, noticing my expression.
I gestured to my plate. "Just appreciating your artistic skills."
He laughed, reaching across the table to squeeze my hand. "Only the best for you."
After dinner, we settled back onto the sofa, this time with our gaming controllers in hand. It had become a tradition of ours to spend our evenings playing video games together, alternating between cooperative and competitive games.
"Ready to get your butt kicked?" I teased as we booted up our favorite fighting game.
Heeseung raised an eyebrow. "Big words from someone who lost the last three matches."
"I was going easy on you," I retorted, selecting my character.
~
Later that night, as we lay in bed, I turned to face Heeseung in the dim light. He was scrolling through his phone, but set it aside when he noticed me watching him.
"What's on your mind?" he asked softly, reaching out to tuck a strand of hair behind my ear.
I snuggled closer to him, resting my head on his chest. "I was just thinking about how grateful I am for you. For us. For days like today."
I felt his arms tighten around me as he pressed a kiss to the top of my head. "Me too," he murmured. "There's nowhere else I'd rather be than right here with you."
As I drifted off to sleep, surrounded by the warmth of Heeseung's embrace and the love that filled our home, I knew that this, these quiet moments, these small gestures, this deep understanding between us, this was what true happiness felt like.
And I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

Roman's primary structure hangs from cables as it moves into the big clean room at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center.
What Makes the Clean Room So Clean?
When you picture NASA’s most important creations, you probably think of a satellite, telescope, or maybe a rover. But what about the room they’re made in? Believe it or not, the room itself where these instruments are put together—a clean room—is pretty special.
A clean room is a space that protects technology from contamination. This is especially important when sending very sensitive items into space that even small particles could interfere with.
There are two main categories of contamination that we have to keep away from our instruments. The first is particulate contamination, like dust. The second is molecular contamination, which is more like oil or grease. Both types affect a telescope’s image quality, as well as the time it takes to capture imagery. Having too many particles on our instruments is like looking through a dirty window. A clean room makes for clean science!
Tumblr media
Two technicians clean the floor of Goddard’s big clean room.
Our Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland has the largest clean room of its kind in the world. It’s as tall as an eight-story building and as wide as two basketball courts.
Goddard’s clean room has fewer than 3,000 micron-size particles per cubic meter of air. If you lined up all those tiny particles, they’d be no longer than a sesame seed. If those particles were the size of 16-inch (0.4-meter) inflatable beach balls, we’d find only 3,000 spread throughout the whole body of Mount Everest!
Tumblr media
A clean room technician observes a sample under a microscope.
The clean room keeps out particles larger than five microns across, just seven percent of the width of an average human hair. It does this via special filters that remove around 99.97% of particles 0.3 microns and larger from incoming air. Six fans the size of school buses spin to keep air flowing and pressurize the room. Since the pressure inside is higher, the clean air keeps unclean air out when doors open.
Tumblr media
A technician analyzes a sample under ultraviolet light.
In addition, anyone who enters must wear a “bunny suit” to keep their body particles away from the machinery. A bunny suit covers most of the person inside. Sometimes scientists have trouble recognizing each other while in the suits, but they do get to know each other’s mannerisms very well.
Tumblr media
This illustration depicts the anatomy of a bunny suit, which covers clean room technicians from head to toe to protect sensitive technology.
The bunny suit is only the beginning: before putting it on, team members undergo a preparation routine involving a hairnet and an air shower. Fun fact – you’re not allowed to wear products like perfume, lotion, or deodorant. Even odors can transfer easily!
Tumblr media
Six of Goddard’s clean room technicians (left to right: Daniel DaCosta, Jill Bender, Anne Martino, Leon Bailey, Frank D’Annunzio, and Josh Thomas).
It takes a lot of specialists to run Goddard’s clean room. There are 10 people on the Contamination Control Technician Team, 30 people on the Clean Room Engineering Team to cover all Goddard missions, and another 10 people on the Facilities Team to monitor the clean room itself. They check on its temperature, humidity, and particle counts.
Tumblr media
A technician rinses critical hardware with isopropyl alcohol and separates the particulate and isopropyl alcohol to leave the particles on a membrane for microscopic analysis.
Besides the standard mopping and vacuuming, the team uses tools such as isopropyl alcohol, acetone, wipes, swabs, white light, and ultraviolet light. Plus, they have a particle monitor that uses a laser to measure air particle count and size.
The team keeping the clean room spotless plays an integral role in the success of NASA’s missions. So, the next time you have to clean your bedroom, consider yourself lucky that the stakes aren’t so high!
Make sure to follow us on Tumblr for your regular dose of space!

anything with roan and eddie pls 🙏🙏 whatever you want to write about them!! i miss them 🥺🥺
thanks for requesting!! fem
Baking tray, beef cuts laid out flat. Eddie works in silence, dressing the beef with garlic honey, sesame seeds, and a big pinch of salt. He’d like to add some ginger, some paprika, but Roan doesn’t like when things taste smoky.
He saran wraps the tray and puts it in the fridge. He makes everyone’s veggies —you like different stuff to Eddie, who likes different stuff to Roan, so he makes a garden’s worth of greens and douses them in olive oil, flaky salt, and a little dash of lemon and pepper. He puts that atop the beef in the fridge and tries to think of a side. He was planning on making pasta tonight, before he realised the beef was gonna go bad soon. Maybe he’ll make a pan of crispy mac and cheese to go with it.
Yeah. He smiles to himself. That looks good on his head, two roasted ribs, a fist of mac and cheese, and a half a plate of roasted veggies.
He cuts a little cilantro ‘cos Roan loves it, adds some lemon juice to that too, and sets it aside in the fridge. He makes a quick mac and cheese on the stove and tips it into a baking tray, covers a third of it in bacon bits for the youngster, and puts that in the oven.
Then he sits at the table and sighs. Scratches two hands through his hair, lets the tight achy small of his back decompress as he leans forward.
When Eddie started working at the shop with Wayne, he figured it would get easier over time. Part time table-bussing wasn’t going to pay for a trailer or his brand new baby, and for months it’s not like he could work anyhow. He lived solely off of his Uncle Wayne as he learned to change diapers, and calm colic, and be a new dad. It was depressing and frustrating all of the time. He felt like shit because he’d just fucking landed Wayne with another mouth to feed and diapers were so, so expensive, and so was formula, and baby clothes, and the guilt worsened when he realised he loved her. Loved Roan. He loved her pretty much the moment he laid eyes on her, but he had no idea if he could be a father, just knew he couldn’t let his kid fall into the system.
But loving her had been second to panic for weeks. Then one day he was washing her tummy in the bath and he swore blind that she smiled at him, whether babies her age could smile or not. He tumbled out of the bathroom with her in a towel poncho to brag, and that night at dinner, Wayne gave a frowny Eddie the option: start working alternate shifts at the shop. Wayne would have her in the evenings while Eddie worked, they’d sorted everything out, he could start next week. It wasn’t half as scary as being a new dad, so Eddie said yes.
Anyways, he expected it to get easier. He knows more about parenting and cars than he ever imagined at twenty, but it’s still hard. He’s exhausted.
Good thing he knows exactly why he does it.
The door to the living room opens with a creak. Small feet pad around the stair bannister and down the hallway that leads to the kitchen. Roan stops walking when she notices him behind the table. She smiles. She looks like him, less as she gets older, but enough to have given an appreciation for his own features. What’s more beautiful than seeing your smile on someone else’s lips?
“Hey, daddy.”
“Hi, munchkin.”
Truthfully, Roan has been his best friend for years. There’s something intangibly close about a single parent and their only child, especially when they’d lived alone. Day after day together, seeing all the gross bits and all the love. It’s given her a vast depth of emotional intelligence. She’s smarter now as a kid than Eddie was at 18.
“You okay?” she asks, holding her hands up. He picks her up, plonking her on the table in front of him. “You look tired, daddy. And you smell like pepper.”
“I just finished making ribs, babe.”
“Yum!” Her nose moves when she talks, “For dinner?”
“Mm-hm.” He finds her hand. Holds it gently. “Mac and cheese and roasted broccoli, too.”
Roan smiles again. “Dad, you’re a good chef.”
“I know I am! But it took so much practice. When you were born, you know what I was eating for dinner every night? I was eating chicken pot pie you put in the microwave.” She wrinkles her nose. “I know. I didn’t care about being good to my body. I definitely didn’t listen to my tummy.”
He likes this part about being a dad. He’s never found it awkward. He just drops his voice into softness and talks to her on her level.
“But you learned.”
“I did learn. I wanted to make sure you were eating everything you need. That’s why we eat all that broccoli.”
She pokes him in the torso with her socked foot. “Maybe less broccoli for my tummy.”
“I got potatoes and stuff too, don’t worry.” Eddie reaches for her hair in its after school mess, raking it away from her face. “You know I love you, right?”
“Well, duh.”
“I know, but really. I love you more than anything.”
“More than Y/N?”
“No,” he says quickly, then laughs. “Yeah, but just a little bit. It’s a different kind of love, okay? I love you both like crazy, but you’re my baby. Even though you’re not a baby anymore.”
“I could be a baby,” she whispers, grinning, “I can be small again, and you can carry me everywhere, and give me a bottle.”
He laughs roughly. “Yeah? You want a bottle? You barely like milk.”
“Well, you can still carry me.”
“I do carry you. I’m surprised these feet work,” he says, squeezing her toes in both hands.
“Dad, don’t!”
“Sorry, sorry,” he presses his thumb between her foot and her toes and then drops them altogether. “I remember when your foot was the size of my thumb.”
“I don’t.”
He laughs more loudly than he means to and scoops her up for a rough and tumble hug. “God, I love you. I really do, bubby.” He presses his nose to her head and blames how tired he is for what he says next. “You are everything to me, you know that? You’re my everything.”
“You’re my everything.”
He tips her back to see her. Beams at her, touches his nose to hers. “You and Y/N, you make my life perfect.”
“I’m glad,” she says, which has him laughing all over again, a childish giggle.
When you get home a half hour later, you find them in weird places. Eddie’s sitting on the kitchen floor watching the ribs cook in the oven, and Roan’s under the table building a marble run with his approval. “Here?” she asks.
“And the orange piece. We need more pieces, it’s not long enough.” Eddie smiles at you as you enter, but leans back, opening the cupboard under the sink to grab a saucepan, the sieve, and plastic jug. “We can use these.”
“What’s up, my Munsons?” you ask.
Roan smacks her forehead against the edge of the table in her excitement. “Ouch!” she says, crawling from under it to crowd your legs.
“Ouch!” you echo, face morphed with concern as your handbag slides down your arm. You drop it to the floor and take her cheeks into your hands. “Did that hurt? I’m sorry, I feel like that was all my fault.”
She shakes her head, curls bouncing this way and that. “It was an accident.”
“I know, I know, but I didn’t mean to startle you.” You brush her hair back gently and hover. “Can I kiss it better?”
“Don’t kiss it, it stings!” Roan says, veering away from you with a frown.
“Sorry!”
Roan twists away from you to fall into Eddie’s lap.
“Sorry,” Eddie mouths.
You pout. It’s with extreme beautifulness —is that a word? Eddie’s pretty sure it’s a word— you slip out of your little heels and sit down on your knees, stockings dark and perfect on legs he adores. You don’t question why they’re on the floor. That’s how you all fit, his smart working girl and your shared grumpy daughter, because nobody asked Eddie why he sat down by the oven.
“Sorry, baby,” you say softly.
Roan’s frown worsens, but she says, “No, I’m sorry. My head hurts. I missed you.”
“I missed you too, big girl.”
“Big girl?” she asks.
“You sounded very grown up, is all.”
Eddie has to agree. “You’re just that smart.”
You hold his ankle. “So, how was work? How was school? Fill me in.”
“How was your day?” Eddie asks.
“Super usual and boring. We had some people from the Brussels branch come to visit and Jess kept telling me to stop being so awkward, and I asked her what she meant and she said I was smiling like somebody was holding me hostage.”
Eddie loves when you smile like that. When you’d first met, you used to smile that way all the time. He loves all your smiles, obviously, but your excited–scared combo isn’t one he sees much anymore.
You shrug. “But work paid for lunch, and I had this amazing mango passionfruit cake roll, I snook you some.”
“You did?” Roan asks eagerly.
“I did! It’s in my purse, but it has a price.”
“What’s the price?” Roan asks.
You put your head in your hand. “I wanna know what you guys have been up to today.”
When Eddie plates dinner that evening, it’s with a distinct sense of pride and content mashed together. It’s a damn good-looking meal, dense with nutrition and flavour alike, and you and Roan both seem similarly awed. Eddie wanted ribs and he got them, but almost as pleasurable as eating them is the way you both tuck in. You compliment his roasted veggies, telling him you could eat them for every meal, and Roan’s face is plastered in sticky honey garlic in minutes, a macaroni elbow in her hair.
“Know what dad told me earlier?” she asks you.
You snort and rescue her hair. “What did he tell you, baby?”
“That we make his life perfect.”
Eddie chokes on his coke. “That was a secret,” he says, throat burning, “between you and me?”
“You didn’t tell me that,” Roan says.
“Don’t be embarrassed, Eds.” Your eyes turn to hearts, staring at him over the steaming tray of macaroni and cheese. “You guys make my life perfect, too. My babe and my personal chef.”
He dodges your cheek pinch, grabbing your hand to hold instead.
“Just wish somebody would make me dinner every once in a while,” he says.
“Whatever,” you say.
“Dad, I can make you dinner.”
“I don’t trust you ‘round the kitchen.”
Roan guides a forkful of cheesy macaroni to her lips. “Okay, good. I can’t make pasta like you,” she says. Eddie won’t mind making dinner again tomorrow.

SEASON ONE: EP2 — RED FLAGS ALL AROUND
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
it smells like seaweed.
no, this isn’t the ocean. the indoor kitchen has a nice enough view.
it smells like soy sauce too. add sesame oil, tuna, mayonnaise, and pickled plums to the mix. osamu’s hands are busy — assembling and flipping, wiping beads of sweat off his forehead with the back of his palm, adjusting the MSBY baseball cap that neatly tucks his choppy summer cut away. he looks in his element. a chef? father of two? one of those. she makes a mental note.
the porch floorboards creak: a signal for incoming trouble.
bokuto almost tumbles into the doorway as nishinoya follows close behind, both faces plastered with ear-wide grins.
bo - pupils the size of jupiter - juts out his finger. “look.”
two ladybugs, perched on the pad of his pointer.
“what you missed out on.” noya quips. one climbs into her palm.
“where’s shoyo?” she asks him.
the two give each other an uh oh face, then they’re sprinting back outside, knocking over a few articles of furniture before leaving her with him again.
osamu: who was previously oblivious to her presence (whether or not he was faking, is an entirely different conversation). was scoffing. “got stood up?”
she’s rolling her eyes. “why do you ask? going to play knight in shining armor and go with me instead?” the corners of her lips tug.
he’s dumbfounded. or so it seems. whatever it is — the silence is making her nauseous. did he not expect that? was it too much?
“jeez, can’t take a joke? I don’t go for guys with buzzcuts.” that’s not what she wanted to say. his hair looks.. fine. nice, even. still: there’s nothing more satisfying than landing a blow to a man’s ego. especially when the chance waves itself in front of your face.
samu opens his mouth, but her date’s walking down the steps before he can snark out a reply. her attention is diverted. stolen. there’s an odd weight in his chest when her back is turned toward him.
he decides he doesn’t like it.
they’re exchanging a look. unreadable. he’s watching (involuntarily). she walks up closer, and for a moment — osamu freezes.
they’re going to kiss? when they just met?
her hand meets her hip.
“why are you wearing a tie to the beach?”
osamu is wrong.
kuroo goes pale.
